There are a lot of places with trailers but you won t find any that has the customer service of Andy and Metzler s! Big shoutout to this group of outstanding folks for another smooth transaction. This marks my 4th trailer purchase from Andy in 17 years. I highly recommend Metzler s!

Great place to go. Drove 2hrs just to get a trailer from Metzlers. Andy was awesome to work with and helped us make a final decision, quick and easy. Will definitely be back for another trailer in the future..

Very great experience with Metzler trailer sales. Ron was very helpful and patient with all of my questions and concerns! I am very happy with my new dump trailer which they were very knowledgeable about. Despite being in Virginia I will be back!

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for any kind of trailer. Not only do they have great prices, but their customer care is top knotch. I had a trailer light fuse burned out on my truck, but Andy and his buddy dug right into it and replaced it so we wouldnt have to travel in the dark with no lights, for no charge! This is a must visit if you're shopping for a trailer.

Very good shop to deal with. I custom ordered a hybrid snowmobile/motorcycle/camping trailer and they were very helpful and accoomidating thru the whole process. I would buy from them again and reccomend them to anyone.

They were so helpful and easy to work with. We set everything up through text message and by the time we got there they had out dump trailer ready to load after we signed a couple papers. Also we searched all the trailer sales around western PA and they were the cheapest by at least $1000.

Our salesman Andy was condescending & arrogant. My husband knew what he wanted, and because they did not have those options he treated us like we were stupid. BTW - found just what we were looking for, at a better price at another local dealer, and we're treated with respect.

Andy took the time to show us multiple trailers and explained the pros and cons. Listened to what we wanted and helped us pick out the best trailer to fit our needs. Great experience from beginning to end.

After driving for an hour to pick up the hitch that was in stock, I waited for 15 minutes to have the manager come cut in line and take the one and only hitch and sell it to another customer. Assuming they had more than one on stock I was told no one can help me until the parts person comes back that was in the parking lot. When Mark the parts person came back in he informed me that was their one and only hitch that the manager just sold while I was waiting. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and while I am in the market for two trailers I will never buy there again.

Stopped by about two weeks ago to try and find out some info about the Haulin 8.5x20 or there version of an aluminum enclosed Ameri Lite 8x20. Andy was busy ( did business with him before) so ended up talking with Ron and he did everything he could do to deter me from ordering a trailer that I wanted. First off he never really gave me any good or accurate info on the big difference between the steel or aluminum enclosed trailer. Then I don't know how long it will take to get it, which was fine because I want it for next year and I told him that. Next oh I can't guarantee how much it will cost when it gets here, which is fine just let me know average cost of material increase ( which he wouldn't say). Then I got one on order but can't say when it's going to be here and it's not the color you want either. Then I got two on the lot but they aren't what you want how about one of them ( uh no, they are not what I want). So in the end I traveled two hours away to Carrs in Muncy PA and ordered exactly what I wanted, which was a 8x19 all aluminum enclosed trailer by Legend. Yes they said up to 8 months to get it and a 10% material increase surcharge right up front, and I was fine with all of it. Gave them a deposit and ordered it no problem and I get it covid-19, material increase, extended wait yes, but I am aware of all of it Ron. Just should have let me order exactly what I wanted to order when I wanted to order it. Tried to stay local again and it just didn't work. Please just listen to the customer even though you are very busy.

Great service. Bought my trailer there. Had problems with loose hinge on side door. They replaced both hinges and repaired a marker light got out of there for less than I expected. Great price great service!

Parts guy was amazing and very helpful with great pricing. Sales manager was an asshat to other salesman, accusing him of poor sales and low profits. Parking lot had ample space for emergency repairs.

I just bought a new snowmobile trailer from Andy and team at Metzlers. Couldnt ask for a better buying experience. Very cordial, non pushy and professional. Highly recommend!

These people are the best to deal with I came and bought a EBYutility trailer and it was well worth the drive from Pasadena Maryland hooked up to my 07 Dodge ram it is a good looking combination thank you Andy

No Hassel buying they have almost every trailer there is. The salesman wired my truck in about 2 minutes due to the factory truck adapter was wired wrong on my truck . Definitely recommend

I like dealing with these folks - was interested in a cargo trailer for my 4-wheelers, nice selection - had everything I needed in 1 stop. Reasonable prices.
