My Jeep was towed off the Turnpike to the establishment on a Saturday when they were closed so I dropped the key in the slot and was lucky to have a ride home to where I live 77 miles away. He was very friendly when calling me on Monday and asked if I was stuck in a hotel or anything? I appreciated the concern. He worked on my car and was very reasonable pricewise. I hope I don't break down on the turnpike again but if I do I will have them tow my vehicle here.

Thank you for getting me in today when I contacted you about no right turn signal and overheating. Living in the country and only having one vehicle it matters. Also thank you for loaner car or driving me back home when Jeep is being worked on.

I broke down just yards from their business, many hours from home, and Jerry was tremendous! He was professional, fair, knowledgable, and honest. He and his staff got my car running - helping me to get back to a mechanic that I had worked with before to do the needed and extensive work! No pressure. Just honest, good people! Great service. My transmission gave out after getting off the turnpike and I was able to coast into his parking lot. The mechanic was able to look up that my car was under warranty but had to be serviced by the dealer. Instead of charging me for a costly transmission repair I was able to have my car towed to the dealer and have my car repaired under warranty. Thanks for all of your help and honesty!

I have been taking my vehicles here for years for inspections and other needs. The staff are excellent, honest, and flexible as my work hours make it hard for me to pick up and drop off vehicles during their business hours.

Took my car in for inspection. Received good service and fair review on what had to be done to my car. Had been told by another service facility that I needed some things repaired, turns after Wolfe's looked at it, their wasn't a problem or issue. Will be taking my others vehicles there now also.

They had an opening and took my car immediately. Gave me a courtesy ride home, fixed it promptly and my wife and I picked up the car shortly after. Cleaned up the area on the engine where the oil leak occurred. Very professional.

He charged me 90 bucks to use the diagnostic computer, which is free at AutoZone.(and six seconds of pushing a button). When I told him that's unfair for not telling me about the charge until after. He implied I don't work hard enough for my money. The guy started off so nice, by the end, he revealed he was a slime ball.. A professional thief to say the least. Avoid:)

Very inconsiderate and unprofessional . Family stops in for help 3 days before Christmas, and he turns them away when he had the ability to help. Stopped at a shop down the road, helped and refused any pay. Gerald Wolfe Doesn't deserve any business. Pass along.
