I really don't like leaving bad reviews for businesses and like to give the benefit of the doubt but I really wouldn't recommend this place. My husband and I were coming in from out of town to pick up a car from this dealership. It was an emergency situation and we needed a new vehicle fast so my parents stepped in to look. They waited until my Dad was out of tahe room to then tell my Mom the vehicle had an R title and it was never mentioned against until we were at home and all the papers were signed. The car worked fine for about two weeks and we have had nothing but issues with it since. It is a money pit and I feel like it's so unsafe for our child. We are going to have to trade it in but I felt they were manipulative in the way they told us about the R title and most dealerships won't take a car with an R title.

Unfortunately I can t recommend Mansfield motors. It s always a gamble buying used but with that being said I was disappointed in my experience. While the price seemed reasonable, after looking the vehicle over more closely, the dealership definitely made out. The front bumper was supposed to be repaired with asking price purchase and it was not. It did get a fresh inspection but me being a state inspector myself, the front rotors never should have passed due to deep grooves and rust. While they offered the carfax report, I missed the fact the timing belt had not been replaced and fuel filter hadn t been changed in over 30k miles. So I m driving a ticking time bomb. I originally thought the good price was due to the dent in the front fender but lo and behold, the house always wins. Use caution shopping here. I also spent part of the afternoon retapping license plate holes and trying to find screws to fit the plugs they put in that I had to remind them of 3 times.. we all know the warranty they include wouldn t cover anything if maintenance had been skipped. Do your research and don t fold to the dealer pricing. Trust me.

I bought an 04 Avalon and it didn t steer right, then the rack and pinion needed replaced. Once up on the lift, my mechanic said it s all rust, the frame and all. It s so bad that there is no repair possible and it s going to have to be crushed and junked! Took all the money I had, I m disabled and I called but I got the, gee I m sorry, it was as is! They are doing nothing for this, and they saw me coming!

Had a very average experience. Got a good deal on the Jeep I bought which I am happy about. Not so thrilled at the fact that I live over 90 minutes away and having to make two separate trips (so 6 hours of total driving) because the guy helping us Joe, decided to leave early even tho I spoke with him on the phone and made an appointment to come check it out and the younger man there could not do anything to help us other than test drive it. No complaints while buying the actual car until I got the title in the mail and on some of the documents my signature was forged in multiple places. I do not think that is okay by any means and was very disappointed to open my mail to that. I personally think there are better dealerships to chose from and would not be advising anyone to purchase a vehicle from here.

Car looked great but had immediate problems. Had it in the shop a week after fixing things they missed. Have had constant problems since. Never buying from them again.

I call them the dent and bent boys because I bought a truck their and the wiring harness was chewed up underneath the passenger seat that my wife just happen to catch and the back seat had a rip in it and the tail gate was dented on top pretty bad. I told joe and he acted surprised saying they haven t checked it it out yet but it was up on their Facebook site saying otherwise. I pulled a carfax and it was in a accident and they didn t know about that because they get their cars straight from auction. They did fix the issues agreed upon except I thought I would get a new tail gate and it got a bondo job. I went to Blaise and they re-calibrated steering wheel angle due to under 50 thousand miles warranty. If your looking for a beater I would go their but other than that stay away from the dent and bent boys.

Told him exactly what the vehicle was, what it was missing, and how difficult it would be to load up. He tells me how much he would give me. I agree, he shows up and offered me nearly half what he said on the phone, extremely dishonest, especially considering he wanted to text me from a different number than the Google number.

Stopped by and did a test drive on aJeep. Liked it and was interested in purchasing it. Only to find out that someone else was interested. Why let us test drive it? We were trying to work out financing. We to bank to withdraw money..called and it was already sold to the other person. We wasted at least 2 hours only to be disappointed. They were willing to help us find another car. No thanks

I do not recommend Mansfield Motors for a new vehicle, they sell vehicles that have been totaled previously and do not tell you about it. I went to trade the vehicle in at another dealer and found out through that dealer. 100% do not recommend unless you get all the details on the vehicle by getting the vin ahead of time and getting it checked on your own. I will never trust this dealership.

As I sit here broken down on the side of the road I couldn t find a better time to write a review. 5 months since my purchase... Broken CV joint and hub bearings which resulted in almost pulling me off the road (on a mountain).ABS issues as well. 2 months ago the truck spent 4 weeks in the shop due to a cracked EGR cooled. Will anything be done to correct these issues?? Most likely not... I m still waiting for my check for $81 from the title that they put in my name instead of the bank which I had to pay for...Here we are $5,000 in repairs in 5 months!! Oh and I was told the vehicle had its factory warranty which was also a lie. Just your typical scumbag used car dealer.16 Ram Ecodiesel

I wish I could give them Zero stars, just as someone else said.At first everything was great. Not having the best credit it is hard to even get considered for a loan, but was told that it can be worked with to get something most likely. This was actually something that was exciting. We worked with Joe, at least at first. Red flag one. We wanted something 4x4, and he immediately tried to direct us to cars. When we finally settled on a car, a day later, came back and said that car would not work even with a hefty down payment and a trade in, they wanted more.So we switched to a different car, jumped through hoops to get all the paperwork because we were told it looked good. No word back when we were told we would get word back. We had originally been interested in a 2008 Wrangler, and Joe had told us it was absolutely not an option. The day he was supposed to call us back and did not I called later in the evening, and spoke to someone different. At this point I mentioned to this sales rep, that we were interested in the Wrangler, it was still available at this point, and he said it was definitely an option.Joe called us back the next day and told us there was no way we were getting anything. Drove by and the jeep we were interested in was suddenly gone. Something fishy went on here, and we tend to believe that maybe said employee wanted to help someone he knew into the vehicle we were interested in, and that was why we were pushed away from it in the first place.Needless to say, we went elsewhere and found a vehicle. We will NEVER do business with Mansfield Motors, and will be recommending to everyone we know to look elsewhere also. Horrible experience.

I purchased a 2014 Yukon gmc from Joe (sales person) on my test drive I discovered a few issues with the vehicle for one the front caliber was sticking an bellowing smoke by the time I got back to the dealership. A back up sensor was bad as well as the A.C. nothing to major. I wanted to make a cash deal so I offered him a price with out any of the repairs as I could take care of it myself. We agreed on a price an I fixed the said issues. I also put into the agreement that he would pay for the inspection. I had to leave the vehicle there an was assured all paper work would be done an I could take the vehicle home that evening. I got done work stopped in an took the vehicle home. After I got it home I realized none of the paper work had been completed. I called in the next morning an was told that the place was closed by the time he got there. No note no call telling me it hadn't been done. Come to find out due to the virrus they couldn't get plates from the state but assured me it would be here in a few days. A week goes by an still no paper work has been completed but they cashed my check the same day as the sale. Finally I call back after calling multiple time an they have everything done. So I go pick up the plate an paperwork. I give them a bill for the inspection as well as the gas receipt as it was on E when I picked it up. Got the check in the mail from them for only the inspection. No gas call an got told I gave you a good deal I never agreed to pay for your gas it was an as is deal. I will not recommend them to anyone. If they plan on staying in business I recommend they take better care of there customers.

Wish I could give a zero star review. Up until the purchase the sales team was nice and accommodating. I had to take home a rental while some minor work was done on my purchased vehicle (the rental had no gas, should have been my first clue). One week later they brought my vehicle half way to my house to meet me... SURPRISE! No gas in the gas tank and only one thing out of five items was fixed! so the next week I took it back to them and got another rental. One week later they called and I drove halfway to pick up my vehicle again... SURPRISE!!!!! Once again the sales person ran my tank empty and left me with no gas! also nothing was fixed for the second time! they told me to take the vehicle to another dealer to have it fixed by them, then they wouldn't pay for the bill! After finally getting that payment issue resolved, they refuse to take care of the remaining repairs (that were part of our sales agreement). They are fighting me on getting a check engine light and a gascap light to go off! what a joke. The salesmen I talk to are rude and incompetent, and only want to focus on their next sale and clearly do not care about the customers they have made a deal with. Their garage was trying to help me but could not get the sales guys (Mark and Shane) to OK any of the work that needed to be done. WORST EXPERIENCE AT A DEALERSHIP EVER. It has been two and a half months since I bought my vehicle, out of that time I have had a rental car for 3 weeks, paid for 3 tanks of fuel in my personal vehicle that have vanished into thin air, have not had any part of our original sales agreement (except a new soft top installed) met, and have had nothing but poor communication from them. When I can actually get in contact with them they transfer me to three different people before they tell me there is nothing they can do. THIS DEALERSHIP WILL SCAM YOU!!!!!!! buyer beware. This place is not willing to meet the terms they set, and will not follow through with their promises. I would not return even if they paid me to take a car from them.

Best Experience I've had in a long time. This place is a small family owned dealership but they really work hard to take care of you like a big dealership. They had so many options and cars that I loved, it was hard to choose, but my salesmen helped by explaining the options as well as getting me financed when I didn't think I would. I ended up buying a Kia Soul and I love it! Ii will definitely be back for my next car and would recommend anyone to come get one here! A++

Bought a 2010 Subaru, within 12 months the head gasket was blown due to somebody previously glueing a crack in the radiator back together and nobody telling me about it. The car has not been able to be driven in over 5 months and things continue to get worse. It has been problem after problem and now its about to go to the junkyard. Paying a 5 year loan on a car that lasted 12 months. Appreciate ya!

I purchased a 2009 Tahoe Hybrid from Mansfield Motors and the thing has been a lemon since 3 months in. I found out later that they had some quick body work done to make the Tahoe look good to the untrained eye. It started to rust a few months later, Also around the same time I had to replace the hybrid pack which costs thousands. There was a misfire on cylinder 1 I got lucky and fixed that but now there is a misfire on cylinder 7 and that is due to a afm malfunction. Never again will I purchase a vehicle from such a dishonest company. I purchased this vehicle in June of 2017 and the issues started within 3 months of purchase and now I have a $12k paper weight. Could I have just gotten a lemon? Yes of course BUT the body work that is now rust holes that was done to make it look almost perfect was deceiving and dishonest. Be careful.......

Just bought a 2020 Subaru Forester Sport! Custom service was fantastic. Salesman Derek Bird was knowledgeable and made the process go by quickly.

Waited a week to get the details on a car and made three phone calls trying to get the information. Never heard back so drove 2 hours to see it. It, 2006 subaru sedan, needed almost $2000 in work done and they still wanted $2900. Over all, the sales guy acted like we were bothering him, the car was not worth driving there to see it, and I will not waste my time dealing with them again

I ve had multiple dealership experience, but I ve never had an experience like I ve had at Mansfield Motors. From the time I pulled in until the time I left with my new to me 2013 Lincoln MKZ, Joe Bellinger was amazing to work with. I set my heart on this vehicle, and he made it happen, even with not so good credit. I m a manager for a business in town, and I will be telling all of my customers to go to Mansfield Motors for all of their needs! The owner was up front and honest, and didn t try to hide anything from me. They told me to come back if anything came up and even sent me on my way with a 1/2 of tank of gas. I will be back for my next purchase in a few years from them! Thank you guys so much for your help in making a dream car possible!

Kinda 'on the beaten path' or main drag of Rte. 660, so it's easy to find. There are adequate entrances to the showcase lot, but making deliveries are sometimes problematic. It seems one of the entrances is nearby the office area. It is also where parts need be delivered. Because it is also where customers enter and there are often no places to park to deliver, often, a customer parks blocking the office area entrance. You can understand the issues that ensue when delivering. Maybe a better lot layout near the entrances should be considered. Just an idea. Otherwise, stop to see what offers they can give you on the lot vehicles!!!

I go here for inspections and maybe to buy a vehicle in the future. Prices are decent on used cars and the inspection process here is quick and painless. Plus it's like a mile from home so all the better. I'll go here until i have a reason not to.

I visited this dealership today... WORST experience I've EVER had! My parents bought a car here and recommended I visit because they received such great service. Things however have obviously changed since..... today, I couldn't get someone to help me, some mechanic looking guy from the garage finally acknowledged me and got me keys to the vehicle I was interested in. Didn't tell me ANYTHING about the car, just told me to "take it for a spin". I got .5 miles down the road and it RAN OUT OF GAS! I had to coast into a gas station and put gas in. When I tried to make a deal, the mechanic called some guy and TOLD him about my trade (never looked at it at all), the "owner" Bill called me AFTER I left, offered me $4,000 BELOW KBB and NADA value, I told him how low he was and he said, ok, how about $500 more. I again told him he was $3,500 BELOW KBB and NADA value. His reply "well, I"m at the auction now and that's what they're selling for, I tried" and then HUNG UP ON ME! Horrible Service, Horrible Customer Handling, I will NEVER go back... I drove 45 minutes EACH WAY from Williamsport to look at a vehicle and ended up PAYING to test-drive one of their vehicles and then get raped on the trade!?!? Horrible, Terrible, Appalling, UNFORGIVABLE service, they clearly DON'T CARE

Worst. Experience. Ever. I was sold a terrible car and they refused to fix anything on it that was covered. They also refused to fix what they messed up. It was sold to me with very little clutch, very low/nearly dead battery, burned out power steering pump, and bald tires. I had my clutch replaced through them and now I have a rattle because they ruined my exhaust when putting it up, and now I have an exhaust leak, my car is shaking at 50 mph, and I have no reverse. I have to use my entire body weight to put the car in 1st, and 2nd-5th are rough. For a 2008, it acts like it's 30 years old. It's sad that I have to push my car out of any position if I don't coast to back into a parking space. This isn't classy in 7inch heels and a dress. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

I would not recommend them to anyone. I was lied to about a car I wanted to buy. So if you want a good used car with honest people try another dealer.
