I bring all my cars here and always get a good price on the job. I have had over 10 jobs done at this garage. And i bring the work i cant do myself to him like new springs and struts or new brake lines.. Things that need a good jack or a lift to do. Am happy with his work and estimates on jobs.

Wasted my time driving there (I went because the reviews are pretty good) I pulled up to the sign that says pull up here to get serviced . There were two guys nearby wiping something down. I waited about 5 minutes. Both of them looked over at me a few times but continued what they were doing. I said excuse me . Still no help. Never again

They always have want you need, and always up front with reasonable pricing. If they do not have what you need, they will get it for you. Very reliable service. Jim and the guys at Lou's are there for all your needs. There are only 2 places I go, and this is my top choice.

Asked for specific tire size twice, confirmed both times just for me to get there to be notified they didn t have it

If you need anything (especially tires/rims) you need to call or stop by Lou's first! Saved me $$$$

Man this place charging me $124 just to switch tires/rims and they also wanted to keep my old rims for that price

If he has the part, he will get it for you and he doesn't act like it is the last one in the world. Just know exactly what you want, make, model, tire sizes, etcetera.

I had a 97 chevy tahoe that is nothing but problems and these guys are doing everything possible to help me out...over all these guys are great helpfull people and are now my go-to guys for auto parts i dont mind driving 2 hours away to get parts from them

I think they are racist, they told me they were closed then closing even though people were stilling coming in. And it was 20 minutes till 5 so I think they should update the closing time or stop picking and choosing which customers to serve/ work with. Worst experience EVER

Tow truck driver was professional and courteous. He called when he said he would call and arrived when he said he would arrive. Great company to deal with when you need a car towed or scrapped.

If you're doing your own work, their used parts are guaranteed. Bought an alternator and it works good.
