These guys treated me great when I came in off the road and needed some new tires. They were honest, clear what was needed, showed it to me so I understood, and were very professional. I d recommend this place to anyone. Thanks!

This is the third visit that I have had with them and their service is above and beyond what was necessary. First time they gave me a set of tires from what I needed to drive on and they nailed it! 2nd visit was vehicle inspection and they didn't know about the appointment because of online issues but went and took time to do it anyways and gave me some local information for different parts like a fob for my car without me asking about it. Then today went to get my headlight fixed was done within 25 minutes while there were other people already being serviced. Always great, friendly, and time management they have an A++ in! Will definitely return for all my car servicing needs.

Rich is awesome. He knows his job backwards and forwards. He provides great customer service. He is straight forward and the main reason I continue to get my car serviced there.Oil change and tire rotation.

Got a flat tire on the way home to NY. Once spare was put on I pulled off at next exit. Steve Shannon tire & auto was able to fix my flat tire check out my spare (I thought it also was leaking) and have me back on the road in no time. Very fast friendly and courteous.

I always receive excellent service at the Mansfield location. They shuttle me back and forth from work, and their drivers are courteous and professional. On this visit, they corrected an issue with my oil filter and thoroughly explained the problem.

Husband got the tires he wanted at a fair price. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Fast and curteous!! Will definitely be returning in the future

I visited Steve Shannon Tire and Auto today hoping to be able to get my oil changed in my SUV. I was greeted by their Customer Service team and they did not disappoint. They treated me like family and did excellent work. I was in and out of their establishment in less than 30 minutes. I will be a returning customer.

They were wonderful. I had a completely flat tire and had to be a work in a couple of hours. Everything else was closed and I was not even a customer til that day. They took me in almost immediately and had my car done with time to spare to get to work! They win my consumership. Will be ordering new tites tomorrow! Incredible customer service for my first experience with them! Thank you Steve Shannon Tires!!!

I went in for a state inspection fully expecting to need rear brakes. They discovered that the brakes were good and suggested waiting until spring to get them checked again. They demonstrated something I prize in businesses (and people in general) - honesty!

First time there last. Went in for oil change, told me wasn't drivable cracked hose. Wanted 2nd opinion, asked for written quote didn't get. Needed to have towed 1 hour later, correct on not drivable, but why did it happen. Other garage said maybe done during oil change r because he didn't see where it was leaking very long. Will not go back. Elder single woman, taken advantage of?????

Traveling from Harrisburg PA to Ithaca NY, my car's "check engine" light came on 25 miles south of Mansfield. Panic set in, so I looked for the closest garage. Friendly, quick, and honest service!!! With a clear description of what caused the light, I was on my way. Made it home safe and looking to make an appointment at their Ithaca garage!!! Thanks guys!

These guys definitely went out of their way to service my truck,they actually drove me to a local dinner and dropped me off to get my breakfast while they serviced the truck and came back to get me when they were done And the Technician that serviced and drove my truck was one of the best and nicest guys you could ever meet

SST -Mansfield: I called SST because I noticed my inspection was 2months late and they got me right in to get it done. They gave me a quote for my tires, but told me I had some time and didn t pressure me to make a sale.Will definitely be going back!

I ve been to Shannon s three times for two inspections and a new tire appointment. Each interaction has been professional and fast. The communication is great and scheduling an appointment is easy. Thankfully I haven t had to use them in a flat tire situation, but I know they are the first place I would call if I do have a tire issue.

Made an online appointment for new tires. The tires I had chosen were on-hand and the appointment was confirmed. From start to finish, it was 90 minutes once the tire replacement process began. The waiting room was spacious with a complimentary coffee/water station. Pricing was competitive and the staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Our experience with Steve Shannon of Mansfield was terrific. I dropped vehicle off two hours before appointment and it was done almost an hour before actual appointment.

These guys have thrown tires on any vehicle I ve brought to them from work van, wife s SUV and even my personal car. It s always short notice and they get my vehicle back to me that day. They deserve a sixth star.
