In June of 2022 I towed my Ford here to have my suspension work done. I spoke to a manager named Patrick who was willing to work on it as I had just moved from Connecticut to here. Now it s February of 2023 I m out almost $3,000 he never wrote an order on my car he took parts off left my windows down for months and now the car doesn t run at all. It did when I brought it there and I already had another shop lined up to do the airbags and body work he wouldn t be able to do. I spoke to a manager named Dillan who had no idea about my car, then to a district manager Jason who was condescending and rude. He was supposed to reach out the day I called and didn t then he was supposed to call today and didn t I had to call him. This place is an absolute mess and there is 0 communication. They have no actual techs or managers and they are just looking to steal your money and car parts. 0/5 I don t recommend. Now I have to get a lawyer involved because I am tired of the games.

Great manager, she has empathy, listens, and awesome personality! I will be back for all my vehicle necessities! I also shared the great experience with my family, whom, will be giving their vehicle needs to this Monroe location! Thank you!

I usually go to Pennzoil in McKeesport but since they closed, I had no choice but to come here. The difference in pricing of tires and customer service is staggering. From now on I will make sure to avoid Monro Auto Services all together, because it shouldn t cost an arm and a leg to have your car fixed.

I can't say enough good things. I was able to schedule an inspection appointment the night before online. When I dropped my car off, of course all of my paperwork was out of date and wrong. Mr. Hawk spent the time to help me go through 2 years of emails to get my correct registration and correct insurance paperwork. My car was ready when they said it would be. Can't say enough good things about the shop and Mr. Hawk.

It's an ok place. Very frustrating that I scheduled an appointment, took car in at exact appointment, and I couldn't drop it off because a "tool box was locked." I had to take it back the next day (3rd time) and waited for parts to be delivered when I had scheduled my appointment well in advance of parts coming in. Not going here again. They also don't do inspections even though you can schedule it and there is a sign.

All the guys that worked here three years ago are gone so I am taking back my review. The last two times I was there weren t really good experiences. No more five stars. Average at best.

Had to wait a little more than an hour for an oil change even though I arrived as soon as they opened. They had complimentary Netflix with remote while I wait which I thought was a nice touch. They also had complimentary coffee however, the pods coffee machine needed water and the only water source I saw was in the bathroom. Yea that was a no for me. I requested for a top off on windshield wiper fluid but they didn't have any. (Oh wow, where's a Jiffy lube when you need one.) When they did their assessment they noticed I needed new tires and quoted me $624.00 for new ones. They didn't say anything about my brakes though and I've been driving a 2016 Grand Caravan since 2018. I've never had a brake replacement and they've recently started whistling so for them not to mention that in the assessment was interesting I thought. They also didn't vacuum or clean my windows. All they did was change the oil and it took them at least about an hour and a half so there's that. Yea I think I'll be going elsewhere next time.

The new manager of this location, David should be proud of his team. Ryan was Exceptional at problem solving while still providing me an easy and pain free experience. Eric and Alyssa were awesome too! Highly recommend.

Took my car there yesterday for a maintenance check they was soooo nice they found out I had NO bolt on my caliber bracket!!!!!! The mechanics called around for me for 3 hours trying find me a bolt too order.... They was sooooo helpful and awesome service I'll definitely go there again thanks especially too ned for taking time too help I'll definitely be going back!!!

Don't do it!!!! Timeline given for repairs was way off and when I questioned them on it, the person at the counter without a name tag snapped. Literally started yelling and saying that they were doing their best and had to go back out for a part. Brought my car in at 10, called to check status at 10:30. I approved the work and they said they would start on it. I walked in at 2 to get my car and they said 20 to 30 minutes. Hour later, no one checked in but they sent a mechanic out to get an additional gasket for the flange, and I questioned their professionalism. At that point he snapped. It's 3:20 pm at the time of this post and the mechanic still has not returned with the additional part. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER OPTION FOR A MECHANIC!!!!! This experience wasn't worth any stars.

I called this shop on Wednesday and spoke to a man on the phone. I asked 2 questions. 1, is this the shop on Lyle/5th in McKeesport? They said "yes", 2 when is your next appointment that I can get for a car inspection? They said Friday at 12PM. I showed up 11:45 and waited in line to inform them that I was there for the appointment they scheduled. I was then told we don't do inspections here. They had no clue who I was or what I was talking about yet I asked on the phone if I was making an appointment at the correct place and was told yes. Zero Stars never going to go back to them. Thanks for wasting my time jackass.

With a joke make a appointment for alignment told them I had short timeline they said they could do work at 3pm today I told them.not to schedule it if he not sure he could get it done Got there 245pm for appointment said he running at least hr behind I could of scheduled it somewhere else yesterday no now I stuck Monro Auto Service McKeesport port I would not recommend any one to go there. Thanks a lot for wasting my time and costing me tire Going back Florida I told them all this when I made appointment Thanks a lot for nothing.

Brian, the manager was very nice. He really put the customer first. He was very respectful. Pricing was very fair!!! It's good that places like this still exists.Gary also was very friendly. Couldn't say one bad thing about my experience.THANKS

If I could post negitive stars I would. I thought I'd already left a review, so this is late. I purchased a car and needed 4 new tires. I went in and bought the tires, and was then told by the store manager that he didn't have any mechanics to put them on, as they had all quit. He then promised me that if I came back in a few days, he'd have someone to put them on. I waited and came back. I was told he was too busy, and was sent away with another promise that he'd put them on the next day. I come back again (still hauling around 4 tires in my tiny car). Again, I'm told he can't do it. Each time I'm coming in exactly when he tells me to. Each time he's telling me these are appointments and that guarantees my service. So the third time, we schedule another appointment, this time for my husband to bring the tires/car in. My husband comes in at the appointment time, and the manager tried to send him away AGAIN!!! Almost 500 dollars in tires and this manager is still sending us off with the run around. My husband thankfully wouldn't take no for an answer and stayed there until the manger finally got our tires put on. I will NEVER go to this place again.

I have been a customer there for a few years, but never wrote a review, before, so I decided to take some time and tell my great experience at this place. I live kind of far from McKeesport, but I don't mind to drive some extra miles, and there are many places around where I live where I could go. Today, Alex went beyond helpful, friendly, and gave me the best price. He is the kind of person that makes you want to go back there; he should be considered to be the Manager of the store, if he is not! Gary was the tech, super nice guy too, even set my car to let me know when it needs the oil change again, without me asking for it. The atmosphere in there was a happy and friendly one; I could tell they enjoy doing this and helping people. My car loves to go there :)

I was able to get an appointment quickly which was great since my inspection was up! Really happy I was able to drop my car off before they opened and picked it up after work with no issues. The pricing is beyond fair and the staff are very accommodating. Thanks again to Brian (Bryan) and Dennis for their assistance. Will take my car there from now on.

Monroe tire in McKeesport has always been a great experience but now the young gentleman Patrick has taken the managers position, it s far better than before. Patrick is kind, experienced, and understanding about issues I ve had with my Acura. I ve told many people that this Monroe is the place to go when in need of many things. Thanks Patrick, this will be my go to as long as your here!

My husbands tire blew out as he was driving home Friday night, we had it taken to Monroe Muffler and Patrick Boyd had it fixed up for him by 9am!! This garage is AMAZING and has been our go to for many years. Highly recommended!!

My inspection commenced at the designated appointment time and was completed in a timely fashion at a competitive price. The Monro advertised discount was honored and applied. Brian and staff were courteous and respectful. All in all a very good experience.

A++++. Car just ran out of warranty and started having front end suspension issues. Figures that these things don't happen until the warranty is over! These guys jumped through hoops to get me the parts for my vehicle, had the parts there the same day and had the car ready to rock within a few hours! Dennis and Brian were extremely helpful, courteous and looked the rest of my vehicle over to make sure everything else was ok. Nice to have a place that does honest work at a very reasonable price. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!

I want to make sure it's understood the person I dealt with there was ok. None of this was the fault of the workers. What's not fine is the person I scheduled my tire rack installation with didn't actually schedule me. So my 9am appointment was changed to 11-11:30am. That's fine. When I came back the news of the day was that the compressor that ran all of the shop equipment had failed. No, tires, no oil, nothing. A glorified garage. So I was offered my tires which I of course accepted and went on my way with 4 tires in various places in my coupe...not installed. Nice.

I like dealing with Brian, the manager, because I have complete trust in whatever he tells me what I need for my car to keep it running smoothly. Today I had to tell him about a noise coming from the front of the car, and he didn't make me feel like I was an idiot when I was trying to tell him what it sounded like. I've been going there about 15 years and feel that they do very good work and are personable with their customers

Alex and Gary were great! Alex was very nice and talked to meeme though he was having a rough time with his printer and phone ringing off the hook. Gary got my car in and out quickly. He answered all of my questions and had a great attitude. I will definitely be back.

I went in for a wheel alignment and not only did they do an amazing job at the end of their day, they were friendly and the manager even pointed out that I had a separate minor issue with something completely unrelated.. I wound recommend this place to anyone in need or good auto service
