I stopped into Mavis this morning because of a tire that was losing air fast. I dropped about 10 pounds on the highway in a matter of minutes. As soon as I got there the staff was very professional and helpful. They assessed the situation very quickly. They had my SUV on the lift and tire plugged within minutes. Thank you for such a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE with this Mavis location and staff. I will definitely be going back for oil changes and tire rotations! Thank you for making this a non-stressful experience. I highly recommend this location to all.

I stopped in this morning with no appointment, as my tire was losing air constantly over the last few days. Within minutes, my car was being worked on, with a long nail removed from the tire, which was then plugged. The whole process took less than 15 minutes and I was on my way. All of the employees there were very helpful and I couldn't be more appreciative.

Mavis is always fantastic when i stop in for an oil change, im in and out without a wait almost every time! Deena is an absolute sweetheart along with the other workers, all super friendly. I will definitely be back for my next oil change :)

Dena at the counter was great she breezed right through the paperwork made my check in a pleasure. She was friendly and professional, my contact for actual work being done was Steve . Steve was so knowledgeable and walked me through everything that had to be done and even took the time to explained why so I could completely understand the work they were about to do. Had an amazing experience at Mavis in the Matamoras location. Tyler is such an honest mechanic. He explained everything to me so I could understand. Tom the manager was so kind and very easy to talk to. He made me feel so at ease and told me about applying for the Mavis credit card and no interest for 6 months. I truly had a great experience and I would highly recommend this Mavis location and all their employees.

Lackadaisical & no time management.Very nice people, but when I am told 1 hour for 4 tires being mounted (I brought the new tires with me that I needed mounted), I expect an hour.While sitting there, you can hear the staff laughing and having a good time, but clearly work wasn't getting done. After an hour and 15 minutes, I asked what was going on and was told it would be another hour. However, my car was in the air with no tires on it, so the process was started. Over 2 hours for mounting tires is ridiculous. If I would have been told it was gonna be over 2 hours, I would have came another day.Also, if staff weren't just b.s.ing, I would not be as frustrated. I will not be using Mavis again unfortunately.

Mavis in Matamoras PA is amazing. The staff are very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was going in for inspection, knowing I needed some work to be able to pass. They worked with me step by step on the prices and even helped me apply for payment assistance through TireFlex. It is so very nice of them to get me taken care of so quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them for all future services. Also Dena is amazing FYI

One wheel was leaking air and I took my chances and brought it in without an appointment. Steve accommodated me and all patched up within a couple of hours.Been going here for years and customer service is always great and knowledgeable.Make sure you see Steve. Highly recommended!

This shop was amazing. Steve took great care in assisting my husband with a flat tire. On a early Sunday afternoon; I was ressured that my husband was in great hands when he pulled into Mavis in Milford, after running over an object on the highway. The manager Steve is greatKnowledgeable, friendly and honestI bought 4 new tires for my traverse and then the very next day ran over a nail. Steve was on it and had the technician put my car on a lift right away to patch it. I was back on the road within 15 minutes. Which was great as a busy mom of 4.

Wow! We were traveling to see our daughter in NY and got a flat. Tyler got us in right away and took immaculate care of our vehicle (and us!) as a knowledgeable professional and a caring person. We couldn't have been more provided for by this group and Tyler was the kind captain! Amazing customer service!

This Mavis location is by far the nicest staff and easiest to work with! They've worked on my truck a handful of times, as well as a few tire patches now. Very nice to talk to and always willing to help. Honest service and they make it feel like the old shop down the block.

Oh my gosh, this place and Steve was an amazing discovery when I badly needed an oil change. I was driving through the region after seeing relatives and had tried calling several service stations and everywhere I called had a long wait - but Mavis said come on in, we ll get to you and within 15 minutes my car was up and being worked on. Steve discovered I had an oil cap missing and was even able to order and replace it in a reasonable amount of time, prob what I would ve spent waiting anywhere else, and could get me on my way. I can say enough about how great this place is, definitely worth it for your auto service needs.

Went to Mavis in Matamoras PA. They were very good and the guy up front Steve was forward and seemed very knowledgeable. He was courteous and very helpful. Had a very good experience. They got my 4 tires, oil change and alignment done fast. I had my 3 year old with me and very pleased with the quick work.

Absolutely amazing service! Tyler was a great help! Needed brake checks and oil change but my rotors were shot and they went above and beyond to get my car on the road and ready to go with new rotors! Come here for all car issues!

I set an appointment online, and got in super quick. Steve was there when I arrived and immediately told me what he thought the issue with my tire probably was. Shortly after dropping my car off, he had found the problem and corrected it, and it was just what he thought it was. Being without a car for a long period of time would have been such a hassle. Steve got me in, got it fixed, and got me my car back as quicker than I thought possible. I highly recommend going to see Steve at Mavis for any of your car needs!

Excellent service at Mavis in Matamoras! We had a screw in our tire and they fixed it less than 15 minutes. Steve was perfect and helped us with all of our needs!!! Highly recommend!

These guys are so kind they got us out so fast the staff was super professional even the mechanics were very kind they came out to explain things to us even brought us into show us what the problems were. Dena was so sweet very kind to us explaining every process. Mel went above and beyond printing my insurance information for my inspection. The mechanics were speaking to each costumer while I was there making everyone a part of their vehicle experience just an overall great vibe amazing experience thank you Mavis tire for an amazing experience

Did good work at a good pace.Let me know how good or bad my wheels were out of balance when I took my vehicle in to check wheel balance and alignment also let me know one of my tie rods didn t need replaced at the moment but to keep an eye on it as it could get worse in the future.

I went here on a Sunday afternoon with a tire emergency and they were able to fit me in and efficiently get me back on the road. Everyone throughout the process was fantastic and highly communicative. I knew how long it was going to take and the tire is holding strong! Really appreciate the Mavis team and would recommend them strongly!!
