I had my Jeep detailed today and it looks better than the day I bought it! Very reasonable prices, excellent customer service, and amazing results! I have a husky and small children, so needless to say my car was a mess when I took it in. Definitely recommend Ballou for both interior and exterior detail jobs. Highly impressive detailing. I took my Audi Q5 SUV in today for scheduled interior detail and when I arrived the owner was there to greet me and also answer the questions I had.I had noticed a flaw in my paint on top on clear coat that looked like an oily finger print after coming back from dealership last month.. no one and nothing has been able to remove it safely or tell me what it is. The car is gorgeous and expensive and this flaw is annoying. He took a look and offered to try and remove. Also I asked if he had time to wash the exterior which I had not scheduled. He not only removed the mark that no one else could but did so without damaging the clearcoat and did so flawlessly. Looks like it never existed. He is a genius. He also detailed my car so well inside and out it literally looks brand new off the showroom floor.I m VERY particular when it comes to my car and detailing. I am not easily impressed And Ballou Auto Spa has blown my expectations out of the water!The owner is not only excellent at what he does but he is a really nice guy as well.Overall excellent service, pricing, and impressive quality work! Will be bringing my car back for months to come and will happily recommend Ballou Auto Spa to friends and family!!

Had car interior wash at Ballou auto spa and now my car looks perfect! The owner did very professional work on every detail. The carpets, seats, cup holders, windows, doors everything is as clean as new. And it does not take much time as I expected, I dropped it off at 2 pm and got it ready around 4 pm. The owner is also a very nice person. Great service and great price!

I have been here with my corolla twice and each time he has gone above and beyond. On this second trip, I called super last minute and he still got me in and did an outstanding job. I have tried other detailing places, none have come remotely close to his standards. If you need a detail, check him out. It s more than worth it.I can t say thank you enough for your hard work!!!

Decided to check Ballou out, they only opened last month. Overall, highly impressed. Smaller shop but great job! I interacted with the manager, Quinton, and he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.I was a little worried because I had a carpet stain on my mats from the previous owner but I came back to a car that looks like it just came from the dealer. Will definitely come back again!

He did a great job cleaning the inside of my car. My car seat was dirty with coffee spill stains on it and he manage to scrub that away and my car smells fresh now. I highly recommend Ballou

I got a used car and it had a lot of stains on the seats. This place got them all out and my 11 year old car looked very good. Only problem was that it took 24 hours to dry out.

Did a good job on my truck will definitely be returning. Clay bared it and waxed. Reasonably priced and was easy to work with.
