These guys are great! Put new tires on my vehicle and I was unhappy with them, they let my vehicle drift all over the road. Took the vehicle back to them and they replaced them with better quality tires at no cost.

Mark and his guys were excellent to deal with they went above and beyond to be sure I got the correct tires when other businesses wouldn't even return a phone call definitely will be a return customer.

I had an issue with a false reading on a tire pressure sensor due to the sensor indicating a leak on a different tire than what was actually leaking.The workers at Longs diagnosed the problem, fixed the leak and reprogrammed my tire sensors and had me back on my way in no time.Everyone that I dealt with, including the fellow behind the counter and the tire techs were cordial and friendly and I was very satisfied with the service.I will return to Longs again for future tire service.

Needed new tires for my Impala, and some coworkers of mine recommended Longs Tire Service so I followed their advice and headed there.I was trying to decide between all season or Winter tires as I wanted better Winter traction than what the original tires on car provided.The tech explained the difference between the two types of tires in regard to Winter traction so I went with 4 dedicated Winter tires.I plan to buy a new set of all season tires in the Spring from Longs and will have them remount them on my existing wheels and then remount the Winter tires again in the Fall in lieu of buying 4 additional wheels.They had me drive the car into the service bay and drive it back out when completed and even though 3 or 4 cars were being worked on ahead of mine, they had my car completed within an hour.To sum up, I was pleased with the service at Longs Tire and will return again in the future.

I have been buying tires from Longs for over 30 years.. Longs is a no nonsense shop. They specialize in tire replacement and it shows. They are quick and convenient. I would highly recommend them.

Great place for buying tires! Usually has a few selections in my size. Good prices because the mount and balance is included. Staff is always in a great mood and you get great customer service.

Very knowledgeable staff, excellent prices. Always discusses options before service is provided. Good service times with a very clean waiting area and restroom. Wouldnt trust another w my vehicle!! Absolutely this place!

Don't go no where else but here for all my tires ...Great staff and good products...If any issues with their tires they replace with no issues ...Recommend them to anyone that asks me ..

They are the last ones to put the lug nuts on and they were so tight that they all busted and trying to remove by hand even my mechanic was shocked how tight they were and they said they torque them bring it over and they will look at it what on a trailer for them to say wasn t there fault someone was lazy that day!!!! Probably cost me 200$

Great service personnel, reasonably priced, good quality product and wait was 15 minutes till job completed. Recommend call ahead to be sure they have tire size.

TOOK TIRES THERE TO FLIP FLOP TIRES ON RIMS ON FRIDAY AFTER THANKSGIVING THEY TOOK THEM RIGHT AWAY ( THEY WERE VERY BUSY) THEY DID THE FIRST SET TOLD ME TO WAIT TO PAY TILL I GOT BACK WITH SECOND SET (THEY HAD NO IDEA WHO I WAS) WHEN I GOT BACK THEY TOOK THEM RIGHT AWAY,, WHEN THEY CHARGED ME I WAS SURE THEY MADE A MISTAKE.. MY BILL WAS TO LOW SO I ASKED AND SHE EXPLAINED IT TO ME AND SAID THAT WAS IT ( VERY HAPPY ) I WILL BUY ALL MY TIRES THERE FROM NOW ON AND I LIVE IN NORTHERN CAMBRIA PA .... VERY NICE PEOPLE

Great tires fast service prices are within reason but...did not clean my tires of the grease they used it was everywere and did not offer nothin but an apology i want a discount next time

The prices here are reasonable but the seating area needs an upgrade if your going to be waiting for two hours for your tires to be changed you would think you can have a little more comfortable seating all they have is wooden benches dont get me wrong the work that is done here is good but they just need to upgrade thd seating
