Had an outstanding experience with West Shore Auto Center for my 2013 Audi RS5. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and I trust them completely with my vehicle. I recently had the opportunity to work with Ben and Brandon. They could not have been more helpful and accommodating! They share their automotive knowledge and clearly explain work they have done. It helps that they are passionate about cars and clearly care about their work. I have no hesitation highly recommending their shop.

I had work done on my F8x M4 by Ben. I got a new Carbahn engine, suspension upgrades, rear dif upgrade and tuning work. I was extremely satisfied with the work done, the attention to detail and the follow up during the process of the work being done. Ben was always quick to get back to me with any questions I had. Ben is meticulous about how he does his work and having an aviation mechanic background, I notice that kind of work. I ll be back for any other upgrades needed.

Recently has a oil change done here and got a quote for some kinda difficult exhaust work on a 3.8 Genesis coupe. There price was very reasonable, I had the oil change done while I was 2 hours away , they texted me when everything was done, Very open and good communication. This is definitely the place to take your car!!

Trusted the owners son, Ben with working on my BMW M4 and have had nothing but problems since. He steered me away from one brand that he claimed he was an authorized dealer for that came with a warranty to another brand. The one he recommended came with more labor of installing intakes and a few other parts. Also had him install paint matching reflectors. Upon pickup the intakes were rubbing against the frame and reflectors weren t all the way in and flush with body. Also had to readjust the front bumper because the lines with the hood gap were uneven. That was the start. Took it back months later for a sound coming from the exhaust and to get that reflector fixed. Didn t fix either but was able to charge me $3000 for new rotors, brakes and wheel hubs when I m sure they weren t even needed. He said he forgot about the things I asked him to do and we ll fix it next time it s in. Never took it back but down to a good place in York. Got an engine light, they said the tune was wrong for the exhaust setup and the burbles were set too high and fried the o2 sensors. Have another engine light again I have to get checked. Scanned it and it is maf sensor or fuel filter from dirty air. This is because I was told by Ben running micromesh filter is fine with all the dirt and debris in PA.Do not come here!! Does not know what he s doing!

They made me feel at home and like they actually cared about the car and truly enjoyed working on it. I took my care knowing it was going to be a hard one to work on and they did an outstanding job on it. They put new tires on and aligned them, fix a speedometer issue, changed the oil, and a complete detailing. I have and will continue to use and recommend these guys!! Ben (also known as Benander) is single handedly responsible for ending world hunger and ending Hitlers rule, along with the prevention of the Cold War. Was the first person on the moon and faked his death just to let me borrow his Lamborghini and save my cat and family from a burning building.Oh and he installed my built motor in my 335i. But that doesn t really matter.

I ve had detail done by Brandon on a big,well used by messy kids, SUV. I had a simple inspection and oil done on my BMW. I had my old ford truck redone with performance exhaust, intake, and headers to add power and sound .. and each different vehicle and service was done perfectly, with care and thought, and at a fair and valuable price. If you want performance and/or something done simple and efficiently you would be upset if you didn t go here first. Thanks guys, I ll be back, especially when it s time to tune up the BMW, Ben is a Wizard with performance.Service: Exhaust

Took my car here today for state inspection and left like 20 minutes later, no bs at all. By far the best and fastest car inspection I've ever had and the crew seems very laid-back but also very professional, would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in Mechanicsburg area.
