We were loaded up and ready to move when our truck decided that now was the time to break down!As he has with each and every time something went wrong with our new (to us) truck, Mark got us in quickly and back out on the road as soon as possible.This carvana purchase has been a bit of a nightmare with everything from brake replacements to fuel pumps and electrical issues. Thanks to Mark, I never had to speak to Carvana or their warranty company, Silver Rock. He took care of everything and we paid nothing!We are very sorry to leave the Monroe team behind as we move back to Washington state. It's so rare to find mechanics that do everything they can to ensure your return.

I took my car into Munro expecting that they would find a nail or screw in my tire because I kept losing air, but they found the alloy rim was the problem. It had a large crack. The manager said they could not fix the rim, but gave me the name of a company that could. I truly appreciate the honesty of the transaction and am very thankful for the recommendation of a repair company that could. There are wonderful, truthful and honest people left in this world!!!

Great service. They were honest and found a nail in my tire. They fixed it and did not try to sell me a new tire that I did not need. Nice people doing good work. I recommend these folks as honest and fair people doing quick and good work.

Had our windshield replaced and thus needed new replacement inspections stickers. I called to and got a very reasonable quote and better yet there was no need to make an appointment. So I went straight to the shop and Mark the store manager checked me in right away. The car had to be pulled in to the garage for basic emission and other routine checks such as tire pressure. After some paper work on the PC, the new stickers were on and the car was put back in the parking lot. All these took just about 20 minutes. Couldn't ask for anything better than that as far as I'm concerned! It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Mark and your staff for the service.

Always fantastic service. Friends and family use this location because of their expertise knowledge and earned trust. A truly great group of mechanics. Not every shop do you see the manager working just as hard.

Last week I stopped by here.My dealer said they could not fix my tire. They took me right away fixed my tire. The manager,and staff are great. I will be back ,and would recommend you all.Thanks again!

I had originally set an appointment in the Monro in Carlisle, however they were not able to do the emissions inspection. They told me to call Mechanicsburg one, and they got me in quick and Troy did my PA inspection and emissions. I ended up needing new back tires and brakes and Troy got it all ready to go in like an hour. He was very nice to do business with. Thank you!

The Monro in Lemoyne trashed two of my cars so I was hesitant to use Monro again. Needed an inspection and everywhere else was full up for a few days. Called in, got a guy named Mark who got me in, inspected and out in roughly an hour. Even explained to me I'll need tires sooner than my next inspection but it'll get me to my vacation spots this year.Good stuff to him, I'll be bringing it back to him for work in the future.

Everyone is always incredibly kind and friendly when I bring my vehicle in for an inspection, oil change or if there is a problem going on with my car. They are super helpful and honest about what needs to be fixed. I never have to wait super long. I will always bring my vehicle here!

Twice I tried to get my car inspected. First time I made an online appointment to wait. Got there and was told I d have to wait 3 hours. So they made an appointment for me for a week later. I get there and they have no inspection stickers. Instead of calling to tell me that, I drive all the way there for no reason and am late for work. I won t be going back. Poor customer service.

For 40 years, my car had a broken oil pan.. 40 YEARS. I went to every autobody shop in the land and not one place could fix it, even considered going out of the country at one point. Then it finally happened... MONRO. Monro came through for me when everyone else didn't. Not only did they fix the oil pan but two great guys there Alex and Troy even threw in a new set of tires and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Now I'm back on the road, speeding down 81 like the law doesn't exist. I don't know where I'd be if I didn't find Monro Autobody Shop. Thank you!

This place is a joke we took our jeep in there to get the wheel bearing done and they messed it up the same day we had problems we took it in there multiple times after and they claim it s not the bearing they re liars and scammers if you want to put tons of money into a joke of a place where they lie and don t do efficient work then this is your place. They point fingers on everyone else and there ego is way too big none of them are good mechanics and none of them are honest do not go here. We called and complained and they said bring it in the guy who made the appointment is on vacation and he didn t even put us on we will never be returning now our vehicle is in worse shape then it was before we let them touch it!

Went there on a Saturday morning due to a micro leak In my tire. They had me in and out in under 10 minutes and fixed the pesky issues! Always find their service to be great

Had a break light out on my car and didn t know where to go to get it fixed .. had been going to Monro on the Carlisle pike for years .. I walked in and asked them to replace my bulb and they were very professional and did it quickly even though they were busy! Highly recommend them

Extremely rude check in by Mark and he obviously has anger issues. Short tempered when we were asking questions and definitely did not want to leave the car here for work. Felt like he would purposely rip us off Bc he was so mad. If you don t have someone checking people in who can build trust and just be generally nice, I don t see how you can continue to increase business. Other customers waiting also said he was rude to them and they did not want to engage with him. He should not be at the front desk dealing with people. Horrible representation of your company by this man.

12/26/22: Had an appointment for 11:30 for inspection & emissions. Car taken quickly and finished by noon. Great service!UPDATE a year later 12/30/23 had an appointment for 1:00 and indicated would wait during the inspection when I made the appointment. Upon arrival was told it would be at least 4 hours as they did not expect me and he only found my appointment because I showed up. They don t use the online scheduling when they plan their day. That s sad. Because I m not going back and I ll share today s experience.

Went to both Monro in York and Monro in Mechanicsburg, in the last two weeks, they plugged my tires in no time, and the one in Mechanicsburg even put my tire back on for me. Excellent and friendly service both places

This place will now be my go to for all auto needs! I ran over a nail and air wasn t holding, I called several tire shops and dealers from Carlisle to Mechanicsburg and the only one who was available was Monro. They were professional and efficient. I highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised that Mark and the other gentleman that works at Monro were eager to help me out of a tight spot. My family was ready to go on a 10 hour journey at 600 am in the morning only to find out we had a bad front tire. Other businesses in the area were not able to assist us. Monro was able to fit us in right away and within 30-40 minutes of arrival the car was fitted with two new front tires and we were on our way. Thank you to the technicians. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants good service.
