For the most part, it's a pretty good place to shop, lots of knowledge in one spot, laid back, a little cluttered.Luckily, the people who work their know where stuff is. Sometimes... might make it easier if they copied their competition and arranged front room chemicals in a more orderly fashion....

The staff tries to be helpful, but this place cannot compete with some places with the slick new auto parts places such as AutoZone and advance, but they also have a lot of parts and odds and ends that those outfits don't have so they do serve a purpose.

Not sure what all happened but a garage ordered my part and after they told me they're looking for it, here to find out that it was never ordered! Delivery driver had to meet another driver from a different store with my part and get it to the garage so my car can be fixed by this evening! Maybe whoever took the order needs to learn to do their job and better communication next time!

My go to place for Auto Parts. They usually have what you need if not it's only a day or two away. Good Customer Service and Very well staffed with little wait time

Hovis is a great place to get all your automotive needs. They have the books to look up just the part you need when the computers of most parts stores don't have a listing. The parts are better quality too.

This is an excellent auto parts store. The staff has more knowledge of vehicles, and can tell you more than just reading from a computer screen. The paint department is good.

Good auto parts store. Knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. No prices posted on products on shelves, which isn't as user-friendly as other local parts stores.

Good local business. The guys behind the counter are helpful and really know what they're selling. Small store but stocks a huge inventory in the back.
