I would definitely recommend this dealership, recently purchased a used 2018 VW Beetle, mint condition. Mark was super helpful, no hassles, no pressure. Very smooth experience overall, and he helped arrange delivery of the car so I could surprise my wife for her birthday. Very cool. Thanks to you Mark and all your staff at Morgan!

I want to thank my salesman, Mark, to providing excellent customer service to purchase Dodge Challenger HallCat vehicle. Mark were professional, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they went beyond our expectations, which made this out-of-state transaction smooth and stress-free. This is the BEST car buying experience I ever had. All I have to do now enjoy my new HallCat :) Thank you, Mark for doing excellent service!

Had a very pleasant and positive experience here! Every staff we interacted with were kind and sincere. Doug and his team were great! We drove 2 hours to sell a car to them that had been tentatively arranged via email. While there we had them provide an offer on another vehicle we owned. At the end if it all, we got a deal we were happy with on the 2nd car and opted to purchase a car on the lot to drive home. They honored their offer on our first car which means we were able to trade in 2 cars, buy 1 car and leave with a sizable check in our hands for the difference.I hate buying cars as dealers can be difficult and not negotiate. I did not have that experience here. Staff were kind, sincere and not pushy at all. There was a real attitude of "let's see if we can find a win-win". We would drive 500 miles to buy a car from them in the future! My most positive car buying experience ever!

I have been looking for an lbz duramax for over 2 years and Morgan Automotive had a nice one at a respectable price considering the market for these trucks! I called in asking if they could hold the truck for me, as I live 5 hours away from them, and they did with no questions asked! When I got there, they did a fantastic job cleaning the truck and all their vehicles looked great! The truck had no problems and so, I decided to buy it. They offered me the best value I have ever gotten out of my trade-in by a long shot! I have had the truck for a couple days and it has been a blast! I highly recommend Morgan Automotive as they are a nice and understandable family-owned business and are very easy and fast to work with!

We ended up at Morgan's after visiting another dealership and very unpleasant experience. I called about a different car that was sold and was glad they mentioned other options because I had not seen them. We drove straight there, it was getting late and they assured us it was not an issue. They had the car inside ready for us to look at. There was a lot of interaction between the staff and nice personal stories from our salesperson. This will be our first stop when shopping for another vehicle. I highly recommend visiting, no hidden fees and very straightforward and fair.

We just bought a 2020 GMC Sierra tonight and it was amazing experience. We were never pressured, the owner, Doug Morgan, spent some time with us talking about the business and when his dad owned it. Matt Elliott took care of all the paperwork, even the receptionist was very nice.It was laid back and went very smoothly. Thanks to all who made this happen.

This dealership was super great to work with. I stopped by Thursday night a couple minutes before they were about to close. But Steve was so kind that he stayed after 7 to help me out on the purchase of my car. Exchanged information with Steve and he kept me updated via text message the entire time. Friday afternoon went and finished the paperwork and got my car. Steve made the process very easy he was honest caring and didn t hide any extra fees unlike other dealerships do. There wasn t any pressure into buying a car. I was even offered a water just goes to show how nice this place is. I drove an hour to get my car and I would do it again in the future. Thank you for everything Steve!

What I appreciated the most from my experience was the honesty and transparency of my purchase.Doug Morgan was honest, took the time out to listen to my needs, found a vehicle for me that works. '03 RangerEverything was easy with these folks. I had done lots of research prior to going to their dealership, and looked at a lot of trucks. From the moment I shook hands with Karl I knew they were a stand up organization. No sales pressure, just positive attitude and shared excitement over the prospect of finding that perfect truck. They even performed a small fix for me within days of the transaction (out bulb in the dash). The whole thing was a breeze. This place is a great spot if looking for used pickup truck, with tons of options and variety. They also have a huge inventory of excellent condition Ford Rangers which are a lost beauty in the truck world. Would recommend anyone to go here and check out what they've got no matter what type of car they are looking for. They made the process fun, easy, and led me to be confident in my purchase.

I've purchased many cars in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience I had. I got a great car at an awesome price. Mark was honest and upfront with me and it was refreshing that thr process was seamless and hassle free. No hidden costs, junk fees or or inflation of numbers just straight forward. It was welll worth the 3 hour round trip drive.

I had an excellent car purchasing experience with Morgan automative. The actual purchase process was simplified and stress free, unlike many previous experiences with dealera such as Carmax. The vehicle i bought was discovered to have a modification (muffler delete) which was going to result in a failed Maryland state inspection. A special thanks to Steve and Mark in sales for working with me to address the issue in a timely manner. Would recommend this dealer based on my positive and satisfying experience.

What can I say besides that I am very pleased with the service I received here!! PHENOMENAL STAFF. If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I would go here immediately even though it's an hour drive from my house. Now, I know what you might be curious, why such a glowing review...well here is my background. This is the third car I have purchased in the span of 3 years (it's okay to Judge, I know I am a mess). I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Stepping into a dealership and feeling like vulnerable prey in the middle of a jungle of hungry predators. This was NOT AT ALL the case with the folks at Morgan Automotive. Bottom line, they cared. Not about selling and pushing me into buying a car that I wasn't sure if I wanted. They cared about me, and whether or not their vehicle options fit what I was looking for. I am a 22-year-old woman and I am weary business professionals that use lying as a sales tactic. Questionable morals are not something to fear from the staff at Morgan Automotive. I directly worked with Mark Brullo to purchase my vehicle but enjoyed meeting many other friendly staff members during my visit. Mark went the extra mile to help me receive the best financing possible with my unique financial situation and went to the trouble of calling MANY credit unions until someone could meet my needs. Buying my car from Mark felt like buying a car from a family member. His patience and understanding of what I needed is unmatched. PLEASE don t miss the opportunity to buy a car from this group, you will not be disappointed.

I've purchased several vehicles from Morgan and they always have fair pricing, do not pressure, and are sensible when repairs are needed prior to purchasing the vehicle. I've always received a vehicle history report and felt confident doing business as they don't work off of commission. Great experience! Check them out!

Very nice people to deal with. Mark was very accommodating and made sure that I was completely happy with my Silverado before we agreed to a price. I wanted pinstripes removed before I bought the truck, not only did they remove them, but they rebuffed the truck and made sure it was completely spotless. Doug was incredibly friendly and made sure that the truck was perfect and even washed my license plate before transferring it to the new truck. We will be looking for an SUV shortly and hopefully will be able to buy from Morgan automotive again. Highly recommend them.

I had the BEST car buying experience ever with them! Mark was so personable and genuine and I felt so confident buying our van! Not only that, but every other person who worked there was so friendly and kind and went out of their way to talk to us and our kids! Even the owner went out of his way to thank my husband for his service and talk with us. I will 100% be buying a vehicle from them again!

Just bought a Ford Explorer from Doug and his team! They were a pleasure to work with from the minute we walked in the door to when we left with our new car. We drove over 60 miles to look at this car and when we got there they had it cleaned, out in front running and waiting for us to test drive. They allowed us to take as much time as we needed and didn t pressure us one bit. There were accommodating, extremely fair and reasonable.You would be doing yourself a disservice by not visiting this place if you find a car you like on their lot. We will be back when it comes time for our next purchase! You won t find a more genuine and high character team that truly cares for their customers.

These guys are great. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and they were very patient and made it easy. After I had agreed to buy the car they turned away a customer who wanted to buy the car that day. Negotiation was completely painless and the price was good. The fees were small and there was no pressure to buy extras like extended warranties. The car was clean and in excellent condition. I cannot recommend this dealership enough.

I recently purchased a 2013 Yukon Denali from Morgan Automotive. (internet sale) Mark was very helpful, with no pressure, very laid back from start to finish. This was the smoothest vehicle transaction I have ever done.This dealership really goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. Honesty, integrity and very helpful! Morgan Automotive is amazing! They truly care about their customers. I just bought a vehicle today and I can t even explain how satisfied we are. The dealership is 1 hour and a half and it was so worth the drive. Mark was amazing. He is truly amazing! The owner is an amazing person as well. It was an honor to meet both of them! We are truly blessed to have found such an amazing team! They are one of a kind!!!!!! Look no further! This is the one and only place anyone should go to!!!!! THANK YOU Morgan Automotive!! I inquired on a 2020 Chevy Camaro ZL1 some months back and again a few days ago. Both times the salesman was rude and unresponsive. When I did get a response the salesman responded with didn't we already send you that? As if it took an absurd amount of energy to resend a video and answer some questions about the wheel size as I forgot what the car sounded like with after market exhaust. I know that car has been there for several months and with that poor embarrassing service it will remain there. If I was the owner of that business I would fire whoever is in control of that sale immediately!

We recently purchased a VW Eos and received a very fair trade amount for our car. Matt was very professional and friendly in completing the purchase. After 2 days we experienced a small problem with the car but Matt quickly gave us a loaner and had our car repaired and it is running great. Thanks to all who had a part in getting us going. In the future when looking for a replacement for my truck Morgan will be the first place I look.

I spoke with Mark Friday morning and by Friday evening I was driving home in my amazing Honda Element. They sold me a very great car for a very fair price! We got to meet Doug who is a wonderful guy and had nothing but we'll wishes for us and our new car. 10 out of 10 would buy from them again.***7/15/17I have owned this car for 9 months and I have no regrets at all. This is by far the best car I have ever owned. Thanks again to all of you for selling me such an amazing car!!

I worked with Matt by phone (I live in Texas), and he made everything so easy. I was looking for a very specific vehicle for my wife, and Morgan Automotive listed one that was just perfect. Matt walked me through the condition and helped me coordinate everything - from purchase to transportation of the vehicle to Texas. The price was great as well...I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off like I have when purchasing vehicles elsewhere in the past. I would definitely recommend Morgan Automotive to friends/family, and I'll be looking to them in the future as my kids get closer to driving age.

My husband bought a truck there from Mark just recently. I was there the whole time and wow what an experience! By far the best customer service either of us have had with anything! Mark was awesome to deal with and extremely accommodating. He got the transaction started while we went and got Lunch. Also made sure the truck was detailed and spotless while we signed the paperwork. Introduced us to the owner as well and it shows the kind of operation they're running there. We will be lifetime customers for sure!

I was emailing them about a car I wanted to buy and at first they were very fast to respond. Then all of a sudden they just stopped replying. I guess they don't want to sell cars.
