So I scheduled an appointment at this facility for today, October 10 at 7 AM. I requested the appointment through the app and at the time I was scheduling it told me that the appointment was pending. I then got confirmation of the appointment stating that the appointment time was good for a 7 AM appointment I arrived at the facility around 6:53 AM, knowing that I was going to have to wait in the car until they opened at seven which the website states it is now a 7:15 AM and no one is here and all of the bay doors are closed. I am not real happy as no one is here obviously and here I am sitting in a car waiting for them to open. The website. States 7 AM and if the staff knew that they didn t open until 730 they had days to call me to let me know of the time discrepancy. Fire stone continues to let us down as consumers. I understand that the stores possibly open at 7:30 but if that s the case then they need to make the website reflect that so people do not think they have a 7 AM appointment and have to sit in their cars for a half an hour how ridiculous this is. I just cannot believe the staff confirmed the appointment sent the confirmation stating that the appointment time was valid, knowing they weren t going to be open until 730. How rude. I have a personal credit card with fire stone and there s also a fleet account. I think today is the straw that breaks the camels back. I think that I m going to one of the fire stones competitors and create accounts. They re obviously fire stone does not care about their customers at all. I have tried and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and it doesn t matter what location you go to. It seems to be a companywide practice of complacency, knowing that the consumers need their service again how wrong and how disrespectful to the paying public for service like this shame on you fire stone for allowing this bad business practice to continue.

I had a very bad experience. It was the day after Easter Monday, my appointment was at 3 PM. The gentleman behind the counter said that they were understaffed. I was getting four tires replaced on my Toyota Corolla. The car was finally finished at 6:30 PM. The mechanic had broke off one of my tire sensors trying to get the old tire off, And put one of the tires on backwards upon me, inspecting the vehicle before leaving. Which leads me to wonder if the mechanic was just overwhelmed with work or or he was not capable of changing the tires on my car? I ve used this facility before in the past and had all four tires put on in an hour and 30 minutes. So maybe this was an off day, but to break a tire sensor off and put a tire on backwards is not acceptable. For those reading this review, if you use this place for your business, make sure it s not after a holiday, and they are fully staffed and capable of doing the job. One last thing, the tires I had put on my car were the exact same tires I had from last time, with the same year as last time, 2022 tires. You might want to check the year of the tires that are getting put on your car, because clearly this is 2024. My new tires that I just got put on in 2024 or 2022 tires. This information was never given to me, or told to me when I purchased them.

My husband has only taken his truck to Carlisle Firestone and Mechanicsburg Firestone for service the past year. Went in for a state inspection last week where they said he needed new front tires per the inspection. So we paid for the service in advance and waited for the tires to come in. Today when he dropped vehicle off a second time for tires to be installed they called telling him his lug nut was stripped and he d have to go elsewhere to get the lug fixed and return to them for the tires. The tires were removed not even a year ago by their company for brakes and they never disclosed stripping the lug to us. Now they don t feel comfortable addressing the issue because damage could be caused to the rim when being fixed. A couple of concerning issues here 1) they didn t disclose to us that they had stripped his lug when they did and 2) they didn t see this issue when they failed his state inspection and said he needed new tires. Took our money and said nothing until it was time for them to be installed after vehicle was dropped off for a second time. 3) instead of trying to help with the situation stated we re not going to buy a part to try to fix this issue if we re only going to potentially use the part once for you and sent him off to find a separate company to pay and fix their mistake. They still have his tires until the lug gets fixed. This company has no integrity whatsoever it seems. Beware.

Not sure if they can only buy from certain vendors. Or Nissan screwed up the parts order. But I called my Nissan place and they said all parts were available there or at warehouse. 2 days no work truck. Then did not replace the springs on the struts only the shocks. Saying not available. Now my boss missed. 2 days lost productivity. Was a mess.

I've been here twice in the last 3 weeks. First visit I bought a set of tires. Service was good, tires installed as expected. Turned out, I really hated those tires, so I returned today and got them replaced with a new set, and was so surprised at the excellent service both on the phone, and in the store. They stood behind the firestone guarantee and did not give me any issues about replacement.

I purchased Alenza AS Ultra tires that were on sale. The sale price was good and the installation took only 1 hr. 15 minutes, including alignment. I am very pleased having these 80,000 miles tires on my car.

I have been going to the Carlisle Pike Firestone for about 20 years now. At times I have received an invoice that was UNDER quoted price. Besides that the staff are professional, knowledgeable and fair. I have mentioned this particular Firestone countless times over the past couple decades.

I have Brought my Expedition here, Work Vans, and other companies' fleet vehicles for one reason. they do reliable work. they do not upsell unless it is needed and Charlie is by far one of the best service managers to deal with.you will get quality work performed by highly skilled mechanics. Thank you, Firestone, on the Carlisle Pike for your continued performance to go above and beyond while maintaining the Metropolitan HVAC Fleet.

I had an appointment first thing for an oil change, rotate tires and driver's side front had a leak. The young lady at counter was nice and helpful. The work was fast and thorough. I have been going to a Firestone for tires and service since I was 16 years old and will continue forever. I'm loyal to Firestone because of consistency in service and products.

They failed my vehicle for state inspection for windshield crack which was already filled. It has been passing at other places for several years now. Took the vehicle to Brenner and it passed. Front desk person was very rude and did not look like he knew what he was doing.

Traveling through PA and had a tire blowout on the turnpike. Not only did this Firestone have a replacement in stock, they also detected an issue (nail) in another tire that could have potentially caused another big problem. I ended up replacing both tires, as well as a battery that was on its way out. Prices were reasonable for what I needed, and they finished up in less than the time estimated. Shania was a huge help and was so friendly! Big thanks to the staff here for getting me back on the road safely and swiftly.

One of very few places which were open during the Labor Day weekend. Needed a Serp belt replacement and they helped me out without an appointment. Although I was told the parts needed would be ordered and installed the next day but due to Labor Day the shops were closed. They still managed to get the parts ordered and installed right on time for my long drive back to Canada. No other Auto shops were willing to fix the issue because it was Labor Day weekend. Good service and the kept me updated about the progress. Would definitely recommend especially if you need help with breakdowns during public holidays!

I pulled into two different auto shops watching my temperature escalate, knowing it was a cracked radiator, and it wasn't until I stopped at Firestone did I get a quality answer and service. Another spot told me my car was throwing so many codes it was a Nissan dealership issue. I know my car, I do most service myself... The manager at Firestone listened to me and understood me when I explained I know my car and it isn't a computer issue, it was simply her throwing codes for no coolant and cracked radiator, even though every light was on. Less than $1,000 and I was driving away days later. Thank you so... SO MUCH! For listening, and fixing the issue at the most efficient and costly price. I'll be back to this location.

I was told by another mechanic that my rear brake pads needed to be replaced, and I came here for the work. However, Firestone Auto let me know I was misled, and didn t need any work done at all. Really grateful for their transparency and honesty, when they could have easily charged me and I wouldn t have known any different

As much as I don t like leaving bad reviews, I don t feel bad giving this place one. Their ads say they treat customers like family but that couldn t be further from the truth. I m fairly certain the guy at the front desk has no idea what he s doing. There s so many better places on the Pike to get your vehicle serviced

This place takes all day long for a simple oil change & does not even give you a sticker on your car to let you know when it s time for another. They also quoted my boyfriend an absurd amount for a repair that we were able to do for 1/4 of the price. There are definitely better places to go in the area.

This is the worst place to service your car. The front desk guy is even more worst. I called and confirmed that my appointment is at 1pm and when I get there no your appointment is 2pm. I said I called and confirmed. He was like I understand that but your appointment is 2pm.

I went here last year for inspection and was told my front ball joints needed replaced, after paying over $500 for these, a year later I'm told by a local garbage the my right ball joint is bad and that's what's causing the noise when I turn. I called Firestone hoping they would be humbled to fix it, seeing as it's only been 14 months and 10,000 miles since having it replaced. But no, as expected they completely shunned it off stating their warranty for anything is only 12 months or 12,000 miles. I stopped going here because I felt like they were just out for money and I no longer trusted their work and right here is proof enough for me that I was correct. FYI, ball joints should last at least 70,000 miles and on average cost $80-150 and they charged my $230 for each. Never again will I give Firestone my hard earned money.11/27- update: I reached out to the website that was provided in the response and no one ever got back to me. Again, all this company cares about is money. My dad changed the faulty part yesterday and said that it was so bad that the ball joint moved up and down, which is NOT supposed to happen. I feel like I was taken advantage of and it is truly despicable. There is no way I was given new parts...Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have a 1998 pickup that is worth about $800. I took it in for an inspection. They called me and said it needed ball joints that would be $550. They also said I would have to take it elsewhere to have a muffler repair and a couple of bolts were loose where it attached to the engine. I said to go ahead and do the work. I picked it up and paid $735 which included the inspection fees but no sticker. I took it to a muffler shop only to find out that Firestone missed the hole in the catalytic converter. That would be $1400.00 to replace. Now I'm selling the truck for scrap because Firestone was incompetent in inspecting the exhaust system. I am out $735 that I would not have approved if I had known the converter needed replaced. I will never go back.A company person who monitors customer comments contacted me and told me that the store manager would contact me in 48 hours to discuss my concerns. The manager did not contact me after 4 days. I let the CSR know and she then told me an area manager would be in touch in 48 hours. Needless to say that did not happen either. They did not care at all that they lost a customer.

Very content with my experience at this location. I have never been there I always seem to get my tires at Sam's or BJ's but wanted a specific tire that those stores did not carry. I ended up purchasing @ Tirerack and found that the Firestone Autocare Center is an approved installer. I called last night (tues) about scheduling, they said Friday they had openings. I told them that was fine and it was only rim's that i had gotten powder coated that were getting tires mounted (off vehicle) he said if that is the case i can drop them off today and they should be able to squeeze them in sometime before Friday.... lunchtime, they called and said they were done. they did an outstanding job and took care in not marking up the rims. a fair price and extremely fast turn-around. i give them a 5 star rating because they exceeded my expectations. all staff was polite and accommodating helping me unload and load the tires. I have no experience here with tire pricing or quality since I supplied my own, but their service was top notch. thank you!

I wish I could give this store 10 stars. The staff are patient and understand to an exponential degree. They take the time to make sure you understand the issue and what steps need to be taken to resolve it. They are transparent and compassionate. My experiences at this location have always... ALWAYS been positive. From the service manager Gabby, to my service advisor Don, to the technician, Ron, flawless customer service. I never once felt like I was being sold something unnecessary, or like I was being taken advantage of. Phenomenal experiences... consistently.

I cannot begin to thank these guys enough! After trying 3 shops today, I called and asked if they would be able to mount and balance a new tire (the rim was already off due to the condition of the old tire) quickly enough that I could still make a 6:30pm appointment an hour away. She checked to see if they had the right size tire in stock and told me to come on in. Within 20 minutes they had a new tire on and had me on my way. 100% worth every penny spent. In the days when customer service seems to be a thing of the past, businesses like this make my day. Thank you for everything guys!
