Griffin Kia s service center was amazing. After significant issues with another Kia service center, Griffin was quickly able to figure out what was going on with my car and get it taken care of. Their staff are so helpful and friendly!

Griffin Motors is a great place to purchase your new or used car no high pressure sales and they try to find a lender that fits your budget, I've purchased my last two cars there and my friends that I've sent there have also bought multiple vehicles from them and there service is top notch as well.

Just a great place and staff overall. Even with the chip and vehicle shortage I believe I got a fair deal. I ordered a new Jeep Wrangler 392 and got it within 6 months luckily. The Jeep looked great and my salesman Bill Sumners went over everything with me to a T. Ron in finance was great and had me out of there quickly, with a fair price on an extended warranty as well. What I respected the most is they appraised my trade and gave me numbers on the new Jeep 6 months before it arrived. When it came in they honored the 6 month old deal and never questioned it. I ve had experiences with other dealers where the ordering process didn t go this well. Anyways, good crew, great vehicle, and since this is my 5th Wrangler, they ll be seeing me again in a few years.

Made a appointment for a oil change and had to wait a hr before they took it in the shop and then did not call me when it was done like I asked. Waiting for 2� hr for a oil change and tire rotation is poor service if you ask me

Made an appointment at another dealership thinking it was there. Showed up for my appointment and they said I wasn t on their schedule. They immediately got me scheduled and in and out of there within an hour, hour and a half! Everyone was super friendly and helpful!

Salespersons are hard to work with compared with other dealers who are evidently more proactive, helpful, and flexible. The salesperson seems not passionate about selling and he used language like "I need to make money" to deter my price negotiation. Well, customers everywhere have the right to bargain to make sure the pricing is fair and reasonable for both sides--that's how business works. No one would and is able to prohibit a car salesman from making his money and there is no need whatsoever to talk like that. I was amazed by a car dealer who used this type of coercive language to force a customer to accept MSRP. During the first formal meeting, they even did not give me a printed quote/worksheet, but only handwritten price, trade-in and fees on a piece of memo/invoice. No car dealers did this to me. All printed out a real worksheet with specifics related to what I wanted and what I offered as trade-in. Their service department forgot to put the regular tires in my car after putting on winter tires and we had to drive all the back from home to pick up the tires left in their garage. I was glad that I left and got a better deal after normal negotiation. Please continue to make your big money Greg.

Parts took forever to get in. Once in, the work was done expeditiously. They were great to work with and finally got a loaner car 2 weeks into them having my vehicle.

They had the new vehicle that we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. Our sales person was awesome. The only drawbacks to Griffin motors is their finance manager and service departments. Neither are very well informed or trained. The finance manager lacks basic communication skills and their service department just sucks. Upon deliver of the vehicle the interior was still dirty and all the aftermarket equipment was installed incorrectly and needed to be redone.

This was my first experience with this dealer and it was surely worth the drive from Erie. I have not one complaint about my experience with Griffin Motors. Unfortunately, i did experience a minor problem with the used car that i purchased here but one call to my sales man was all it took to rectify this problem and did not cost me a nickle. I would recommend a trip here to anyone looking to make a vehicle purchase!!!!

Great salesperson at a great dealership. My truck purchase was stress free and easy. Dan Penfield took care of everything and got me a great deal. All of the paperwork was ready to go when I arrived to pick up the truck and only took a few minutes to complete. They even took care of delivering the truck to an outside vendor to have additional equipment installed. I highly recommend Dan and Griffin Motors.

I have called about 2 used trucks they had here for sale but apparently they only care about selling new because both times I ve been told someone would give me a call back and they never do! Will never try to buy anything here ever again!

My primary contact and sales person has always been Dan Pennfield and have received nothing but the highest quality service from him. Need a truck talk to Dan. To the point I recently needed help with finding parts while traveling and immediately thought of Dan to ask for advice. We discussed my options and he connected me with Jason in the parts department who then promptly listened to my dilemma got me the part numbers I would need and offered suggestions on acquiring those parts. I can't say enough about my Positive experience with the personnel at Griffin Motors. They are the best when it comes to customer. Thank you.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Their service department is terrible. 1st they ordered me a part and never called me when they received it. Then, when I called to see if the part came in, they said they didn't know who it belonged to and sent it back. Then, they ordered me another one, and a year later, I'm still waiting for it. Had problems with uneven brake pad wear on inside pad and not the outside pad . Have gone through 3 sets of brakes on and also 2 pairs of Roaders and the car only has 65 Thousand Miles on it. The inside pad would wear out the outside pad would be like brand new They couldn't give me an answer and not even help me out on what to do about the problem. We will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership, again. The only Nice thing I can say about this dealership is that the person who sold me the car, the salesman , was terrific, but dealing with such a poor service department is not worth the hassle.
