Had such a great experience at the Lebanon dealership with my trade-in and the purchase of my dream truck. Their people were down to earth and very welcoming to us. They helped my wife and I with our questions and the whole buying process was smooth and painless. Tony our salesmen was very patient with me and a straight shooter. Kept it fun and lighthearted. He was open and honest about their vehicles and I m very happy with my purchase. Would recommend them for your car buying needs.

Just bought my official first car from them and I had mistakenly arrived just after they closed. Sam met with me and was so extremely nice and was able to get the dealer to come back and help me buy it right then and there. I completely would suggest them for anyone getting another vehicle! And ask for Sam!

Need to get a different vehicle. Got a ram love the truck. Not even a week of driving it did not want to start. I drive tow truck, know exactly what to look for. Different message came up. First time seeing something like that. Wong key fob. Had to tow my own vehicle to the dealership and drop over 500 for the problem to be fix. They wanted send a lock smith to reprogram a key and do it cheap. Got the truck with a aftermarket key. In my career driving tow trucks aftermarket keys do not last long. You'll get 3 months from it. And it's dead. Don't know if I'll go back or send anyone there. Not happy with anything that happened.

Great experience! Very kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating staff. We just needed a spare car for our family due to one of our primary cars in the shop for a new motor (which is going to be months before we get it back). They gave us a deal on a trade in car they had that they didn't have to and may God bless them for that. They were also preparing for a storm when we arrived and gave us just a much time and didn't feel rushed or anything. They had to rearrange cars just so we could test drive after just doing so for the storm and didn't make us feel like an inconvenience (which it probably was lol). They were honest and made you feel at home. They made sure we had a speedy purchase so that we could reach home (1.5 hrs away) before storm hit. Would definitely go there again!

They handled everything same day for me so I could take the truck home great deal everyone was extremely nice especially Sam and June they went above and beyond and made it work for me same day. Recommend checking both locations

I had the pleasure of working with Ben. I asked for multiple picture and had multiple questions about the car before I made the 4 hour trip. He sent pictures and answered all of my questions. It was a great experience working with Ben and Metro American auto sales. 10/10 would recommend and buy from them again.

Recently purchased a 2012 Colorado from these guys and it was overall a great experience! Sam at the Lebanon location went out of his way to give me as much info on the truck as possible and even arranged to have it driven to the closer of the 2 locations so I could finalize paperwork the next day. Tony and Erica were polite and super helpful, knew what they were doing and had me in and out in less than an hour. There was a minor issue with the key that slipped past both parties but they had a locksmith come out and resolve it at no cost to me. No outrageous processing fees either. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

Beyond pleased with my husband and I's purchase of our truck from Metro America. Each person we talked to there explained everything fully. Phil especially took his time talking with us and going over paperwork. We were not pressured or rushed. Two weeks after getting the truck we went on vacation and it broke down (nobody's fault, things happen) we got it towed to the nearest garage and Phil took care of everything else for us, and it was so greatly appreciated. We will for sure be back to this place for future purchases. Great people, great company!

I am very happy with my experience working with Phil the owner at the Manheim location. I was looking for a work truck on a budget and Phil listened carefully to what I needed and located the perfect vehicle for me and on top of that he gave me a great deal! I highly recommend working with this dealer.

Very impressed with the owner and staff here. They gave a good deal to my son on his first car purchase roughly 2 weeks ago. The car is exactly what he was looking for and it runs great! Best choice I ever made to buy a car. Erica was super friendly an knowledge on the SUV we chose to buy. I highly recommend Metro Auto Sale for your next car. The family run business is run with the up most friendly and professional people I ever met in Dealership. Tony was awesome on helping me out on the purchase as well an made so easy for me an my family to become life time support to buy a car. I've only bought used cars my whole life and this was by far the best experience I've had! Tony and Phil are easy to talk to and didn't pressure me into anything. They sold me the car I wanted within my budget even with an extended warranty! Hands down the best used car salesman I've ever dealt with! Don't waste your time with overpriced dealers. This is a small family owned business run by good honest people. Definitely worth your time to check them out...this place is a hidden gem in Manheim! See for yourself!

Purchased a 2003 Jeep Cherokee from Metro America last week, and it was the best experience buying a car. Erica is amazing to work with; she is super friendly, knowledgeable and she makes car buying fun. Tony was also super helpful even though we only got to talk about the Jeep over texts. They make it feel more like buying from friends, and we loved meeting Bruno the bulldog at signing! Highly recommend this awesome family business, and would definitely buy another vehicle from them!

This has been the best car buying experience at a dealership that I ve ever had! We were not pressured into anything; Tony just answered our questions and let us take our time. When he couldn t remove the rusted license plate from our trade-in, they paid for a new tag for us. This small family owned dealership is the place to check out for a stress free car buying experience!

I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from Phill and Tony. I bought a Ford Ranger in 2014 and was very impressed with the quality of everything they sell so I came back. Was looking for a bigger SUV for a while. Came across a Nissan Armada here. Test drove on Wednesday, my husband and I went back on a Friday and Sat the SUV was in my hands! Very friendly and courteous staff from sales to paperwork! Made it easy to make the decision to buy from them. Highly recommend these guys.

Bought an 08 Ford Escape. Used of course. Doc was there to greet us. Took a test drive. Came back the following Monday to finish the deal...had to wait a little for the car to be detailed and all. But, great deal and great experience. Have and will recommend to others.

I had just gotten back to the US this July ('20) and was looking around for a 4Runner. Since I was in quarantine, my parents checked out a '12 4Runner at Metro America and were helped out by Tony. He provided outstanding service, and answered all of the questions my parents and I (by phone) had.Although the car passed inspection in PA, something about the suspension did not pass when we had it inspected in MD. This is where I can not stress enough how professional Tony was. When my parents called Tony, there were no ifs, wells, or buts. Tony spoke with the garage we used to inspect the car, and he paid to make the situation right.Go Metro/Tony's website says it all. They're in the market to build relationships and offer fair prices for the cars they sell, and that's exactly what they do.
