Moved to the area a little while ago and was recommended to look at cars here. Had a great variety to choose from. I ended up buying a Town and Country from them that has since ran great, no issues whatsoever and I ve taken it all the way to Utah and back. Perfect runner and an absolute steal for the money. Had an issue with a light and the nice family here replaced it for free and ensured it was working for me perfectly before my journey. Would recommend highly to anyone looking for a value used car. Lovely people to deal with.

I've had work done here and tags renewed here. The staff were very friendly and nice. Prices were reasonable and the work was done quickly. I highly recommend them!

Was a terrible experience . Bought a Jeep with advertised A/C. Got home and it didnt work. They wanted to replace it with one from a junk yard. We know how that would end. I personally dont trust them and it cost me $500 to have fixed. If you turn on windshield wiper fluid on the lights go out and rear one doesnt work. Buyer beware!

Recently bought a 2003 Ford Expedition from this dealership. Spent every least penny I had at the moment. I was told nothing was wrong what so ever and That is was ready for any road trip. They had the vehicle already started at the time we arrived. The test drive was great. I purchased the vehicle and once I went to start it to leave it would not start after the third time of trying it finally started. The following day I took it to a local shop for a oil change. Had to replace the back windshield wiper, and a new filter that was chewed to shreds from mice. I was also told that there seems to be a leak from the rear main seal. I contacted the owners of this dealership and told them the issues. They agreed to fix it at no cost. After that had it for almost a week and to I believe 3 different auto shops to have the starting/rear main seal repaired they had contacted me saying there is not issue with it starting. And no leak from the rear main seal that they can see or that it is too tiny for them to fix for the price it was going to be. At that time I wanted a refund, or to simply trade it for a different SUV at there dealership. I was told no refunds sales are final. And of course now I am running into more issues with the vehicle. It s not driving right what so ever. Mind you I am a teen mom, I have bills and live in my own just like everyone else and unfortunately don t have the money to buy a brand new vehicle. Everyone needs to be aware of what they are purchasing and should not believe what they are told even if it s coming from a used dealership.

If you are looking to buy a good running used vehicle, I highly recommend 96 Auto Sales.(this can be googled).It's a family operated small dealership, and they do their best to answer any questions that you may have.Prices are good and fair! Vehicles are clean and well maintained.Once again I highly recommend them!

Bought an 07 Explorer from them less than a couple month ago. Nice to find out I wasted $4,200 because it needs a new motor. Really needed a reliable vehicle to transport my children safely in and get to and from work to provide for them. Crooks!!!

I recently bought a van from the owners son. My first red flag should have been that it was set up as a private party sale, when the van was at the car dealership, payment was made to the owner of the car dealership, and the van was picked up at the car dealership.I was buying this vehicle out of state during the pandemic so I was not able to come see it in person.Brandon assured me the van was in good working order and only had cosmetic damage. When asked about rust, he said it only had surface rust and nothing was structurally wrong with the van.I received the van and the entire undercarriage is rusted out. The gas tank is leaking due to the rust damage and has to be replaced. Parts of the frame are rusted through and had to have supports welded in, and both side panels had to be cut out and redone with new sheet metal.I have spent thousands on repairs and the van is still not functional. Brandon refuses to take any responsibility for misrepresenting this vehicle.

if i could give negative stars i would. i got tires there .fee disposal and tax quote went to pay got charge almost 125 more . ordered tire went to get them on had to wait bcz he didnt have wheel weights. really had to wait for him to unload a truck. very rude waited 3.5 hours when funally done he made me take my tires that i paid him to dispose of so he made $120-210 bucks think he would be nicer.
