On Feb 29th 2024 I was recommended by the PA state Police that they had a Tow company for me to Contact. I told them I had already called Pete's. Its been a household name in the trucking world since before i was born. So i was very comfortable, our jackknifed semi truck was in good hands...This post is only my Opinion..So at 1130 pm The towing company showed up and rescued our truck and trailer on rt15 within 15 miles of there location. The job took 2-2.5hrs2 - tow trucks.. I was shocked @$10,800. Please Get an estimate first. Weve never had a job cost this much before..

American Truck Center saves the day with their roadside assistance!!! It was a Friday night at 4:30pm and we were towing our camper to Watkins Glen, NY and we had a second tire blowout of the trip. The shop facilitator handle the situation by quickly sending someone out to remove the 3 tires, replaced, mounted, and balanced them and had us back on the road in an hour and a half. God bless American Trucking LLC!!!

These guys are amazing!! We broke down on a road trip pulling a trailer. My husband is a mechanic so we tried to find the part somewhere with no luck. Called these guys they told us to get there and they would take care of us. We parked went in and they said it would be a few mins and welcomed us to sit in the big comfy lounge they have. We got chatting with a really nice guy ( I think the owner) and the mechanic comes in and says he s almost done he s gonna go grab the part.......we hadn t even pulled the truck in!!!! He went out and did it in the parking lot and had us back on the road in less than an hour!!! We were so thankful and impressed! Didn t charge us an arm and a leg either! Very good price and absolutely top notch customer service!! Thanks again guys for saving the day for us!

This business was sent by Pennsylvania AAA & they don't even accept AAA!?They charged $200 for the tow...they answer the phone, "Yeah?"! Highly unprofessional in person, over the phone during & after towing.When asked if they locked the vehicle after towing it to their property their response was, "We don't have none of that stealing stuff here!"Their Internet info states they're open 24/7 & they most certainly are not.They need not be using racial slurs & more. Their behaviour was the lowest of lows.We will NEVER utilize their service again.

They charged me $250 an hour to tow my car!!! When the car was only 30 minutes max from there store! Will never call them for a tow again! When they tried turning the steering wheel my tire was stuck in the snow and they started to swing a hook at my car to get it out! They hit my car a few time as well!! Worse experience with a tow company ever! Hands down will NEVER recommend them to anyone! They are NOT OPEN 24/7!!!

Absolutely terrible, customer service and overall service. Was charged $200.00 for 16mi(32mi round trip) on a tow for a 2008 Chevy Aveo.( Nothing massive) I had called the shop prior with all the details, exact address, vehicle make and color. Then continue to receive a call one hour after they were to have left asking again what kind of car it was. 3rd call to verify its location. My mother said she saw them pass her house and have to turn around. but when I call I'm hung up on when I try to inquire about the charges of $200.00. I called them at 930 am to schedule the tow, also informing them it wasn't time sensitive. They also told me they charge from the time the vehicle leaves the shop. So you mean to tell me I get charged the extra time it took them to turn around when I had already given them the address and vehicle details 3 times over?? If your thinking of using a tow service here, think again. You would be better off renting a uhual and tow dolly then to deal with the criminal rates here. Even locally these folks are gunna put it right to you.... No wonder the little shanty shack convenient store they had shut down so quick. Unbelievable.

No longer a truck stop! The restaurant is now a private business. Pumps are closed and blocked. We walked in the shop and asked about the status. The lot looks like a salvage yard. Thanks for letting us sit for a little while so I could scan our paperwork and make coffee! Shame it's closed. The lounge looked comfy.

Right now, this place is not a truck stop. They do towing and some repairs, and they have big space where locals park trailers.

NOT OPEN 24 hours. Towing services may be available 24 but the building is not 24 HOURS and the restaurant has been abandoned.Never seen more than one (overworked) person working the office (dispatch, secretary, front desk, cashier).Stood at the window for over half an hour while she answered the phone 4 different times and kept running out to the shop ( I'm pretty sure she's the manager also) , then finally she sent some girl to the window to help me and she walked right past me and sat down completely ignoring me.Truck driver (who I think bathed in anti seize) dropped my car in the grass at my house on a decline in the middle of winter so it was stuck in the yard for a week until I finally called a different tow truck and had to pay them to pull it out of my yard.By the way, they charged me $150 to tow my car from Liberty to Mainesburg (not bad)They charged me the same $150 to tow from Walmart (Mansfield) to Mainesburg.... RUFKM?

If I could leave zero stars I would. If you are in the Mansfield area and you get your car towed three miles to their location, I pity you. They charged me $750 due to the fact they 1) had to tow my car at 1.10 am (thanks to my neighbor) and 2) it was Martin Luther King Weekend. For real? You're going to use his celebration day as an excuse to rip a college student off? This business should not exist and I hope they feel good for trying to make a quick buck off a student. "24 hour service"...hah!

The people here are amazing my husband is the heading mechanic and he know what he is doing there 24/7 road side service is alot on if you need help you can county on them to get you home safely or get your truck car whatever back running again. The New diner has some amazing food so im told so please give them a call and they Will get you fixed up and On the road again.

Tried charging my daughter 260 $ to hall her car 5 miles. RIP Off !! Tried taking advantantage of a female. Don't do business there unless you wanna get taken advantage of.

This place is a Complete Rip Off . If your Tractor unfortunately breaks down(God Forbid) find another place. They will take advantage of the situation and charge you triple the price. It will be worth traveling 50miles to another Truck tire place. I don t know how they sleep at Night. It won t allow me to give Zero stars

We went here for the first time. Excellent food and service. The restaurant is very clean. Waitress was very nice and attentive.

There for dinner and then again for breakfast. Friendly staff AND good food! Mondays thru Saturday 6:00 am to 9:00 pm

This is not a truck stop only a place to park if you really need it it's a towing yard and shop and a place for locals to park trailer nice restraunt down the road 2 blocks Eddie's place that's it
