The price is a bit high. Only two options: one for $15, & one for $13 neither include the tire shine ($2 extra). And the tax is added on top of it (normally car washes adjust the price so you pay the even number (the price usually includes tax)). Not enough pressure for the undercarriage, and it only seemed to do the left 3/4. NO soap on the left side when the brushes went by. There was a little on the right. The front/top got plenty.The wash itself did a decent job. The dryer starts as SOON as the wash stops by time you drive up to it, you have less than 30 seconds of drying. Not enough.

Went there, paid 15 dollars, the machine started on its down directly after I paid, couldn't even get in. Went to the other side. Said equipment was down. Called their customer care at 12:30pm and they said in their message machine they answered the phones during business hours. Guess that's not business hours. This place is a scam and needs to have the BBB contacted.

Good place to clean your car! But I think there's something wrong with the sensor as you pull in , cause it took my money but didn't get the wash.

I have a white car and when I came out from the car wash it was still dirty it did not remove none of the dirt off of the car at all I purchased the tire shine and I don't even think that it works my tires aren't shiny at all I feel like I just wasted $20 I'll never go back there again

Terrible place to go. Went to go get a car wash. Today may 11th at 9:10am. The machine got my payment. Then after the other car was done. The thing shut down so now I wasn't able to get my car washed which I already paid 18.00 for. And then against my better judgment I figured I'd try the vacuums. Well I needed change and neither if the change machines worked. Nor were they lit up indicating they were out of service. This place is Garbage. Don't go here!!

Not worth the $15.90 I spent for the wash. Didn't remove bird poop or dead bugs. Had to hand wash when I got home. I will not be using this car wash again and advise others to go elsewhere.

Didn't remove bugs, equipment not working, no call back despite promise.For $15.90 I expect a lot more.Bugs not removed: After driving from Florida to PA I had some bugs on the front - the next day (i.e. the bugs didn't bake on) I went to aqua duck. Almost none of the bugs were removed. I don't expect perfection, but at least the big bodies should have been reduced.Equipment not working: When you drive in, high pressure pre-rinse only worked on the passenger side.Another annoyance is the countdown timer for the drying jets isn't visible until you're about halfway through that section, the countdown was at 8 seconds before i realized there was a countdown.Another another annoyance - the word "TIRE" is misspelled on the check in screen.No call back: I called their number and expressed my concerns, I was told they would check the equipment and get back to me. They didn't.Give $16 to your favorite charity. or your least favorite, or a stranger passing by, or burn it - it's a better use of your money.

Recently went to Aqua Duck and paid for a car wash but the wash never started. I contacted the number on their website and left a voicemail. They immediately got back to me and asked for more info. The following day they sent me a code to use for the car wash I already paid for but never received the day prior. Wonderful customer service. Will definitely use this car wash again.

When they first opened, this place was nice. Now, half the time the cleaners don't work. Plus, I paid for the tire shine, and one side didn't work. I don't think they are keeping up with it anymore. I won't go back even though it's only minutes from house. $15 for a wash that was a $5 performance. 2 Star because the good smelling rainbow foam worked. Otherwise it would have been a 1.

Best drive through car wash in the area! With all the calcium on the roads it's nice to get the undercarriage cleaned. Only issue is in regards to dried or thick bug splatters, they don't always come off clean. And fir $2 you can even get your tires shinned up. I do miss the monthly car wash card though!

At the Mechanicsburg location, I was charged for two $15.00 car washes and only received one. I also paid an extra $2.00 for a tire shine that I did not receive. I contacted the number on my receipt and received a call back from Nicole. After multiple phone calls back and forth with Nicole to prove that I was charged twice, she requested my bank statement as proof. As a customer, I have never in my life been treated or spoken to so terribly. When I asked to speak with her boss she told me she does not have a boss. I will NEVER use another one of their car washes again. At this point, I m not worried about the $17.00, but instead concerned how a place that takes money for services not provided, and treats customers so terrible, stays in business. I will be reporting this and providing my bank statement as proof to the BBB.

Very good overall wash, and well designed. Typically it's kept clean of debris. However the tire shine is rarely very effective.

Decent car wash. Prices are on par with others.However, their dryer which is on a timer starts way before the machine gives you the green light to move up and use it.

Paid maximum amount for car wash today. Drove in according to instructions. Nothing happened. $13 down the drain. Be aware this business does not have a customer service phone number. They're taking money and not providing the car wash.

Paid for the "deluxe" car wash and when I pulled in.....NOTHING!!! No water no car wash. Pulled out and went to the other lane and everything worked. Called the number on the receipt and explained to the woman answering the phone. She pulled up video and didn't know why it wouldn't work. Offered to text me a code for a free car wash and of course I said yes. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago and still haven't received my code. Not a happy customer.***UPDATE: IT IS 3 MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO CODE FOR A DELUXE CAR WASH THAT I PAID FOR AND NEVER RECEIVED. *********TERRIBLE COMPANY********

Just went through and pulled forward, it told me to reverse, I did, it said stop and I stopped. It then spritzed my car with a tiny amount of water, sprayed my wheels, scrubbed the empty space behind my car for around five minutes and said thank you and basically just took my 13 dollars. If the owner would like to reach out to me like a respectable person for a re-do, I would gladly change this review, I've never had issues here before this. I was in a 2012 honda fit sport.

I have been going to this carwash since I moved to PA, I go when I need to have the underside of my car cleaned after the salty winter roads have taken its toll on my car. I went there the beginning of this March and for the first time it was malfunctioning. It kept telling me to pull forward and wouldn't start the wash, when I tried to back out the little garage door would close. Thankfully Alfredo was there! He works at the carwash and came over right away, he reset the carwash about 3 times and got it to work for me. He was calm and helped me stay calm. I almost thought I would be stuck in the carwash overnight! Thank you again for great customer service. Great carwash as always!

Like many others have said i had issue with wash not cycling properly, shutting off mid wash. Not restarting after previous vehicle exited .I left with my car covered in soap and more of a mess then i started. Contacted for help/refund, said she would look into it and get back to me. Never did. I see this is a trend here. Bad business, save your money and go elsewhere.*Update- they finally called back days later, with a free wash code for future use. Would have been much more helpful at the time while my car was covered in suds,instead the woman on phone was rude. I stand by my prior review however bumped them up to 2 stars for the call back.

I paid for the car wash and it sprayed a little bit of cleaner but it didn t work at all! I really needed a car wash so I went through again and it worked. I was disappointed when I called to ask for help and was sent to voicemail. I left a message and never heard back. Not worth the $15 for this service.

One side was closed leaving only one lane available. After waiting 22 minutes for the 5 cars in front of me to go through, the drying part of the cycle didn't even function. The vacuums are $2 for quite a short cycle (I couldn't tell the exact amount of time due to the screen on the machine being broken) and the hoses are too short to go around the car to access both sides (I was driving a civic; very average sized car) resulting in needing to move the car to vacuum the other side (and pay for another cycle as the loss of time moving the car had run the clock out). 30 minutes and $18 dollars later my car was clean, but I would not reccomend or use this carwash in the future.

Paid for a carwash, was waiting for the vehicle in front of me to finish and it stopped in the middle of their wash and never reset. I called to try to get reimbursement giving all of the information requested and they never contacted me again. The other problem was that the machine didn't print a receipt either. Since the failed to contact or reimburse me I had to contest the charge with my credit card company. Poor business practices.

I really like Aqua Duck. The system does a great job in making my truck and car look fantasic. Only two faults I see is the inability for the blower to hit the side view mirrors and the rear window on my pickup. Need one or two nozzles pointing towards the exit to hit these areas. It would also be nice if theynhad an active webcam so I can see how busy they arenand time my visit as appropriate.

Use this car wash often. But make sure to bring a credit card because it wouldn t take my cash so I has to go elsewhere. Other than no complaints

Usually a good carwash, but I went through the one lane and it didn't perform the entire wash including rinse and blow dry. Couldnt find cantact info anywhere for assistance or refund.

Very thorough exterior wash for the money. The tire wet looks great on the tire but can get on your body paint as well though. Can be tough to remove.

Great little automatic car wash, but don't get the tire shine: It's never washed all four tires. My vehicle usually only gets 2.5 out of 4 tires washed.

Poor maintenance. I ve been here a few times where it did not dispense any soap on the car. Very frustrating for what you pay.

This car wash is horrible, they don't have soap half the time and now I am sitting here it isn't even spraying my car with water. And they will not give you a refund! I am done, I will not come back.

It's a car wash. Do you really need a review. It's an automatic car wash with a few extras. Vacuums on site.
