Individuals are professional regarding Kindness but the work is not what you expect. Frank is top notch as far as customer service. Very unfortunate, I always would praise the business.

Fed up with service at another tire dealer I decide to switch to Howicks tire service. I'll start them off with a 5 until they give me a reason not to. I left them with 4 new rims & 4 tires to mount on the rims. I was treated well, job was done in a timely manner & the price was fair! Thanks guys!

This is my go to place for snow tires. Because of the weather around here, I generally use winter tires for my vehicles. Their prices are usually much lower than the other places I've gone to in the area before. Sometimes they also have good deals in addition to the already low prices.

Had tires put on my car at Howick Tires and had some items stolen out of my vehicle. When back to talk with owner about the incident and had a shocking experience. I kindly told them about the items that were missing and how i personally placed them in my car and after my visit with them the items were missing. I was told that I was mistaken and stupid and that they did not steel them. I was treated so horribly and unprofessionally. The owner said that they did not care if i wrote this complete because they do not need me as a customer and that they have been around for a long time and no one would care!!!!!! Do not recommend to anyone.
