I brought my car in because it was making a rumbling sound. The sound was diagnosed quickly, they price shopped the part for me (I heard him calling 5 or 6 vendors from the waiting area), the parts arrived in 3 days, and the work was completed in 4 hours while I worked from the waiting room. I was happy with the price, and the car drives better than it has in months! I am fully satisfied, and would return!

I received excellent service from John Daniels and Brenner Pre-owned. I was going to purchase a vehicle through Carvana but it was frustrating. John made the sale go quick and smooth. Everything went exactly as he said it would. I would definitely buy both vehicle from John and Brenner.

I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Brenner and my experience was terrific. In one visit I saw the vehicle, arranged for a trade-in on my previous vehicle, complete financing and drive off in the same visit. I worked with John Daniels and Ray Dixon. Both gentlemen were professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a pre-owned vehicle.

I could not be more satisfied. Everyone there who was working on my car or not working on my car could not have been more caring or more experienced. Everything is working fine. They found something that I didn't even know about because I didn't know what it was and they took care of it. I bought my car from them, and they were so fair in that purchase. Horrible. I had issues with the car 2 days after i purchased it, they said it was fixed. Two months later, another issue. They said they fixed it (really just put a bandaid on) Couple weeks later, the same issue plus more. Put another bandaid on, that issue lead up to an engine problem that should ve been fixed the first time. But somehow it s everyone else s fault, and not theirs for just putting bandaids on things and knowing we ll have to keep coming back and spending more money on the same issue. Don t waste your time or your money. They only care about their business, but don t care about how they treat their customers who keep them in business.

Ben was easy to work with despite my calling from another state. My offer was a little under the asking price, but they accepted my offer and didn't add a lot of closing costs.I would recommend them with confidence

I took my van there for state inspection and the experience went well. I would have given them 5 if they would have the tv on a station and had bottle water and coffee. There fee was very reasonable.

Ben got me into my first luxury vehicle and I thank him for that. I was not sure if I was even able to finance a vehicle and after he and his manager Ray did their duties it all became clear for me. The communication with customers is almost non-existent. They had my vehicle for over a month and not once did anyone reach out to me, I had to track them down. I have no complaints regarding the physical work done to my vehicle, however the professionalism of the staff and communication regarding estimated completion time was sub par at best.
