Camping nearby and had a valve stem issue on my F350 that two other shops couldn t fix. Quick diagnosis with repairs to fix in the shop. Shortly I was driving away with a FiXED truck. Thanks for getting me in the schedule.

My partner went there for an inspection and all was well. Ended up not passing the car which was no big deal. The problem was the tech/mechanic was completely unprofessional and out of line. This guy talked down to my partner to the point of giving her tears. We thought we would give this place a try and it is safe to say we won t go near it again.

I had a tire blow out on the highway and not from the area. Saw the Google reviews of Parmenter Tires and gave them a call. Mike, the store manager, was very friendly and helpful. He offered me numerous options and explained in detail the pros and cons of each option. He had one of his roadside service techs on their way in 10 minutes showing up 15 minutes later. The tech was phenomenal. Friendly, respectful, and absolutely knew his stuff. I was on the road in 45 minutes which is hard to believe. The pricing was extremely competitive and didn t break the bank. If you re ever in the Mansfield area with a tire issue, do not hesitate to give these guys a call.

Mike, the office manager, is so nice and extremely helpful. I got my tires changed all 4 had to be put on. The price was AWESOME. I went to another place and the price was almost double. If you need ANY work done tell your vehicle THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME TO. Soon they will be inspecting vehicles. I WILL be coming here for that as well. All of the guys that work here have treated me with much respect.

Mike, and his team, provided what customer service is all about. We were from out of town and had a slow leak due to a nail in the tire. Mike got me in immediately, but ran into an issue. The issue would need parts from the Subaru dealership. The nearest car rental was about 10 minutes from his shop. Mike loaned us his truck to drive up the road to get the rental. We stayed an extra day in town but Mike made sure we were back on the road quickly the next day once the parts arrived.Again, Mike provided the prototype for what customer service should be. A great, personable and professional tech. Whatever they re paying him is not enough, he s the best!

Great service and really good prices. The people there are very straight forward and when there is something wrong with your vehicle they actually take you and show you explain how much time you have until you should replace something and work with you so your not spending extra money. They are honest and take the time to make sure their customers are taken care of. The facility is nice and clean and makes a customer feel comfortable while waiting on their vehicle. I would recommend anyone to try them out.

I was on my way to the Mecum Auction in Harrisburg, PA. I was driving my 1981 Trans Am down from Barrie, Ontario, Canada. Just outside of Mansfield my left rear tire threw a belt. These were the original tires that came on the car in 1981. I found a Pontiac / Buick Dealership and they were unable to find a replacement tire anywhere in their system. They suggested PRESLIE and the staff at Tire Masters just up the road.They were AWESOME!!! They told that me that they weren't able to replace the tire because those tires no longer exist but they used their experience and found the closest tires that would match. A sexy set of Cooper Cobras. They looked and rode amazing. They did it quickly and cleanly and I was so happy with the way my car looked.10 outta 10.

if you want some damn good, friendly, fast , knowledgeable guys working on your vehicles look no further! From start to finish Blaine and his crew down there were phenomenal and professional! Highly recommend you give Blaine a call and see what he can do for you!

Was there not that long ago, wanted to put tires on my car. Yes my tires were 20 inch tire and low profile, but Bob said they could do it. I told him it needs to be done for inspection so don't worry about price. Big mistake on my part. My fiance goes to get the car and well for 4 tires just mounted and balanced $226 I got absolutely over charged. If he couldn't do it or wasn't equipped to handle the tires he should have declined the work. But instead he went through and charged me what should have been maybe at most $150. Never will go here again and would never recommend them. Not to mention that when my fiance went to pick it up one tire was down to 13psi so she had to fill it up and the next day it was flat took it back in and they filled it no problem and put bead sealer on after my request. It still is going flat every morning. No nails nothing I am not happy with the service that was provided.

Fair prices and excellent work. I've had them replace tires, change the oil, and replace a broken spring. They stand behind their work and take the time to listen to the customer, determine the problem, and explain what needs to be done. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience here. Justin and Preslie were both very professional and helpful. Justin went a step further, noticed I needed more than I came in for and gave me a good deal on a new set of tires. He was very personable and made the whole process quick and easy. I ll definitely be back next time.

We had a leak in our tire heading home from New York to North Carolina. Rolled into the shop and found Justin. He was fair and smart and had us safely in the road with a new tire in less than an hour. We second all of the praise in these reviews. People who live around Mansfield have a super tire guy who knows about cars.

Was in a bind needing to get a truck in for an alignment and tires. Had to change the date on them once and they were more than willing to work with me. Advised me on tire selection for my truck. Dropped the truck off in the morning and was called by noon the truck was ready. Great service for me and I will definitely be going back.

When my vehicle was disabled they helped me arrange towing it and holding on to some of my items until I could come back and pick them up. They also helped me out by dropping me off to a nearby U-Haul rental location. The service was beyond amazing and I will definitely keep this shop in mind if I am in the area and need anything related

This place is AWESOME! Justin got me in right away and was not only professional but personable as well! I left there feeling like family. This other tire place going in won't have anything over this place. I learned so much about the business. They do so much more than tires. I found my new place for my vehicles. I am so excited!!

Saved the Day!! Had a trailer tire blow out about 10 minutes from their store. They offered to come get the wheel but I had tools to do myself. What could have ruined the entire journey only turned into a minor inconvenience. Awesome guys!

Had 4 tires and alignment done at a reasonable price. The service guys were great. Added an oil change and was done in less then 2 hours.

(Hours on website do not reflect actual Mansfield location hours)Very friendly and helpful receptionist.I'm not able to give feedback based on prices or actual service speed as I dropped my old wheels / tyres off along with my own winter tyres. I was told they could get to them on Monday and they were done, first thing.I'm kind of disappointed that they didn't install new valve stems.I didn't ask for them or pay for them but they weren't offered either�\_( )_/�Thank you !

Premier service,They've worked with me on upgrades i want. Often explaining whats needed or not needed. And also explaining what they can do. fit me into a tight schedule and right any wrongs if every any.

Chose this garage to install some new tires I had purchased. Quality job done by knowledgeable people. This is a family owned business not one of those franchised, marked up, up-selling joint like the place with the yellow and blue sign in the front.

I have been to Parmenters several times.once to have a wheel sensor replaced,and again to have rear brakes installed. Excellent service both times! Employees are very knowledgable and Friendly...Good prices on tires too!

24hr road service??? Except on weekends and holidays. And after hours. But all the rest for sure. Must be a clerical error.

I had a flat tires and called serval place to see if someone could help me change it. Everyone said they won t be available until the next day or later in the day. Parmenter was the only place that sent someone out to help me, even during the COVID -19 crisis.
