FUN family campground with lots of activities for the kids. We stayed here the last weekend of September, which is their first Halloween weekend. There were a ton of Halloween themed activities, and a truck or treat that is better than what we usually do at home. We'll definitely be back

It seems like they are trying to update the different activity areas. The pool was great! Mini golf needs renovating. The kids love the jumping pillows. The camping is affordable. I personally think the cabins are overpriced. Families would love to stay in them if they lowered their price. It s better to have them occupied than sitting empty every week.

For the price, they have a lot of activities. The week we stayed was luau themed. They had professional entertainment for the luau night that was super fun. The kids loved it. Getting up the lane is steep and rutted from rain run off. The new owners do have work ahead of them to update some stuff, but I can say it was the only campground I've ever stayed in with a merry-go-round

I had a good time here over Memorial weekend 2023. However the administration got rid of most of the gun things I remember from my childhood (I'm 39). They removed the arcade, the zip line, the big wooden ship swings, the center kids' park, which they replaced with huge sort of inflatable trampoline pillows, which are pretty fun. They still have the pool, mini golf, the train (on a reduced schedule), and the big center pavilion/stage, where they have bands and DJs. They also have a relatively large wooden play set for kids, swings, etc.The biggest turn-off is that it is an absolute dust-bowl. Every time a vehicle drives (anywhere), a squall of dust just drifts across the park. It's inescapable. They also had fireworks which were pretty cool. The endearing quality is how close-knit it is. It's really nice to walk around at night and see all the bonfires and pretty tent light arrangements, and just see people lounging together in good company.

The woodsman huts say they sleep 4. Well the futon is incredibly small, my husband is 6ft, he would have been hanging half way off. There is no way that two adults can fit in that futon. I would more say it sleeps 3. We had asked for firewood and an hour and half later, after calling, we finally received it. Other than that, we had a fun time and staff was friendly. The activities were fun, the pool was amazing, and we'll definitely return. We ended up going to Walmart to get an air mattress that my husband could sleep in so I feel that we over payed with having to go buy that as well!

Don't be fooled by the 20 year old pictures of the presidential Inn like we were. We saw it and thought it was a score for the price. Smells like mildew, shower doesn't work, stove/oven didn't work, camper is unstable and shakes as you walk. Bed was unlevel, our heads were below our feet. Carpets were disgusting. Toilet smelled really bad! Also a terrible place to bike! Had to check out a day early. Couldn't stand it 1 more minute!Other than that, staff were friendly, gift shop was really nice but super expensive. We won't be back

Park is getting there. After talking around i guess it s new owners and they are starting to fix it up. Still needs work. Was disappointed no fishing. My boys love fishing and I thought that would be something we could do while staying there but the pond was full of algae and not fishable. Disappointed. Also check in says after 3pm but they close on Sundays at 3pm so I checked in late. Checked in next day and was told yogi bear wakes up at 1030. Don t know what that meant. Lady also told me they were getting events planned and would come around but never received a flyer or anything letting us know. They have a train ride but only operates certain times of day again didn t have any info on what times? They also had a tree service there cutting down trees so it was a little noisy at times. Last after talking to other campers they told me that they were offering half off on the cabins or a 3rd or 4th day free promotion. I stayed in the cabin and didn t know anything about this and it would have been nice to get that promotion and save money like everyone else around me. They seem to have a lot of staff which was nice but just need to iron out all the works. Place signs up at the front today activities and list times and location something that other customers will know what is going on?

Our experience at Jellystone in Mansfield was a wonderful experience. We left a different campground early due to a poor experience and Jellystone was extremely accommodating to us getting a last minute site and we have enjoyed every minute of our stay here and we can t wait to come back with our pups again! Thank you for such a great experience!

My family has been going here for over 35 years and it's always been a place for families. Great family atmosphere and kids just love it. Lots of activities for the kids and changes weekly with the theme. Staff has always been polite and accommodating. New updates made each year and it just keeps getting better. Can't wait to get back there.

No hotel at this location. Mansfield, PA. Went for a day trip. Not as many fun park activities to look forward to do there now as previous owners had. Wasn't as clean and daily activities were not inviting to participate in for older kids. Was still fun to get away for the day though. More likely visit other locations instead. Was sad to see a nice fun place that I always looked forward to going to get downsized.

It s an ok place to take kids not very big kinda boring for adults. Small pool for all the people that are there. Cabins are real small no tv or air and floors were dirty and spider webs all over so not cleaned or maintained well at all bathrooms by main office are clean the others around are pretty dirty and smell. Mini golf not worth even playing cause it s all old wood and nothing works the best thing there for the kids honestly is just the pool and the bounce balloons by the pool other than that there s nothing.

I will start out with the only positive thing to say and that is ALL of the staff were very friendly. Entrance to park is a steep hill so be prepared, our site had no fire ring or picnic table and we had to take them from another site which left them without, we had issues with our power and had to end up buying a extension cord in their store to the tune of $80, this park is not at all what I thought it was going to be from the website "stock" photos. The pool is smaller, older, has crumbling cement, a big copper wire sticking out of the cement and 4 big bolts sticking up that they did not even try to cover or rope off. I saw multiple kids get scratches from the wire. The train stalled and then on a slight grade had to be pushed by staff and a guest to get up the grade. They do not carry any food Staples in the store anymore and the answer given was that they don't get enough reservations to keep the items in stock. My husband and I were very disappointed in this park. I would think the corporate office would invest more in this park. Alot of the equipment is broken or missing swings, etc. I thought we were going to a different type of park from the website. We have had better stays at any of our state parks. Will not ever return. I feel we got taken advantage of with the tricky advertising and the pricing of this park.

My Son had a wonderful time we stayed from Sunday to sat. Only problem was that they say the cut off for noise is 11 but that's not true Thursday and Friday night of our stay there was parties going on that went till 3am with people running down the road yelling and walking through our campsite yelling. It kept my son and me up so for the last two nights of our stay we got zero sleep. The activities were fun though just if you plan on staying expect parties and rude campers with zero consideration for others. Staff were very friendly.

When we arrived they didn't have any maps because they were supposedly out of ink so we just had to find our own way. Our cabin had not been cleaned and there was overflowing trash, dirt, dirty diapers on the bed, etc. The mini golf is not like the pictures! The wood is rotting, they are all warped and tipping and the green is wearing off or is completely off in some places. The pool was dirty and murky water, once again nothing like the pictures on the website. Food in the Cafe was not good. We were served undercooked mozzarella sticks and were also given a hard time about buying wood for our fire like it was an inconvenience to them to have to get some ready. Not worth the money...there are way better places to camp!

Let me start out by saying we were very excited to go here for 3 days, but do to horrible beds and cramped space on the cabin we left a day early. The bathrooms were aweful with black mold, nasty looking bugs and the smell of sewage . Even with flip flops it was gross. Looked like they built the cabins almost on top of each other. The campsites said you could fit 2 vehicles but that was really hard. We only had 1 vehicle but with the go cart and the people next to us with there vehicles it was a pain in the but. The futons they have there are very uncomfortable even with a blow up mattress it was uncomfortable. It was just 2 adults and a dog and by the 2nd day even the dog was ready to go home. Other jellystone parks have alot more for kids to do and are way cleaner. I know it switched hands from Bucktail to Jellystone but in or opinion when they did that the management seemed to forget about this place. We tried seeing if we could switch to a cabin that was empty and they said all of the sites were completely booked for the night, which wasnt the case because the one we wanted to upgrade to a was still not being used the next day. It also looked like a bunch of teenagers are actually running it. We were very dissapointed and probably will not return. Very sad this was supposed to be a great weekend and well, even the dog was glad to leave.Rooms: The rooms were small the floor was more comfortable then the futon

The reason I'm giving it a 1 star is because I've been going here for over 20 years. I have alot of family that goes as well. We all have our own Sites. So we give alot of business to this company. The last time we stayed our cabin was not clean but we let that go and came back. This time the trip was ok but we had our campers on our sites...but also put up a tent. As I've done for many years. it was only my son and I on our site but he wanted to sleep in a tent instead of my camper. Well 5 days after I went home I was charged an additional $59 for putting that tent up on my site. It does NOT say anything in the rules or regulations I signed before I went there thst there is a charge for a tent to be put up. I have called Jelystone and asked to speak to a manager and was told she would call me back...here it is almost a week later and still have NOT received my call back. My family and I rented 4 sites..spent alot of money here.. and we come a few times a year..but the treatment we received I'm sad to say we won't be back anymore. Very disappointing..all to make an extra buck..well now your gonna lose business because of your extra fee that was never told to me..and your "Manager" won't call me back!

Good campground for the price. The scheduled events, mini golf, and GaGa ball pit kept the kids busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Public showers/bathrooms were clean.

Absolutely AMAZING experience at jelly stone PA wilds . I ll admit I was skeptical due to certain reviews but let me just say please go see for yourself . From the staff to the activities for the kids , layout of the park, variety of things to do, store and cafe , special events in the pavilion, ease of checking in and out , the golf cart rentals , everything was absolutely amazing . When I buy a camper this is the campground where I will be a seasonal member at, jelly stone pa wilds you did not disappoint

This is by far the worst experience we have ever had at a campground. I would not recommend this to anyone. About the only thing they have going is the new golf carts. The place needs a serious over haul. Most of the attractions for the kids were closed or locked up even when it says they were going to be open during the week days. Electric pedestals for the disconnects were falling over and dangerous. Behind our cabin the woods were full of garbage and actually had a diaper hanging in the trees. The staff members were rude and didn t have the answers to anything. Our experience was so bad that our kids were asking to go home. We bought gem bags for the mining activity for our kids and 20 minutes later the maintenance man came to turn it on and wouldn t you know it he was rude and the barrels were empty and he had to refill them all. He rudely asked my daughter to move and yanked the hose from under my son. We would be leaving early but I am not going to just give them my $70 a night

(Pennsylvania house 2022)I would of gave it a five star but the beds are awful I recommend you bring a mattress topper to save your back. And the shower in our cabin was either scolding hot or ice cold there was no in between so I also recommend just using the shower in the public bathroom didn't have that problem there. Other than that staff is great and there is plenty for the kids to do. We go every year and plan to make it a family tradition to go every year with our daughter.(Vacationer 2023) I still recommend a mattress topper. Water pressure in the cabin is awful. The roof has water leaks and the handles to the doors were falling off inside the cabin I don't recommend water wars weekend for younger kids.

I'm sure the owners are aware that a lot of updates still need to take place. I thought it was odd to only have 1 bathroom beside the pool that also included a shower, so if someone is using the shower the restroom would be unavailable for pool occupants... the new playground is great but it is so close to the campsites its a hazard for smaller children. Especially the firepits being so close. The campsites are so close together if you want to go to the playground or jumping pillows or pool you have to walk through someone's site. The jumping pillows are only opened certain times of the day when an employee can watch. Maybe it has to do with insurance but that means all the kids are jumping at the same time which seems worse than if it was just open all the time for kids to come and go as they please. The mini golf is horrendous. It shouldn't even be open its so old and pieces falling apart where you need to walk. We've been to a few other Yogi campgrounds and my kids wish there were more characters that came out other than Yogi. The updated store and snack bar are great. We love when they bring the DJ to the pavilion for dance parties and hope they keep the carousel and train! Once they get the old stuff upgraded this place will be great again!

My family rented 2 cabins and 1 RV site I want to be as up front with you as possible, we were not thrilled at all with our visit we were disappointed with the events for the first Halloween weekend, I have no idea why you didn't do a parade around the camp also there was no DJ or music which my grandkids were looking forward to because they Love to dance. I was also shocked to find that most of the attractions that have been there for years were gone. Also the amount of time the rides that were there ran was not acceptable I'm not sure why this is so. All of my children who grew up attending Bucktail and now are bringing their own children all share my feelings of our recent visit as well. I will have to think twice about coming again unless things Greatly improve.

This was our first visit to Jellystone Park. We went with our son's family. We were most impressed with how many activities they had for our grandchildren (6y/o and a 3 y/o). Especially fun for the kids (and well we did a little dancing too) was the DJ Saturday night! Make sure you stop for the very reasonably priced ice cream :). We had a problem with the futon and they replaced it the same day.
