I was intimidated to retrieve parts from here due to a couple of the reviews but I decided to give them a try and was extremely happy. Yes the people who answer the phone are direct and straight to the point, but this is a busy salvage yard not a spa and your expectations should be reflected of that. ALL of the staff went above and beyond to assist me in finding the used part I needed and then helped load and ratchet strap the transmission in my truck. This is a great place to consider if your having trouble finding used parts. I drove over an hour to get this part as they were the only ones sort of locally able to help me for a decent price!

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this business. Bought a transmission for a vehicle. Could not get old one out of car so was just gonna junk the car. I have receipts and everything from this place and they only want to give store credit to replace the money that was spent. When they were called and you are talking to them and they didn't want to hear what you are saying they hang up the phone on you. Will NOT ever go back to this business again.

I needed a rear door for my Van. I called them and asked if they had one that would fit. They said yes. They saved it a week until I could get there to pick it up.They also sell used cars. Looks like a good place to get a deal.

QUALITY & INEXPENSIVE!I bought a Chrysler � 300 from here 2 yrs ago and haven't had a single problem with it. For all i paid for it, it was a steal! Great place to go if you're looking for a used car or even parts. Friendly & knowledgeable, eager to assist & all w/o breaking the bank

Rude, unpleasant to deal with, overpriced. Demanded cash only without prior warning and found employees unavailable to meet with after being told over the phone they were available

Fantastic place to get modern day truck, SUV and auto parts most makes and models, call ahead, plan a day trip. Excellent place to do business with used parts. Dan's the Man! Top Bloke!

Terrible experience Pee Wee is the guy in charge not very helpful to customer bought a transmission for car case broke on it they blame the shipping and have done nothing to help. Please don't waste money or time on place.

Got a rear for my jeep , they even dropped it off, for 160$, works great. They'll be getting my business from now on

Always been good to me and easy to get to. Its easy to get parts loaded. Prices are very comparable to others.

Lady at the desk was rude. She answered the phone then ignored us while we stood there most likely wont ever come back

They have a lot of used parts.. however watch what you purchase, make sure your parts are in working order before you leave and keep your receipt. Counter staff can be very rude
