Just received our first delivery from Woodford for propane. Delivery driver Jim was FANTASTIC.Took care not to damage the driveway. Josh came out on Wednesday and removed our old rental tanks and replaced them with new ones. Not an easy task as all 3 had to be removed and the new ones placed by hand truck ( no access for truck mounted crane). Just a GREAT first impression of Woodford and their employees. Would highly recommend them. We are an hour plus from their office and they had no problem coming this far so check them out even if you think you might be too far out from their location. Too bad I can t give them 6 stars!!

My husband and I just became customers of Woodford Oil for propane. Josh and his team were professional, kind, courteous, and efficient when they installed and filled our tanks. Woodford s service and equipment are excellent and their pricing beat that of their competitors hands down! We highly recommend them!

Goodbye long-time, price changing, disrespectful, monopoly petroleum provider!!!!There's a new boy in town!Woodford Oil Company!(I am basing this on my personal experience.)Woodford Oil Company Office personal treat you like human beings with friendly service and very helpful in all aspects of paper work, assuring prompt delivery, and available locating of drivers. They are a family based company and treat "you" like family even as a new customer! They show up when they are suppose to or call you with an update if there is a problem along the way!I bought #1 Kerosene first. When they brought Liquid Propane for a fill-up, since I own my tank, they were very professional making sure "my" safety was of the utmost importance! They ran a pressure test on the line, took down all the information on the tank and regulator, and filled the tank. I was told all the findings on the test, about the aging of the tank, and when the regulator needs to be replaced (which is usually 25yrs.). After the delivery I received physical paperwork on their findings!They were very helpful, professional, and down to earth! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a petroleum provider!

I want to express how satisfied I am that I switched to Woodford Oil. Eric and Terry went above and beyond to make sure I got the best service. Eric came to my house and installed my gauge so I could make sure I never ran out of fuel. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I never have to worry about my tanks being overfilled again. They are both very friendly and are very prompt when I call for fuel. It s a pleasure doing business with both of them and I have passed the word around to all my family friends and neighbors. Keep up the great work guys!

When we moved into our home years ago, we decided to go with a local company for our oil needs and after a few years it felt like we were more of a burden to them than an asset. When it came time to switch we chose Woodford and immediately got what we were looking for. Great people and great prices! In truth it s not even about the price in as much it is about the experience. Woodford Oil is reliable, efficient, and it employs some of the nicest and hardest working people around! Cody has proven that he is a huge asset to Woodford in our eyes because he has always been helpful, efficient, and most of all friendly and respectful when he delivers to us! He is in my opinion, a huge part of what makes Woodford Oil my families choice when it comes to heating our home!

The team at Woodford Oil, Eric Judy and the install team were great to deal with during our recent cold snap. Eric and Judy were expeditious in getting a new account set up for our propane, while Jim and Trevor were friendly and professional insuring the components, both in the house and the tank, were maintained properly for the fill. I will recommend Woodford Oil for heating needs in the future.

I use to get propane from another local company who I was very dissatisfied with. The last time they filled my tanks they left both valves opened and I ran out of propane in weeks.... and late on a Saturday! I called Eric from Woodford and he was willing to help me! I brought one of my own tanks to his shop and he filled it for us to get us through until we could switch to Woodford and have new tanks installed. He was a lifesaver! I would highly recommend Woodford! Awesome service!!

Woodford oil came highly recommended to me. Needless to say it turned out to be the biggest joke you could imagine. I went to their office filled out and application. A week later I got a letter from their corporate office saying I was approved. They called me and scheduled my installation, which I had to reschedule. It was rescheduled with no problem. Neither my wife or I could be home so arrangements were made to have someone there.they never showed up.I received a phone call 3hrs after the appointment and was told sorry they missed me. We rescheduled it for the following morning at 8:30 and once again Noone showed up they never returned my phone call to the office until 4:30 that evening .and I was told that they could not install the equipment until I got my fireplace insert installed. I told them to cancel the entire account. My wife nor I have time to be jerked around like this. I can only hope that this goes to the corporate office. I have to edit this. A gentleman by the name of Norman called me this evening and is the operations manager for this company. They are going to correct this issue and promised to get me taken care of as soon as I can schedule it.very professional people to deal with, after all I want to change my review from a 1 to a 5.

Woodford oil has the best prices and the quickest delivery. We always speak to Eric S. directly when ordering and there are never any issues. We are also switching to their propane service as well.

Emailed on Saturday Afternoon. Within 2 hours I was connected with Eric Swank, got an appointment scheduled for Sunday morning, just in time for the temps to drop. Fast, efficient, and friendly! 5 stars and would highly recommend!

I have not one bad word for Woodford oil , and the driver Cody they need to have him as a trainer because he has excellent customer service with people goes above and beyond!!! And prices are less than any other in the surrounding area.

Ran out of propane, was notified by the lady at Marlkeysburg office I was at 9% on Friday at noon had no promises made I would get fuel till Monday, so after not getting filled Friday I called the message center Saturday and Eric Swank was on call filling but in a fuel truck, he promised to do everything to get back and get a propane truck to get me heat ,Thank you Eric Swank for getting me heat poor customer service on office lady I hope you enjoyed your weekend...... Eric Swank and Woodford 5 stars office lady make sure you follow through with customers needs.

I ran out of fuel and it was very cold. I needed fuel ASAP and Cody Colflesh was there to help. Very prompt at answering phone calls or messages and best price around.I highly recommend Woodford oil.

Signed account agreement Jan 12th, ordered oil and have made several calls to the friendly staff. Its now Jan 21st, no call backs and no oil delivery. Can no longer wait around...calling else where...
