We searched for a vehicle for our son for a few months and grateful we found one that suited his needs at this dealership. From start to finish the process was exceptional. I purchased a car back in September 2023 I had a wonderful experience at this dealership! The staff was friendly, Devon Webb went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car for my needs. The financing process was smooth and easy, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. I left out with no regrets. I love my new 2024 Chevy Trax I get compliments everywhere I go. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.

My husband and I purchased a Silverado pick up truck from Devon Webb at Riverview Chevy last year. Devon is a fantastic sales man and I highly recommend him. He doesn t use pushy sales tactics which I appreciated. He spent nearly his entire day with us, allowing us both to test drive the vehicle, hop in other vehicles to compare features, and showed us in great detail all the different payment plans that would work best for us. He jumped on the phone with Chevy to authorize our loyalty discount (being Silverado owners already), and handled setting up our insurance for us as well. We hardly had to do anything while we were there which was nice and easy. Lastly, anytime we ve had any questions related to our vehicle Devon has been extremely easy to get in touch with, quick to respond with helpful information and always in a good mood. I really enjoyed purchasing our vehicle with Devon, and have recommended him to others that have purchased with him and been equally impressed. Nowadays, people value quantity over quality but not this guy. Devon will give you quality service that you won t typically find in a salesperson anywhere else. I can t recommend him enough. Go visit Devon at Riverview Chevrolet for a great experience!

I recently purchased a 2024 Trailblazer at Riverview Chevy. My sales associate, Shane, was fantastic in helping make this purchase happen. He was able to put together an offer for me, that was too good to pass up. This was the least hassle free car buying experience I've had. The entire staff was professional & friendly and made this an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend Riverview Chevy and Shane in particular.

Thank you to Zach Smart in the Sales Department. We wanted to share our car buying experience as Friendly, Easy going, and very professional. It was the easiest Car buying experience we have ever had. He answered all the questions we had and; if he didn't know the answer, he found out and got back to us right away. Updating my initial review from below. After getting the truck home and getting minimal support to fix the holes in the tailgate I'm now discovering the tonneau cover is leaking and parts were left missing off the install. I sent pictures of the missing parts to the dealership, called multiple times, and I'm still not getting acknowledgment that steps/parts were missed. Got told I could bring it back in to fix. I'm 1+ hour away, what if I was out of state, how would this be handled? Riverview got their sale but I'm very frustrated by the lack of post-sale support from their service department messing up both dealer installed accessories. Please check your dealer installed accessories at this dealership before driving off the lot!The process took a little longer and with some logistical issues, overall very happy with my truck, with the exception of holes left in my tailgate. I live about an hour away from the dealership and wasn't trading a vehicle in on this purchase so it made it a little difficult to get through the purchase process. It took a couple trips to the dealership to finalize the deal. I tried working with the dealer on options to either get me a ride down or get the truck closer to my area ... while they did offer suggestions it never really felt like they were super motivated to work with me on a solution that would make the purchase a little simpler logistically. I ended up taking a day off of work and traveled down with my wife and kids to finalize the deal. Shane was good to work with and always responsive to my text messages. The finance gentleman (forget was name) was prepared as soon as I walked in the door and worked very efficiently to get me through the paperwork while still answering all of my questions. The most disappointing part was I got home, dropped the tailgate, and saw that holes were left in my tailgate from where the kicker speaker system was removed at my request. I didn't know asking for the speakers to be removed would mean there would be holes left in my tailgate. Shane offered that I could bring it back down to Riverview Chevy (3rd trip!) to get this corrected. I'm trying to find if a local dealer will help me to address this.

This dealership is awesome! Thank you to Zach Smart for guiding and reviewing my needs and wants when it comes to my next vehicle. He understood my hobbies and daily activities and was able to narrow me down to a select few trucks. I'm still in the decision phase and will be most certainly be coming back to Zach when I make my decision.

I Highly recommend Shane Swope as your sales person. Shane made me feel at home and comfortable during my buying experience. I would also like to give Donna Hixon in the service department a 10 out 10 for getting a ongoing issue with my truck resolved in a timely manner.

I recently bought a 2019 Ram from Devon Webb and Riverview. This is my 2nd vehicle from Riverview, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. Devon is a complete professional. He responds to any questions at all times of the day...even his off days. He is everything you want your process to be. He is completely knowledgeable with zero pushiness or rush to finalize the deal. Actually, he even allowed me to take the truck home before purchase for 24 hours to show my wife and get her approval first. Everyone in the building was A+!

Devon Webb and Riverview Chevrolet are amazing! My wife and I had a bad experience with our previous (non-chevy) car dealer and we were referred to Riverview by family. We told Devon what our budget was and the type of car we were looking for and he was able to show us a few options. He was attentive, able to quickly answer any questions we had (we ask a lot of questions!), and was not pushy or overbearing at all.We are now part of the Chevy family again, and couldn't be happier with our Equinox. When we are ready to trade in our 2nd car, we will be going back to Riverview. We cannot recommend Riverview enough.

I was in the market for a new electric car and as is typical now you need to order them from Chevrolet. Devon at Riverview was able to make the custom order process as easy as possible, walking me through every step. When I finally came to pick up the car today he had everything prepared for me ahead of time. Riverview also didn't add any surcharge to the car either like many less reputable dealers do these days. I was in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours with my brand new car at MSRP! I can't recommend Devon and Riverview Chevrolet enough for how easy they made the process and their fair, honest pricing!

Highly recommend this dealership, after going other places and treated just like a number I came in and met Devon Webb, he was great, explained everything to me the whole time so I understood the process, pulled up all the history on my car, answered all my questions , and was just really kind. My mother has always kept up with her oil changes. Even more frequent than most because she only puts about 2,000 miles on her Chevy Cruise a year. We asked for an oil change and new filter. We sure got charged for it but got neither. If you take your vehicle here please mark all parts that need replaced with a UV pen. Because they robbed us of almost $80 just to top off some windshield wiper fluid but DIDN'T CHANGE ANYTHING ELSE ON THE CAR. Can and will share the invoice and what was retrieved out of the car the day it broke down cause they decided to rip my momma off. JUST CAUSE YOU HAVE A VAGINIA BETWEEN YOUR LEGS DOESNT MEAN THAT WE ARE VULNERABLE! Check your service staff. Otherwise I'll do everything I can to keep people away from this thief. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL!

Very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. My sales experience last year was very underwhelming, and the service after going there for two appointments isn't much better. Was being charged for service that I was eligible to receive for free when I purchased a CPO vehicle and had to get that mess dealt with. Also raised an issue with my apple car play that using an Apple-branded cable doesn't address like I was assured it would.
