The best part is, I didn t feel like I was trying to get talked into extra things I didn t need. All the employees I interacted with were awesome!Mike and Antonio were fantastic to work with!

This has been my 3rd car purchase with Freysinger Mazda since 2017. Todd helped me with my first 2 purchases. This time Antonio helped me with my CX50. He was excellent. Told him work wise I was tight on time and if we could do the majority of it via phone that would work great. Antonio went above and beyond and did an amazing job. Super happy!

I'm so pleased that I chose to buy my car @ freysinger Mazda! A gentleman by the name Steve reached out to me once I viewed their website, he was very well spoken and kudos to his customer service skills!he was honest and never left any of my questions unanswered! In which I decided this was gonna be the dealership I deal with, because not only was he very helpful! He set me up with Antonio who was my sales person, this young man knows his way around customer service, sales and marketing! He is very honest and passionate about helping me and my wife with the deal that worked for us! Not to mention the pineapple life savers my wife loves! Antonio is not in this just to make the sale, he showed us through his actions that our comfort and budget was important as well! And he refers to freysinger as a dealership that cares about everyone that walks through those doors! I will definitely refer any of my friends and family to this dealership from the team alone! To the bomb coffee and living room like setting! Thank you freysinger for having what I would call, THE DREAM TEAM!!!

If you're looking for a car, Freysinger Mazda is the place to go! Antonio's customer service was stellar and he was SOOOO helpful with any questions I had. He helped me narrow down several cars (mostly because I couldn't make up my mind) to just one. He answered any and all questions, was honest in his answers, very transparent, AND didnt hound me like other salesmen. (which can be annoying) I took some time to look elsewhere but none compared to Freysinger Mazda and more specific Antonio. He was so patient and attentive. My car buying process was smooth and not stressful at all. The quality of people are unmatched at Freysinger Mazda, I will definitely be coming back for any future car needs. Antonio was amazing and I could not be happier with the service I received! I was in an accident that left my old vehicle totaled and Antonio listened to all my concerns and what I was looking for in a vehicle. He went above and beyond to pull three different vehicles out front so I could compare all of them side-by-side. Back in the day, I bought my new 2010 Mazda5 here and this visit on the last day of February 2023, I am here for oil change, tire rotation and 60K mile once over. It's a rainy day today. When I parked my vehicle before entering the service area, I always find the space that pools into a sizeable puddle. I always dread possibly soaking my feet thru when exiting my vehicle. This space has been the bane of my existence whenever I have come here for service.It has been a while since I have had official Mazda service due to the age of the vehicle. I have a knack for picking rain, snow and freezing rain days and always grabbing that bad parking space.Upon entering, staff was friendly, took my key and off I went to the waiting area. Looks like they have renovated since I was here last. Looks nice. Chairs are comfy.I decided to treat myself to complimentary coffee.I like gadgets but this coffee machine stumped me. As I was in the middle of tearing it apart trying to figure out how to put this odd prepackaged packet into it, a staffer rescued me and helped me make a cup of coffee. I am not sure why it wasn't a Keurig style machine. I felt about as awkward as a PC/Android user trying to figure out how to use an iPhone and a MAC.First coffee down, off to the restroom. Wow, this is a clean bathroom! Seriously. I will be in and out over my visit as the coffe works its magic.Service guy tells me about what my vehicle needs for its age. About what I expected as far as items and expense. I elected to have belts and other consumables serviced. I will deal with fluids and other flushing at a later time. Service guy said he could have it all done to today. Probably 2.5 to 3 hours. Not too excited about the wait but understandable. So waiting on the work at the moment.Maybe a second cup of coffee. I still can't get figure out how to make a second cup even with watching the staffer who helped me make the first cup of coffee. Fortunately, the service guy who briefed me on my vehicle, is also trained on the coffee machine. So got my second cup. Another bio break incoming. For now, listening to podcasts and playing games on my phone while enjoying the quiet and break from life's monotone.

I ve been leasing/purchasing Mazdas for quite a number of years now and these folks always go above and beyond. Friendly customer service, knowledgeable salesmen, and efficient service department. Highly recommend!

Service department can't answer a telephone at 4 in the afternoon. Those expensive labor rates have em so busy their just ignoring customers now. Must be nice

Waste of time and money! I went into replace a cracked windshield and inspection/emissions stickers on a 2020 Hyundai Elantra. I ended up having to replace tires (bad alignment maybe?), so total cost $1237.12. But, these guys put on stickers that expired in about three months, so I had to go back in, wow OK. Then they failed me for "streaky" windshield wipers. Well after 4+ hours of back and forth I had to physically return the dealership to get my car. What a waste, horrible, go somewhere else, anywhere.Go to a locally owned/operated mechanic! We live in Mechanicsburg, there are more than a few options.

Honestly, I would give them zero stars. If I could. I was very upfront with them about my situation. Of course got the spiel that we will do everything we can do and get back to you well it s been over two weeks and I still haven t heard back from them very unprofessional to not at least call back get emails from them and respond to them and still no response so their customer service skills lack significantly. I am fine if you are unable to help me but at least tell me that. I was upfront with you, so I expect you to be upfront with me. Honestly, I dealt with another car dealership and they kept me informed and stayed in touch throughout the entire process unlike this dealership.

10/10 experience! I got to trade my 2023 Honda CRV for what I really wanted, a 2024 Mazda CX-90. Antonio was amazing, he helped me get exactly what I was looking for with the best price. If looking to buy a car, ask for Jay Fencel! Outstanding car buying experience. This was my first time personally buying a car (Mazda Miata). I called Jay and told him I wanted to view/test drive a car. I drove 2 hours to see the car. He played no games. He did not sell it before I arrived. There were no b.s. add-on fees and we made a very fair deal. He was very accomadating to my circumstances of wanting to register the car in a different state (WI). I also had a good experience with Josh in Finances. They gave me a lower APR than my personal bank would have! The 2016 miata came with Mazda certified used car 7 year or 100,000 mile warranty. They really do treat you like family here. I accidentally left my Ray Bans and my apartment parking sticker in the car that I traded in (total cost of approx. $350)! Instead of driving round trip for 4 hours to retrieve my items, Jay shipped them to me! Honesty, Integrity, and Kindness are three words I would use to describe Jay and this dealership. Go here and you will not be disappointed!

Best staff hands down I m the area. Hock and Josh, Bebop, Jill, Timmy, and Zach really know how to give excellent customer service. This staff has been trained with amazing people skills, the coffee selection is exquisite. My personal favorite is the chai tea. Mmmm! Delicious a must try. The selection of vehicles can appease any patron on the area. This is also a family business and you can tell. They made me feel like one of there own little brothers. The test drive experience was fun. Zach shared stories about his day with me while selling me the driving experience. A must ride I say! Zach was so helpful with my many questions I had. Also, the dealership just had a makeover and it looks amazing! When deciding on your next vehicle remember this, they will welcome you with open arms here. They will make u feel like one of the team! Also, very clean!

I purchased a 2020 Mazda 3 from another dealer but its connected services didn t work. I reached out to freysinger and spoke to Stephanie from service. She was very kind and they got me the earliest appointment they could. They updated the vehicle and told me it also had a recall open they took care of as well. Everything was covered under Mazda warranty and the service was fast! I highly recommend this dealership.

Bought a new Mazda at Freysinger Mazda and I can't say enough good things about my experience at this business. My salesperson Skip was knowledgeable and professional! . Freysinger sold the car at MSRP with no other charges hidden later in the process. My trade was very fairly priced and the whole process was professional and low key. Josh the finance guy found us a tremendous interest rate that even my credit union could not come close to.If you want to work with an honest professional family owned business this is a dealership to definitely consider!

The worst place that i ever seen in my life,I bought a brand new car Mazda cx-50 at this dealership, the car had an issue from the first day of purchase, but I found the issue by myself after 2 days from purchase date, then I contacted the dealer to fix my car after 3 times back and forth they couldn t fix the issue, I was trying to take the car for the 4 time but they didn t accept it and they kicked me out from the dealership, i was tried to talk to the sale manager they never let me to find the sale manager, for all the time they gave me an excuse (manager is sick today or on vacation or etc),Service team, couldn t find and fix my car issue till now the first day of service they scratched my front bumper and didn t let me know, I found it by myself, that s a big shame for this place again they refused to change the bumper and never did it,Sales person, before I signed the paperwork he said anything that I need it he can help with me then after I got all these issues with my car and this place he just said I don t know any time i want to ask a question again he said don t know, okay if you don t know anything why you are working here!!!i do not recommend to buy CX-50 never and don t recommend this place never never!!!I m loosing alot of money of this purchase

Miles was a pleasure to work with. He did a great job giving details about the vehicles I was interested in. They gave me a great price for my trade-in and the whole process to finance my new car was smooth and easy. Josh was also great at going over the features with my new Mazda 6 and helped answer all my questions. The entire staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
