A great small auto parts and repair store. Has a lot of parts if not they can order it.

This was my delivery location for my 1 way Uhaul rental. I called on my delivery day to ask questions and spoke to a rude person that did not want to help and only wanted to add on charges. Called Uhaul and they were very helpful and gave me a half day extension at no charge. I still dropped off on the day before but 2 hours after my original time (18hrs early of my extension time) and they charged me the extra half day. Called Uhaul and they took it off and apologized for the local dealers greedy mistake. Uhaul was great but this local business was far from it and I wouldn't use them for any business going forward.

Mistake or intentional doesn't excuse being ripped off by this place. U-Haul is already price gouging for certain rentals over $300 for a one-way trailer 600 miles, I ordered the trailer through the U-Haul app I refused all the upsells including the insurance because I have USAA military insurance that covers all rentals fully!! The person that checked me out snuck the unnecessary insurance of over $50 back into the purchase!! I didn't think I needed to double check so I didn't catch this until I had the trailer loaded and was hundreds of miles away!! Now I have to jump through hoops to get my money back! If U-Haul doesn't make it right I'll have to do a Charge back! I have copies of the original contact and screenshots of what I wanted not what this place snuck back in!!! Shame on them for ripping of a vet!!!!! I hope anyone else that uses this place checks their contract closely before handing over their payment!! I'm also posting this on their U-Haul google profile.

UPDATE: The company made it right and refunded the extra charge for the day we did not use the truck.Not a great experience for us (U-haul). My parents rented a 20-ft truck to move our grandmother home to live with them a little over a week ago. We worked hard that day to return the truck before dark and put the key in the dropbox around 4:30 pm Saturday. Dad did forget to call the phone number to let them know it was delivered (realize that was his fault). However he was charged for an extra day because this(an extra $40 for sitting in their parking lot). You would think in this day and age a company would have cameras showing when someone was there. Also was told by the staff they had to clean up a drink that was spilled in the cab. I don't know where the drink came from, but I put the moving blankets in a plastic bag inside the cab myself, and I know there was no mess of any sort in the truck. We take pride in returning things back to those we rent from clean and in good repair and would not have done that to them. Overall it was not a great experience, and I would not suggest this company.

Great place, if the owner wasn't such a nice guy I'd probably give it 2 stars as a parts store honestly.. mainly because the physical store itself can't handle more than 2 customers at a time realistically.They're doing parts, they're an interstate battery dealer, service, uhauls, which leads to crazy long wait times they. They're also an advanced affiliate which I'm sure adds a lot of strain on the store.One main thing is the last time I was there [waiting in line browsing the merchandise].... ZERO prices marked on anything on the shelves.... same with Napa across the street.... what's up with that? I've always boycotted car dealerships, for sale by owner, car ads who don't post the price. Lots of people don't want to have to ask for the price of everything... I mean, right?

The guy at the counter was rude as can be. Gave us the run around numerous times about a uhaul rental. I would not recommend shopping or renting anything from these people.

Rented car trailer for day. Fully explained all aspects of trailer before leaving. Good price. Definitely would rent again

Was honest and upfront with me when he told me he couldn't fix my tire because the whole was too big you don't find that too often especially in car repair
