Great service experience overall. I ve been in for years on multiple cars for both regular maintenance and warranty issues and the overall experience has been wonderful. Good and clear communication as well as always trying to make sure my personal life isn t impacted. Best part is that they aren t pushy and advise me as to realistic needs. Also have been provided with really nice loaner cars which is good to experience other options to enjoy during the downtime. Having been to other local dealerships of luxury brands, they are by far the best.

The best Porsche dealer in the country. The entire staff is professional, friendly and have always gone above and beyond. I bought my 2022 GT3 (Euro Delivery) from the team at Porsche Mechanicsburg and despite living 2 hours away, I bring my car back for service, driving by a few Porsche dealerships on the way.Hats off to Nic Ramagosa, GM, for leading an incredible team! Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Porsche Mechanicsburg, part of the Faulkner group of dealerships, for years and we re always pleased with our experiences there. Every member of their team is knowledgeable, professional, polite, and honest. We ve been consistently impressed by the Porsche Mechanicsburg Service Department. The care our vehicles receive and the sincere interest the Service Team takes in making sure we re completely satisfied with each visit are impressive and give us no reason to go elsewhere. As I reflect on all of the retail experiences I have encountered over the years, Porsche of Mechanicsburg is clearly among the best. From the sales experience to the service it is always consistently customer focused. They remember my name and take a genuine interest in me which is difficult to find these days.
