Lauren Smith made our purchase experience the best we have ever had to date. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and listened to our needs without any high-pressure sales tactics, which we really appreciated. Financing was also a smooth process to get us in the new car we wanted. We highly recommend this sales team. This is our 2nd purchase with them and we wouldn't go anywhere else in the future.

Rebecca Rhodes was an absolute delight to work with. She and the entire staff were kind, caring, and helped me find a vehicle when I needed one fast and cheap. The quality of work that went into taking care of the car as well as guiding me through the finances showed they have a top notch staff who do it right the first time. I believe I was Vince Waters very first car sale ever and let me say this, you wouldn t even be able to tell! He was very professional and wasn t afraid to ask questions to get me the answers I needed when he didn t have them first hand. He made my experience by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Did I mention I pulled off the lot a satisfied customer? Well I definitely did!! We had a great first time car buying experience! Rebecca Rhoades helped us find the exact car that we wanted within our budget and was so kind and helpful. We felt like her only priority the whole experience. She also texted back and forth with me alot about my expectations and our pre approval prior to coming in to the Carlisle Pike location, which was so reassuring. We don t have great credit and they were willing to work with us and get us in a brand new Mitsubishi! We will be lifetime customers after today s experience! Thank you to Rebecca and Javid

Platinum is ALWAYS amazing and has always helped us out. Rebecca did absolutely everything she could to get us in a new car and Lauren helped and was incredible as well. Everyone in finance was amazing too. Definitely a great bunch of people and will never go anywhere else! Thank you!

We can t thank Lauren enough she made it happen for our 18 yr old son to get his first car. Great customer service skills plus very down to earth. I would recommend anyone that s looking to get them a car to go to Mitsubishi in Mechanicsburg, best place hands down. MICHEAL FARLING WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO RESPOND TO A PERSONAL QUESTION THAT MADE MY DRIVE OF OVER AN HOUR STRESS FREE AND RELAXING. NOBODY ELSE COULD OF SHOWN MORE COMPASSION AND UNDERSTANDING MORE THEN MIKE.TIM DUNCAN A LONG TIME ASSOCIATE PERSONALLY MET ME IN THE PARKING LOT AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS ABOUT EVERY TRUCK ON THE LOT IN A 45 DEGREE RAINSTORM WITHOUT HESITATION. THE NEXT DAY UPON ARRIVAL TO PICK UP THE NEWEST MEMBER OF THE FAMILY TIM WAS WAITING, TRUCK FULLY DETAILED AND PREPARED TO BE DRIVEN OFF THE LOT. THESE GENTLEMAN EARNED MY BUSINESS AND DEFINITELY MADE ME FEEL LIKE THEY WERE WORKING FOR ME NOT FOR MY MONEY

Pleased all around! Service is great! While I waited to have maintenance done to my car, Lauren let me look at a car and I was so pleased that I ended up coming back a few weeks later to buy it! I wasn t hounded with phone calls and e-mails. They weren t pushy and put up with my endless questions (and nonsense)! They worked with us to get the financing terms we wanted. I can t say enough about everyone I have encountered- sales, service, and financing! They will continue to have my business in service until I am ready to buy another car!

I had been searching for the right SUV for nearly 8 months. I branched out and found Platinum Mitsubishi with an interest in an SUV Eclipse Cross. I met Rebecca moments after arrival. We exchanged hellos and details about my choice, she being professional, polite, and welcoming. Keith spent time (lots) doing numbers, after sit down negotiations we stamped out a deal. Ty Keith. Holly finance officer sat with me explaining all,very professional and willing to take all the time I needed to feel comfortable. Job well done by this exceptional team. Lastly I have an amazing new drive and had a very nice experience. PS my round trip was about 5 hrs plus(lol) worth the research, the trip and the experience. Amazing service and great deals!!! The staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Steve and Ann worked with me the entire time. They showed me lots of different options that met my needs and affordability. I decided on a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and I absolutely love it!!! Ann helped me figure out an affordable payment plan and was able to get me a good interest rate. Ann also assisted me through a lot of the paperwork and gave me answers to any questions I had. Holly walked me through the closing process of the purchase. She was welcoming, kind and had a great sense of humor. I worked as a manager in the customer service field for 12 years. Ann, Holly and Steve are truly great asset s to this company. Thank you all so much for all your help and for the great service!!!! I highly recommend everyone to go to Platinum Mitsubishi in Mechanicsburg.

Very nice to work with! Rebecca was very nice and willing to work with me even with looking at a few different cars. I was very happy and thankful for her understanding of what I needed in a vehicle. This was without a doubt the easiest new car purchase ever . Zero aggravation. No constant pushing for the sale from the salesman or the sales manager. Our salesman Devin Traverso he was as nice as could possibly be. We felt welcome from the second we got there . We never felt pressured in anyway shape or form. The sales manager Brody was fantastic. Super nice and did everything possible to get us the best rate and the best monthly payment available. I highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new vehicle. When they say they will get it done they actually do. We were in and out of the dealership with the new vehicle within approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours with zero issues .

We had the pleasure of buying a new Outlander from Platinum Mitsubishi today. This was by far the best experience I ve ever had buying a vehicle. Our sales rep Taylor Lightner was great. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and made sure to answer any questions we had. Everyone at the dealership made us feel welcome and provided us with a seamless buying process. I would recommend them to anyone!

Rebecca Rhoades was nothing short of AMAZING!!!!! We have never dealt with a nicer sales person. Rebecca is friendly knowledgeable knows what she is doing and help you into the right vehicle without any pressure. My family have bought several cars from Platinum ( 5 to be exact) and we have always had Rebecca Rhoades for a sale person.
