I went here after being denied from multiple repair shops due to my electrical parking brake malfunctioning, and a lot of shops turn people away because they are scared to touch anything that has to deal with electrical problems and they all just told me to go to the dealer and hung up the phone. When I called Scott I spoke to him the same way I spoke to everyone else and told him the problem and immediately he knew what was wrong with my car. He told me to bring my car and he would take a look at it and if I let him fix it, he ll do a free diagnostic test on my car. He ended up finding out that my left rear emergency brake was malfunctioning, and my right was not and saved me about 400 bucks from buying a part I did not need. These people are very honest and trustworthy and do good work. I can t speak for everyone who has an experience here but from mine I can say they have great customer service.

For an honest auto mechanic in East Stroudsburg, I recommend Scott's Marshall's Creek Service Center, LLC. He assessed my 2022 Forrester and found only the brakes needed repair, unlike the $3800 worth of work suggested by another mechanic. Thank you Scott for your great customer service and affordable service fees.

In the area you will experience all type of shop.Shop that are over priceShops that take advantage of you for your orientationShops that do not do quality work.But here. Herr is home for my car. She is taken care of and I have no worries. These guys take care of me as if I was family. I gone here several time for issue for my car and I always leave w a peace of mind.God bless this shop and everyone in itIf you are looking for a reliable shop...these guy are god blessing. Thank you for all you do for the community.

Joe is not to be trusted. If you decide to get any work done at this place make sure to get everything in writing. Also if you are like most people who need their car as soon as possible do not leave your car at his shop. He had my pickup truck and a trailer for almost 2 years and was unable or unwilling to finish the job that we agreed on. The only good thing about this shop is his employee Carl. The day Carl decides to leave I'm almost sure he will close his shop for good. I had no choice but to get the police involved so that I may get pickup truck and trailer from his shop. He tried to extort me out of additional money even after we had a verbal agreement on a final price. When I refused to pay anything over what we agreed on he threatened to charge me $30 a day in storage fees even though he still had not completed the job he had almost 2 years to complete. Avoid this place at all cost, or you will wish you did.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Brakes

The owner of this shop is a poor excuse for a mechanic. He's a lazy and dishonest person. Had my business truck for almost two years and and always had some sob story for why he hasn't finished my truck. I realized how lazy this guy was when his employee took 4 days off and he preferred closing the shop than working on the jobs he kept winning about not being able to get to fast enough. The day his employee leaves would be the last day this shop is open. I regret the day I decided to bring my cars to this shop.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Brakes

My car had a problem with the brake line and ILefth the car on Saturday firs he say 100 ,today is Monday and now he don't know he is going to be done he says is a lot to fix a line he say is 500 to 600 ,I bring my car hear because a frind trust him but I don't like the nasty attitude he has nop will be my first and last time be careful he keep the car to long ,I hope the car work fine afther this !,peaple 4 day whith this men ,nasty job not done and asking for more money ,don't recommend to no body he don't have good way to talk to peaple ,don't take your car there .today is Saturday I take the car finally gess what the car still withlow brakes terrible plase,To answer you post ! the belts you fix not good had to bring to other mechanics sounds horrible I only saying the true sorry for been onest and true is you dint fix it for the price you charge the car was with bad brake still we had to repaired other place I glad GOD IS GOOD AND FIND SOME HONEST, all I can say, finish story my car finally got fix in the dealer this guy is bad the work he did was done by Toyota now is working great and gess what in 2 day was done less money and less time and hearec PEAPLE I TELL YOU DONT GO HEAR THEY MESS YOUR CAR TODAY IS FEBRUARY 2023Service: Brakes

Joe and carl are 2 of the most honest and trustworthy mechanics I have ever been to work is professional great price great work in a timely manner previous review is nothing but lies an bogus I had real estate dealings with Christian Diaz very dishonest not reliable stay away from this liar and crook and definitely stay away from his food truck in flea market got sick real bad eating his garbage once he should be put in jail for the scam he tried to pull on joe be warned Diaz is a con artist
