I love my 08 Dakota. Low miles, solid body, clean interior. Finding aftermarket parts was a chore but they accent nicely. With all of that said the crew at my local Meineke shop like my truck almost as much as I do. I have had a lot of front end suspension work done to get ahead of any problems and they made sure it was done right. Recent oil change was done and had to wait in the filter. But, it gives me time to shoot the bull with the office guys. They're great and the prices are very reasonable.MO the shop manager is a blast to talk with.Thanks fellas

This is hands down the best repair facility. They offer fast friendly service that is awesome and convenient !! Kasey is the best manager whom I trust. I have had many positive conversations with Kasey when my car was not driving like it should. I had the best experience doing business with Meineke! Thank you! You guys made my day a little better and my car run smoother.I never realized (until now) how much of an impact, GOOD tires made on a vehicle. The truck runs much smoother and doesn't slip when it's raining anymore. I am excited for the winter to see how they will handle the snow.

Great people been going here for over 5 years. They are quick, reasonably priced and friendly. I don t feel they take advantage of their customers, they seem like honest people. I wish their entrance was from inside the Walmart parking lot, it can be hard to get to if your coming from opposite side but as far as service they are great!

The staff is very friendly. Meineke was very honest and up front on the problems my car was having. They thoroughly checked everything out and was accurate on how much repairs would cost. They communicated to me that there would be a delay when a part did not come in when they had expected it. When they returned my car there was a small issue and they are taking full responsibility for it. I plan on continuing to use them for all my car care needs.

First visit, am new to area and made appt to see if tires purchased in CA would be adequate for winter. Low tire pressure light also had come on day before.Mo, the manager was great, so friendly and welcoming. Had his staff evaluate tires and identify problem, educated me on condition of tires, care of them and patiently answered all questions.Will definitely return there.Thank you to him and his crew!

Nice, fast, friendly service. I was able to be seen the same day I looked to make an appointment for an oil change. They alerted me to some issues, but did not pressure me to have work done. I cannot do an oil change myself for the price I paid. Excellence all around.

I have to update. Took a vehicle I just bought here and once again received the same great service and fair pricing! Excellent staff and excellent shop! This is the best repair facility ever. I have been in the automotive industry for over 20 years. I trust the people who work here. They are knowledgeable, friendly and work their tail off to make sure you are completely satisfied. Would be 1, but the staff there is at least nice and friendly.That said, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I originally took my car in because my tire was loosing air and had a grinding noise. I took it in and they fixed the noise issue and did an alignment (though I never got a report for that). I went home fairly pleased. The next day, my tire was flat again. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I schedule another appointment so they could take another look. I hear nothing from them all day, so I call them and they say "yeah, we were gonna call you to ask what you wanted to do, but we'll have to wait until tomorrow". So my car was out for another day because they didn't do anything. They also were way off on their diagnosis. First they told me that my tires were a size too small (they're not, by way). After I asked why it would suddenly be a problem after a year, they changed it up and said that I might have corrosion and need that ground off. So they did that, I got the car back, and the tire was flat the next day. At that point, I was fed up and took it somewhere else. Well you can tell your techs that my rim was bent and had a crack in it. Would have thought that would have been caught if you actually "ground off corrosion". Waste of time and money.

Had my car service for check engine light last week! The service professional handled my issue in timely manner and answer my questions. The issue was resolved pretty quickly and the charge was reasonable as well!

I've been going to Meineke on the Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg for the last twenty years. They are the only place that has worked on my cars. I won't take my car anywhere.else as I trust them to be up front with me about any issues. Their staff is very professional, friendly and courteous. They take their time to explain work that needs or should be done and willingly answer any questions I may have. Highly recommend them!!!! DW

A Tuesday morning; I was 2 hours into a 8 hour trip when the check engine and traction control lights came on. I first found a dealership that had a 2.5 to 3 hr wait and minimum 125.00 to look at it. I Googled repair shop and saw the Meineke name and took a chance. They put me next in line, gave me recommendations for some places to walk to for lunch. By the time I returned the car was fixed and ready to go. Less than $100. I am very pleased and greatful.

Vehicle not ready when we were told it would be....3 hours past requested and approved time. Wrong key was returned...to someone else's similar vehicle. Once we received our correct key, we found the interior lights were left on, draining battery. Luckily it started. Normally we receive good service but this appointment did not go well.

I always do car inspections with them. This year they upgraded their service and went behind and beyond my expectations by providing online reports by text message about the car and if the car has issues that need immediate attention or to be taken care of in the coming future. So I highly recommend them

I brought my vehicle in because the brakes failed. They replaced the rear brakes completely and then the next day I find out they didn t connect the brake lines properly, putting me at risk. Mistakes happen but you should be able to trust a mechanic with your safety in a vehicle. The only reason they get a few stars is because they did take pics of everything to describe all the vehicle issues and allow me to accept which services I wanted to be done.

I use the Meineke on the Carlisle pike in Mechanicsburg for all my auto repairs and service, fair pricing & good service from Moe & Kacey, the operators of the location. Keep up the great work. I always recommend your location.

I would highly recommend. The mechanic that worked on my car was very knowledgeable as was the staff at the desk. There was something the dealer told me was wrong with my car that turns out to not even have been there. The dealer also did not report it on carfax so there was no record of it. They were able to fix the actual problem for a reasonable price that day and also make sure their was nothing else wrong. They are honest about what you do and don't need and don't try to pressure you to get things done that aren't necessary.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

I got an inspection, oil change, and two tires put on my car. The staff was very nice and friendly and even took the time to talk to my son for a while to help pass the time with him. Took a bit longer than most places to get my car done, but no other complaints.

Love how they provide all the information and pictures you need to make an educated decision regarding the car of your car. The waiting room lobby is comfortable and the people themselves are very friendly and knowledgeable. Love this place!!

I took my car into this location for an oil change on 6/22/23. I was originally scheduled at 4:00 pm. I finished my earlier task and called the Carlisle Pike location to see if I could bump it up a few hours. I spoke to Mo, he was incredibly nice and said to bring it in and he ll work me in. I came in at 1:30, I was taken right in. As Mo was checking me in he asked if I had any coupons, I found one for $20, he said he actually had one for $25! Even better! My car was finished rather quickly, he did give me an estimate for a few things I needed done on my car. He did replace a tail light that was out for about $10. Very fair. Mo was such a nice man. He was friendly to all the customers, treating everyone as if they were old friends. Very relaxed atmosphere. He emailed me my detailed receipt and quote for work needed. I will DEFINITELY go back to this location over & over. Their prices were more than fair as well.Service: Oil change

Had to come back in due to not having the time the day before. This was for my exhaust leak. I knew from the day before that they custom fit exhaust here. So I stood outside and and their expert exhaust tech if I could watch. He happily said that s not a problem . I had chrome Tips on my old exhaust, he actually asked me if I wanted this again or if I wanted to change it to Black Tips and actually put the tips up where they would be so I could look. Definitely switched them up and looks good. After everything was in place he took the time to make sure everything was even and where it should be, after he welded it and then made the hangers. This Gentleman is for an exhaust expert as well making it look amazing!!Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

I was able to book a same day, online appointment for the services I needed, and was in and out quickly. They provided great service, and were able to answer all of my questions. Waiting area included free wifi, lots of outlets for charging, and free coffee/drinks.
