2016 Subaru Impreza Sport 2.0i Limited. I was quite speechless when I saw my car after the fix. Aside from the financial dent in my wallet, the whole process was smooth and painless. I can't say enough good things about this place. Surely hoping I don't ever have to return for another repair, but this place is at the top of my list if I ever need to do it again. In 2016 I purchased my Toyota Tacoma and ever since then, I ve maintained meticulous care of it. Then in late 2018, I struck a deer, and it caused significant front end damage. Not enough to deploy the airbag, but still obliterated the front end. At that time, I took it to Fine Line Auto, and they were great. Great customer service and they did the job well. There were some minor imperfections, but only ones that I would see, and so I went about business as usual. That is, until May of 2022. As fate would have it, another deer wound up seeing it s life cut short with the business end of my truck. This time it stung even more. The damage was as severe as the last time, only now the truck was mine, having paid it off just days prior. Thankfully the value of the truck kept it from being considered a total, and again, no airbag deployment. This time Fine Line warned me that they would not be able to get me in until September. They referred me to Majors Select, and noted that they are the preferred auto body shop for Rahal Toyota. With this recommendation, I called and spoke with Kim, and was immediately put at ease with a warm, customer friendly reception. They said it may not be until June, but to come in. I dropped it off later that day, and both Kim and Marlon were wonderful to deal with. They could sense my despair considering what I ve been through and how much my truck means to me. They assured me it would be okay, and all would be handled. They had the truck for about 4-5 weeks, and during that time, their communication was excellent. There was another person, Brandon, who was also involved. I did not speak with him personally, but my wife did, and she was also very happy with the customer responsiveness displayed. When I was able to pick up the truck, I was stunned. Nothing against Fine Line, however the attention and care given by Majors felt personal. The truck looked even better than before, and as close to factory as it could possibly be. The paint match was perfect, and the fit / finish is second to none. I now have my truck back, and more importantly, my peace of mind. It s good to know there are still companies that exist that know customer experience means something, and that take pride in their efforts. Honestly, I hope I never see anyone there again, however if fate decides against my favor again, it s good to know that Majors will be there. My thanks to Kim, Marlon, Brandon and the rest of the staff for making an awful situation one with a happy ending.

Major's Select Collision Center did some minor body and paint work on my 2018 Honda Pilot. I worked with Scott who provided the estimate, Keith who provided me updates while the work was being done and Kim who completed the project and paperwork. Everyone was professional and courteous. The work was done to my satisfaction and the cost was lower than the estimate, which is always great to see. My vehicle was also completed in less time than I expected and that was greatly appriciated. I have had several vehicles at Major's Select and I have always been pleased with their work. Great experience! From customer service all the way to the work done! Took my car to get scratches and damage from concrete on my passenger side and you can't even tell anything had happened! This business has done a terrible job. First off, they kept my car for 2 months, and when they finally were done, I went to go pick up my car and noticed that the one headlight was dead. I also found that my car windows wouldn t open, and the front fender still had an ugly gap. So, I took my car back to get it fixed 6 times. And the front fender has never been fixed. I have showed them the gap, called many times, and my car is still not fixed. They told me they would not fix it anymore. They also have bought cheap aftermarket parts. I am extremely upset and disappointed.

Kim Lyter is outstanding; very efficient; personable and helpful. I was a little disappointed in the time it took to repair my car; however, in their defense, I understand it. They were experiencing staffing shortages and problems with a car ahead of mine so I was very patient.Hopefully their staffing shortages have been corrected and delays have been reduced. I dropped my car off on the date they gave me. My estimate stated 4 days it actually took 4 weeks. Everytime I called at least once a week they told me it would be done something different.One employee stated well that just tells you how busy we are. Just glad we had an extra car so we didn't have to get a rental. They gave me a little off the original estimate but still not satisfied with their customer service. On the postive side they did a good job matching the paint. When they wiped the interior down they must of wiped it down with a dirty rag. It took me an hour to get the white residue off the interior.Hopefully I won't need any type of repair again if so I won't be using themTheThank you to the ma

Major s did an outstanding job. My car looks like it s new. We had a goof amount of time to wait to get the car in for repair but that s not their fault. It was well worth the wait; the car was done in less than a week and they did a great job. They will be my go-to collision repair shop from here on out. Update**** Had a 2nd vehicle serviced here recently. Sticking with the 3 star review as they do very nice work and their communications has greatly improved.The problem with them is with their turnaround time and service window. I originally had my estimate done on 1/9/2023. My truck had been sideswiped and was still drivable so real big rush as I was scheduled for April 5th drop off for a 4-5 day repair. About 2 weeks before this date I received an email that they were behind and now my drop off date was on April 26th.After about a week they advise that they were still waiting on a fender flare that they hadn't been able to source yet. I questioned the fact that they had over 3 months to source parts prior to the appointment then another 3 weeks for the delay in the appointment date. Their response was that they don't order the parts until the vehicle is there in case someone cancels and they can't return the parts and also storage concerns. Now to me, basic business says if you service more vehicles, you make more money but every time you delay completing a job you are now disserving each customer and driving up insurance rates (longer rental periods). Simple solution is that you confirm the appointment two weeks out and then begin ordering parts. With the extra money you make by moving more vehicles through you build a store shed to house parts. It's called "Just in Time" inventory control.In the end, my truck was finally finished on June 8th, almost 6 weeks from when it was dropped off. Not good customer service.*****While do very nice work it took 2 1/2 months to get an appointment. We dropped the vehicle off on a Sunday, the night before the appointment. I drove by that Thursday and the car had not moved. Even if waiting for parts, they should have been ordered in advance since they had 10 weeks advance notice. If delayed, then they could have advised us to hold off dropping the vehicle and save rental costs.The original time frame for repair was 6-7 days. I finally called them after two weeks and the gravely voice woman said she left a message but I had no messages or missed calls from them.All in all, lack of communication and 6 extra days of car rental.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I picked up my car after repairs were to be completed. I found a scratch that was not repaired. I had to wait at the shop for them to fix. On my drive home I put my sun visor down and the entire visor fell out from the roof only attached by the wires. When I reached my home I checked the passenger side visor. The same thing happened, visor fell out only hanging by wires. I then opened all doors and hatch to further inspect my car. There was white dust all over my floor mats, inside windows, throughout the inside of my car. The interior roof had black finger prints on my light gray interior. Where they did wipe the car looked like they used a dirty rag. My car was brand new, only owned six months before I hit a deer and needed repairs. I was very disappointed at the lack care proved for detailing the car. They did repair the visors and re clean the car however when I returned home I found the plastic floor liner in my hatch was washed off and put back in my car wet. So my carpet was all wet underneath the liner. I was given an apology and told they had a new employee doing the detailed work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrific service. Brandon was professional and efficient in assessing and providing a quote. The office kept me up to date and status and and rental drop off/vehicle pick up process was great. Only a couple minor details kept me from giving a 5 star - headliner not properly tucked around the A-pillar trim, glass shards falling out of headliner and around seat track but excellent otherwise. I never particularly like to go to a body shop because it means that I did something wrong with my car, or someone else wronged me with theirs. In this case it was my fault.When I first took my car in the estimator was didn't waste his time or mine, he got right to the estimate and explained the process. Easy.On the day I brought my car in to be fixed the reception staff were very nice and had everything ready for me. They also had helped coordinate my rental car so my wait for that was minimal.I think it took about a week and a half to fix my car which also seemed reasonable given the amount of work that had to be done. When I came in to pick up the car the staff were once again very friendly (and they are dog friendly as well which I particularly appreciate). The final bill was pretty darn close to their estimate. The work they did looks great - actually better than how it was pre-accident. My front seats were a bit dirty when I brought the car in (dog) and while they didn't detail the inside of my car, they did take the time to vacuum the front seats.So, unless parts start falling off my car in the next few days and weeks to come, I'm going to rate this experience as excellent because I wasn't there a minute longer than I had to, the work was timely, they didn't overcharge, and the people were nice.

From scheduling my repair to completing the work, Major s could not have been more accommodating. The staff was professional, friendly, and provided complete customer service: worked with the claims adjuster and car dealer to obtain approvals, assisted with rental car arrangements, and made my drop off and pick up simple. My car was completed when promised and I appreciate all Major s did to make this a seamless experience. I would highly recommend Major s for any body work. Thank you!

I would recommend these guys to anyone! I unknowingly bought a car a bmw with frame damage. (previous owner lied) I got an estimate from a BMW specialist for $2100, an estimate from Sun BMW for over $5000, and an estimate from Major's Select for $1900. So given that I didn't want to drive 45 minutes to the specialist, I left the car with major's. They told me they would start work once parts came in. There was a delay in shipping or something of that nature, but Major's kept me in the loop and called me almost everyday to give me an update. Which was something I had never experienced. I'm a car guy, and do most of my own work. This however was a job much too large for me to tackle. However, it was comforting to know what was happening and when on my car. AWESOME customer service. Without a doubt best car repair experience I have had yet. They did a great job on repair, and I am very very pleased! Thank you so much!

From the time I scheduled, until the time I picked up my car ...all expectations were exceeded. The staff is super friendly , knowledgable, courteous and respectful. The quality of craftsmanship, along with care taken in repairing my vehicle is a reflection of how well this shop is managed. I left feeling like family! I highly recommend you stop looking for another body/repair shop and just give them a call. Save the time and money. Couldn't be any happier.Is it strange to look forward to another experience with a body/paint shop? Nope, not when you trust a good one!Project: 06' Porsche 911 - Hood and Bumper repaint to rid of paint chips and 'OCD' moments. HAH! Had door damage repaired through these guys, nothing fancy/exotic. I think the end product of the work was good, but they repeatedly missed pickup dates and didn't convey it each time till the 11th hour. This went all the way to pickup....for example, they were supposed to have the car ready by end of day, and I let them know I'd be in the first thing the next morning (which gave them a little extra time), get there and have to wait 45 minutes for them to clean the car. I thought they were nice folks, but didn't seem to value my time/schedule.

To say I was stressed at the beginning would be an understatement. I walked in feeling anxious about the repair on my brand new car and after speaking to Juliet I was so relaxed and ready for them to take care of it. They completely fixed my door and it looks brand new! I couldn't be happier with the experience we had. Thank you so much for fixing my car! I won't go anywhere else ever again.

Started my repair experience at a huge body shop but did not like my interactions with or my perceptions of shop. Switched to Majors Select as recommended by someone who had used them. WOW! What a difference. At Majors, you are a person not a number. Willing to answer questions with happy positive vibes. Work completed earlier than expected. I will return.

Took my 2011 Ford F350 in for damages from a accident, flawless work, professional communication, timely and informative from Kim and Juliet in the office. The rental was taken care of met me at the bodyshop when I dropped my truck off, I even got a personalized Thank you card from the manager that was beautifully decorated, I really can't rate them high enough, thank you everyone at Majors.
