My experience with this dealership was nothing short of excellent. I cannot recommend our salesman Walt Litwin enough!! He was professional and honest, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He got my wife and I into our new 24 Trax roughly 2 hours. We can t thank him and Community Chevrolet enough. My family and I will be using them for all vehicles purchases in the future.

Had to get a new car due to having issues with our current vehicle. Normally hate going to dealerships and dealing with the whole process, but our sales person, Tina Fell, was awesome! She worked with us and made it a pleasant experience! We are very happy we found this car and dealership!

I really enjoyed my time at Community. I didn t feel pressured into anything during the buying process, which was a win for me because I traveled from Pittsburgh for a particular vehicle. Justin and Clark (cutest sales dog ever!) were both wonderful. I d go back for sure.

whenever I need to have service done to my vehicle Liz at Community is my go-to, she takes customer service very seriously and does everything she can to make sure you are well taken care of and she does an awesome job at keeping you updated on your vehicle's progress during the service process. Liz is a five Star customer service Consultant, a great member of the Community Chevrolet Team !

Everyone was very kind and easy to work with, especially my man Walt. They found a car especially for me that hit all the check boxes and was a fair price that we agreed on beforehand, no nonsense. Walt did all the footwork behind the scenes, with a few phone calls here and there, so that I was only on the lot for about an hour total (with test drives, app/onstar setup, pay, and paperwork). Definitely a return customer!

I will say when I first called the dealership and took my vehicle in I was very skeptical. Not because of this specific dealership, but because I have heard stories about dealerships taking advantage and I have a family full fo mechanics so up until I recently moved to PA my family has always worked on my vehicles. Walking into the dealership I was a little nervous but the staff in the service department were very welcoming and helpful. I ended up being helped by Jamie who was very nice and extremely helpful. The first time I just went in for a diagnostic test to see what the problem was. When the results came back i was nervous about the cost and how long it would be before I could get it in to be fixed. They were able to give me a quote for the repairs quickly and to my surprise they were able to get it in and fixed that same day so it would be ready by time I got out of work. They gave me a ride to work and got right to work on my vehicle. Jamie was wonderful giving me updates throughout the day and dealing with my several questions and service add ons. When I got there to pick up my vehicle I was actually surprised looking at my bill and seeing it was much less than I had anticipated. Though Jamie was very transparent and told me prices of everything through the day I still thought for sure it was going to be higher. I was extremely happy with the service, the mechanics and the reasonable pricing. I never felt pressured into anything even though there was another major fix that needed done that I just couldn't afford at the time. Due to the wonderful dealings I had with Jamie I was not nervous at all to call back a couple months later to get the rest of my vehicle repaired. I again called up Jamie and was able to get my vehicle in very quickly and picked it up after work. My overall experience both times was great and they will forever be my go to for maintenance and repairs. I have to say Jamie was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. I am sure the rest of the service staff are just as wonderful as well, but as long as Jamie is there I will continue to work with him as he has been a pleasure to work with. Thanks again Jamie and the rest of the hard working staff taking the headache and worry out of getting my vehicle fixed.

Brought my sti in with deer damage and I have to say they were awesome I had tons of updates on the progress of my car and it was done very quickly, the customer service from the collision center was 10/10 would recommend

Brought my truck in for a slipping problem in the Transmisson that was rebuilt about 3-4 months ago by Community Chevrolet. The tech stated he could not reproduce the problem but found a tech number stating that hard shifting between first and second was normal. due to fluid flow between the clutches after sitting. I am not very positive with the tech information page. Jamie was very good and prompt on his responsibilities to the customer. That last time this happened they pulled the transmission pan and found metal shavings inside......

My husband and I have purchased 7 vehicles from Community over the years. We never had a major issue until now. We bought a new 2015 Chevy Trax. Last fall the paint started to peel in several places. The pain bubbles up and peels off just like your skin after a bad sunburn. It leaves the primer exposed. We spoke to several reputable body shops in the area and they said it is a paint or paint process defect, and it will be expensive to fix. GM will not fix it because, "It is out of warranty. " We've found there are many other Trax owners across the country with the same paint issue.

I can not begin to tell you how much we appreciate Walt Litwin at Community Chevrolet. This is now our 6th vehicle purchase from him. He contacted us to let us know he s back at this dealership. He knew what I wanted and found it. We traded within a week. We bought a Tahoe and I can not say how wonderful it is. Has everything we were looking for. Tina is the go to for sales! They all seem nice but she is definitely my go to. With her, it's not just about the sale and money in her pocket, she is genuinely so caring for you and what will work best for you.
