Absolutely horrible garage. You tell them the year of your car and it s automatically $200 and you ll need more parts because we don t know the condition. What a joke.

We rarely have positive experiences when it comes to automotive-related stuff, however Julie and Tech tune 'n Lube was a breath of fresh air. During our first ever safety inspection (we moved from out of state), there were some more serious findings that we had to address. Julie got us in the next day to begin work and somehow managed to get us an alignment the same day even though the tire places were booked out for weeks. She didn't charge us extra by manipulating our lack of vehicle knowledge like other mechanic shops. This business is as honest and accommodating as it gets and we will 100% come back for all of our automotive needs in the future. I use Tech Tune & Lube for most of my auto maintenance needs... The staff are all amazing and attentive... They thoroughly answer all of my questions and address any concerns I have... They are very reasonably priced and have always been fair in their billing... I highly recommend them for your automotive maintenance!

I am a young person living alone in Meadville. I travel a lot for work and suddenly had an issue with my break system. I called multiple places in the area and was unable to get in with anyone. They heard the urgency of my need and fit me in early the next day, fixed my car promptly, and explained everything to me clearly. They even gave recommendations for future repairs. I am so grateful for them and their kindness. I would recommend anyone go there.Service: Brakes

I had a misfire on cylinder 1. This is a common problem for my car. They charged me over $200 and didn t fix the problem. Unlike shops I ve worked with in the past they did not offer to give it another shot. Go somewhere else! Julie runs an honest auto repair shop and is upfront about costs. Doesn't add on unneeded work. Has helped me out numerous times on my vehicles over the years.

Went for an inspection and they told me a lot of things needed to be done. The good news is the things they said needed to be done were accurate. But when it was time to give me an estimate, I asked them to provide me with both a quote for parts & labor and one with just labor if I got my own parts. They did so, but told me if I got my own parts they would have to mark up the labor cost 10%. I've had repairs and done on vehicles over the years, but it wasn't until moving to PA (where inspections are required) that I began hearing shops have issues with getting your own parts from an auto store. They said it was a liability issue, but marking the price up a bit wouldn't seem to fix to avoiding legal trouble. Needless to say, they did not receive a dime more from me than for the inspection and sticker. Some places need to understand once they lose a customer's trust, they lose their business for life.

This is one of the finest auto repair facilities that I ever encountered. They are honest, explain the repairs required and a close estimate of the required repair costs. No hidden surprises. Very cordial people and excellent service.

I ve been a loyal customer of theirs for about a decade. I live over a half hour away and instead of taking my car to one of the nearby places I make the trip to Meadville to see them. Great service and friendly and honest staff!

The only thing I cannot figure why they took everything out of my glove compartment and laid it on the dashboard I don't even remember what was in there but that was a little weird other than that the owner is the greatest they did a good job
