Today I received an opportunity to buy a great used car from Kareem at Brenner. Along with Kareem I got to meet Ray as well. These two gentlemen treated me with respect and helped me find a great mini van for my wife. Brenner is very lucky to have these gentlemen working for them . This was by far the easiest & most upfront dealership I ve ever worked with. When others said no they said yes! Ben was extremely professional & helpful. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to drive off the lot happy with a car today!

I found the perfect car on Brenner s online listings but I live out of state. I figured it would be too complicated to make the purchase. I gave them a call anyway, because I liked the car so much. I m glad I did. I spoke with John. John answered all my questions about an out of state purchase and let me knowhe would do what was needed so that it could happen. Once I arrived at Brenner s, John had done everything needed for me to get my dream car. The car was exactly as John had described. Maybe even a little bit better. John was polite, professional, and very well organized. The Brenner s dealership was neat and organized also, some nice looking cars. The paperwork went smoothly with no surprises. We were able to complete all of it in less than an hour. I d like to think all car dealerships are as professional and honest as Brenner s, but it s just not the case. John and Brenner s made this purchase a fun day for me . Thanks

I am currently in the market for a vehicle, and so I have been browsing the internet, looking at available inventory at different locations. I also use the Credit Karma app to see available loans, and available vehicles that are within my price range (if you don t use the app, I highly recommend it, I have no complaints with it, and use it on a regular basis). One of the sales associates, John Daniels, reached out to me about a pre-approval I had for up to $35,000. I asked what bank, because I haven t actually filled out any pre-approval forms. Anyway, John then proceeds to request that I fill out (and submit) a credit application, before he tries to determine what kind of vehicle I m looking for, or what needs I have for a car. In my opinion, this is not only unprofessional, but also just flat out wrong. After looking at their website, giving him the time of day even after his utterly horrendous approach, I found that they have absolutely nothing that I would like to have. So what would ve happened if I would ve filled out his credit application? A useless ding to my credit, from a place that can t do anything for me. I m not trying to bust anyone s back by any means, this is just a little bit ridiculous. I hope that John learns more appropriate ways to approach potential customers, after I gave him my constructive criticism on why he shouldn t just be asking for credit applications. 1/5, I would not recommend Brenner Pre-Owned to anyone that I currently know, or have ever known.

I have never ever had an issue buying a car before in my life. They tried to tell me my four wheel was not working. And give me nothing for my trade. So I took it to my mechanic nothing is wrong with the four wheel drive. So I took it back and they still say it s not working. So I showed them a video and they refused to put it on a lift and see it working. These people just lost a customer for life

I just bought a vehicle from Brenner in Mechanicsburg. Although the salesman was very good, the buying process was not great. The vehicle, so far is great. Several issues in buying process:1. It took a very long time to get my paper work ready even though I had a scheduled time.2. My deposit was not included in the pricing but was later refunded to me.3. The vehicle did not have an oil change as promised, but they did make it right by changing the oil (I hope).4. The vehicle had been titled previously even though I was told it had not been.5. The dealer let me pull off the lot with about 25 miles of gas in the tank. They did fill my tank on a later visit.6. The vehicle is missing a second key which I am hoping Brenner still makes right.7. The vehicle is missing the jack, which is very odd since it is a 2023.I am not saying don't buy a vehicle here, again the salesmen Ben did a great job compensating for the sales manager and service mess ups. But. Pay attention to the details of the deal.

My dad and I worked with John, it was a very fast and easy process to get into a new car and was very kind to give us a great deal on a new car. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a reliable car at an affordable price!!

10 out of 10. I didn't think I was going to ever find a car and decided to do a last ditch effort a bit far from home. Ben made it easy and took care of all the hard work so that I didn't have to drive so far. The car is exactly as described and everything I was told matches up with what I was told.I'll definitely be recommending this place!

So, I was just pondering over my experience at Brenner with John Daniels. I have already written a review, but wanted to add a note. This guy is amazing! After several months of owning my truck he e-mailed me just to see that all is well and if anything was needed! Who does that anymore? John does. I even accidentally e-mailed him instead of my dad (same initials) by accident with a personal issue. He got back to see if I was ok and offered any help! What a great trustworthy fellow. God bless him

We have purchased many vehicles in the past 50 years both new and used. We ve had good and bad experiences with salesmen. I will say that we never had a salesman like John Daniels. He wasn t pushy and he worked with us in every possible way to make us happy. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for a vehicle. He truly is a salesman with a kind heart. Not too many people left in the world like that anymore. Thanks John

Great experience. I'm from out of state and shopped online for weeks before I found Brenner. They had the car I wanted at the best price in a 200 mile radius. I called and told Ben my sales associate that I'd only make the drive if the price was firm and the car was exactly as described. He got on his cell phone, walked the car, described every detail, guaranteed the price and even gave me a great phone offer on my trade-in. Next day I made the trip, bought the car at the agreed price, sold them my trade-in at the agreed price and drove home very happy in my new-to-me car. My only issue: Brenner required a cashiers check to complete the purchase and I wasn't told in advance. But thanks to Ben, we overcame the major last-minute hassle and got it done. Bottom line: Ben was was wonderful to work with and Brenner was a great place to buy. Highly recommend.

Our family worked with John Daniels on the purchase of our new to us, but gently used vehicle. He was very straightforward through the entire process. There aren t many like him left, but it was one of the best car buying experiences we ve had. Highly recommend! We couldn t be more pleased!

bought a car from here about 2 years ago, as of today the car still has issues of when we bought it. spent 1.7k for a warranty they refused to work on my vehicle with, overcharged us for mechanical work and refused to tell us the diagnosis of how/what caused it, and has replaced our new battery with a used one while it was in the shop for a day. absolutely furious. they also charged an insane interest rate for the vehicle and refused to take the vehicle back a couple days after we got it. transmission, electrical, and many mechanical issues with vehicles from this place. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! better yet go to fred beans or carmax for a good vehicle.

I f I could give negative stars i would! They sold us a pre-owned 2016 Malibu LEMON. My wife barely drove it during the 6 months we had it. Inspection time came and they told us it needed over $2000 worth of work. They told us they felt bad and we could trade it in and they "would take care of us". So by "taking care of us" we bought a 2018 Malibu for $100 more a month. They said we need to pay the inspection fee of $179 on the old car. The sales manager Ray is a total JERK. I had a good experience with the salesman Ben but in the end he let us down also because he said "Don't worry about the inspection fee's we got it". They made thousands of dollars off of us and can't settle on the inspection fee's on the old car. What a bunch of rip off con artists! BRENNER FAMILY, NEVER AGAIN!

Amazing and helpful to me. They worked fast to help with my credit situation and got me a car same day. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. John Daniels was extremely helpful and helped scout for the best insurance I could get for my new car. 100% recommended.

My experience at Brenner with Carlos (Sale Rep) was truly amazing and very professional. Was in and out within couple of hours which is way faster then any other dealership that we went to. Purchased my first car at 23 with brenners preowned . My guy Ben treated me so well and was so understanding and on top of everything to get me what I wanted !
