Customer service CANNOT BE BEAT! I usually take my car to the dealership for service but decided to give Pons Auto a whirl for new tires and brakes. Not only did they do a fantastic job but the prices were excellent and they cleaned my car inside and out. I was kept up to date with the entire process and was not pushed into buying anything I did not need. Very honest and fair and fantastic customer service!

I purchased a 2011 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited wagon at end of April from Mike & Justin...top working order -new tires and many bells & whistles ..Drove out to Montana -Big Sky Country - with no issue.. looking forward to the adventure back.Mike and Justin select used cars for Sale with great auto make and model knowledge, attention to detail and sell solid great cars to meet your needs.Great pricing in complement to excellent thorough customer service..I highly recommend Pons Auto Sales.Get yourself some wheels and get out and see this beautiful country!I look forward to future purchases from Justin & Mike...This car made our Family trip a reality this Summer!Thank you, Thank you!

A few days ago I messaged Justin to see what he had in his inventory in my price range. He immediately replied with a few options for me with pictures of each vehicle. This particular 2005 Cobalt interested me we set up a time for me to see the vehicle. I test drove the vehicle and looked it over and decided to purchase it later on in the week. After I left he went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and made sure the vehicle was safe and sound including lots of pictures. Today I picked up the vehicle the transaction was quick and easy. I also go to check out his repair shop and plan to refer everyone I can to Pons Auto Service.

We recently bought a 2008 gmc Yukon from Justin. It is a great vehicle. He worked very hard to make the process as easy at it could be. I would highly recommend his dealership.

Definitely recommend for anything, buying a car, getting a car fixed or detailing! Great customer service. They will go above and beyond to satisfy all customers! Bought a 2013 ford explorer limited, and they were able to get me in it and drive it home within 24hrs.! Would definitely go through them again! Thank you! And a special thanks to Mike that works there. Keep up the great work

I'm sending this for my Brother Tom:My name is Tom on April 9th 2021 my Mom saw a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for sale at Pons Auto. We called and spoke to Mike, he meet us there in 15 minutes and we took the vehicle for a test drive, Mike was very honest, upright and thorough. After the test drive I knew I wanted this vehicle so we purchased this vehicle the same day. Mike and his notary went above and beyond to make this sale great. They say you can't please everybody but Mike and his notary absolutely pleased us, they were great. I recommend them to everybody I know and I recommend anybody looking for a vehicle to go see Mike and his notary.

I waited a few weeks to write this review so I could be honest about the quality of the Honda Accord I bought. I am very satisfied with the Honda I bought. Justin was up front about the maintenance that was performed on the car before I purchased it and his assurances of how well it would perform after my purchase lived up to my expectations. When I need another set of wheels, I'll be back. Thanks again.

Justin was the nicest most laid back guy! He was upfront,honest and wasn't out to rip me off ..from the start ..he was willing to work with me,and help me out as much as he could so i could purchase the car ..no bs,no scam,..honest real person !! That's rare to see now a days from a car dealer....everyone is out to make a buck and just make the sale and be done .... Justin is the complete opposite of that!! He cares and wants you to be happy with your purchase..a part is going to be installed and Justin told me to bring it to his shop and he'll install it.i never usually give any reviews on anything ..but this i will stand behind 100%..this is a honest dealership ..a honest hardworking family man who wants the buyers to be happy ..it was truly a pleasure working with him! I have not one negative thing to say ..great experience! Great prices on the vehicles and great customer service! He actually took the time to explain things took the time to talk and really cared ..i didn't have thousands and thousands of dollars to spend on a car and he found the perfect one for my price range...thank you Justin! Appreciate everything!!

Highly recommend - I recently purchased a vehicle through them and they went above and beyond. They stayed open till 8pm so I could come look at the car and had a notary on hand to do the paperwork. on top of that the car was just awesome runs and drives like a dream and clean as could be. I would recommend these people to anyone looking for a great used vehicle

I wanted to wait at least a week before writing this review so I wasn't on my "high" of just purchasing a nice family car and having that cloud my honesty. With that said, I highly recommend Pon's Auto Sales! We didn't even know where to begin to look for an honest used car dealership and after many recommendations, I was contacted by Mike letting me know he wanted to earn my business. He scheduled an appointment for my husband to come test drive a Mazda CX-9 with zero hesitations and a wide open schedule to accommodate ours. After driving the car with my brother who's been a mechanic for 5 years, they both agreed this was a quality vehicle. We ultimately decided to purchase it after test driving several others and Mike not only met us that evening but had a notary show up, after hours, to make the sale.We purchased this car because we have 2 kids and one on the way and couldn't fit 3 carseats, safely, in our current car. I stressed to Mike that safety is our number one concern and he promised his cars are the safest. He even sent me an autocheck of the car (kinda like a carfax) to show me every service done to the vehicle.I appreciate his effort, timeliness, understanding, patience, compassion, transparency, honesty, and customer service.We are now at a week of having the CX-9 and my husband and I literally argue on who gets to drive it! We adore this car. My kids adore this car. And it will soon fit three precious cargos safely! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! The Hibbitts family.

***Go To A Real Dealership***Bought a 2011 Subaru Legacy less than a month ago. With in a week there were codes on the dash. So not only did I just drop a bunch of cash on a new (used) car but now I have to spend more on fixing this car I ve had for less than a month. He said that it must not have been a previous issue if it did not come up during the test drive. I guess this is what I get for going to his used car lot. Lesson learned.He gets two stars because of his initial hospitality. But I think I m being generous.

My daughter bought a used car from here and it was the biggest mistake ever ! She was lied to ....taken advantaged of and the car needed 1000 dollars worth the work done just 14 days later . When she confronted him about the issues he did nothing for her . Really bad business! Please stay clear of sales people like this ....she has children and this car was truly unsafe and the issues could have caused a deadly accident and he could care less ! As people that take chances buying used cars all we ask is that your honest with what is wrong with the car so we can keep everyone safe ! Thank you !

Mike was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond for me and my wife. She absolutely loves her new Honda Odyssey and the price was fair. If your looking for good transportation without the bs definitely shop here first.

Went down there to test drive a impreza. Fell in love with it instantly and knew it was coming home. Was very easy to deal with. Upfront and honest. Whole process was easy and I was in and out in about an hour. Great prices and I would go back again.

Look no further than pons auto sales for your 5 grand and under cars, I always need a second vehicle due to season changes and I bought a cobalt off Justin and it s a great car without hesitation took it right after transfer to New York and it didn t skip a beat thank you for a nice and easy transaction will buy more vehicles in the future
