Originally took truck for inspection and truck passes inspection and mechanic said eventually it would need flex pipe fixed so I schedule a later appointment to have it fixed. Dropped off and received a call next day stating that manifold bolt was broke off and to have it fixed would cost around $500. I picked car up they replaced pipe from manifold to top of exhaust and it cost $200 plus and is even louder then when I dropped it off. Mechanic said maybe I could fix it myself or have my brother who is a retired mechanic help me out. My brother can no longer do mechanic work as he is retired and that is why I took it there in the first place. I talked with my brother and he said he can t believe a mechanic would do such work and what happened to taking pride in your work and doing a job right.Service: Exhaust
