Outstanding communication from the moment I inquired about my truck. The vehicle was stunningly clean, there were no attempts to hide or cover the undercarriage, the entire vehicle was detailed meticulously. The buying process was probably the easiest I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend Jeff and his team for your next vehicle and I will definitely go there again for my next vehicle purchase! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from this dealership, and I cannot praise Jeff enough for his exceptional service. The entire car-buying process was the easiest and most seamless I've ever encountered. If you're interested in a car that they have in inventory, I highly recommend stopping by to check it out (ask for Greg). About a month ago, I visited to see a specific car, but I didn't love the one I initially came for. Greg and I ended up just hanging out and talking about cars for a while. A few weeks later, I returned and found the car I wanted! In just a couple of hours, I had test-driven it, completed the financing and paperwork, and was on the road in my new car. The process was pleasurable and seamless.I'm very impressed with the dealership, but even more so with their friendly and knowledgeable staff.Thanks Greg!

The whole car buying experience was quick and easy. Found my vehicle on their website and Ken contacted me and answered my questions via text in a timely manner. I rented a vehicle and drove up to their location from Virginia and arrived right when they opened and Ken had all the paperwork ready to go. I test drove the vehicle and completed all the paperwork and they had me in and out in a timely manner. They had a team member follow me over to the rental car office and drop the vehicle off and brought me back so I could hit the road to head back to Virginia. I would definitely purchase another vehicle and make the trip up to Manheim Imports.

I have purchased several other vehicles from out of state. It is not an easy process. I am dependent on clear communication. Greg Martin was great from the start. He offered me a video walk-through on the car. He answered any and all questions I had and was committed to the process rather than the sale. He understood the importance of me feeling 100% comfortable before making a decision. He helped coordinate the car inspection. Once I made up my mind he made the process of purchasing and organizing a delivery very simple. I am very grateful for the service I received from Greg Martin and the dealership.

After several bad experiences with out of state dealers; I decided to make an offer on a car from Manheim Imports and give it one more try. Their reviews were overwhelmingly positive but buying a car from out of state, sight unseen, was still daunting! All I can say is that Ken Boak is phenomenal and the rest of the team were very professional, courteous and just good people! The entire transaction was handled online and by phone and was flawless! The car was delivered as promised and I could not be happier. No hidden added fees, let me repeat, no hidden added fees....the price of the car plus state fees for processing and registration. Period.Bottom line; great deal, great service, great people!!You can not go wrong with Manheim Imports!!!

Ben Burch Was a top Notch salesman. I began contacting him about a week before I was able to come in & see the car. Ben answered all of my questions on the phone & email and even sent me extra pictures of the car. Ben helped me secure financing so that way when we came in it would be a breeze. IT WAS! From the second we got there I was given a test drive & then told a little bit more about the car. We worked out the details and came to an agreement on the price. Ben even threw in some extras. It was my first car buying experience and most certainly was the best. We drove 2 & 1/2 hours from NYC and I would do it again and again. Everyone there was super friendly and could not be any more helpful. Thanks to Ben and his crew I have my Infiniti G37 IPL that I always wanted.

This was my best experience by far purchasing a vehicle. Kevin was nice, straightforward and quick. I called to get an appraisal on my trade-in before I arrived, what they told me over the phone is exactly what they gave me for my trade-in when I arrived. No trying to negotiate and change up the numbers, No adding on unnecessary fees to the price tag of the vehicle i was purchasing. Super clean establishment. I got there at 11 I was out by 1. Great experience Thanks Kevin!

This was by far the easiest transaction I ve ever done. Greg Martin helped from beginning to end for an out of state sale, he is the best!! Very polite, helpful, never try to push me for the sale which made me feel at ease with my big purchase, first EV. I would definitely buy again from Greg!

We worked with Ken. Our experience here was better than any other dealership. No one was on us being pushy, making promises or pushing for a credit application. We came in Friday afternoon, Ken was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. Saturday afternoon, we came back and picked up the vehicle. Their buying process was very easy. I would do business here again.

Where do I start! If you re buying out of town! Please be aware these people do not care about you! Literally. I have a 2022 Yukon with 7k miles on it, had it less than 2 months and it s been in the shop 3x! I ve called and called! Nobody will resolve your issue they tell you you speaking to the GM when in fact you re NOT! I made a mistake buying from them and I hope nobody else has this issue!Scratches on my windowMy radio will not play any music while the music is still playing on the screen.Volume goes in and outMy Google app will not allow me to be online or sign inMy drive window when cracked flaps like a bird in the windIt s beyond ridiculous . And I have proof to back up everything I ve mentionedEDIT:: Luckily the local GMC in my city fixed ALL the issues Manheim Imports had wrong with this vehicle that they denied having. After months I m finally taken care of. Manheim Imports tried to belittle me and act like I was lying about issues I was having. But after contacting GMC my issues are now resolved. Shame on you Manheim Imports!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Manheim Imports. I was extremely impressed with the customer service from day one, especially from Greg Martin. This was the first time I ve ever purchased a vehicle without seeing it in person. I live about 500 miles from Manheim Imports. Greg was gracious enough to make a video of the interior and exterior of the vehicle and send it to me. Greg was very responsive to emails, phone calls, and text messages. It didn t matter what day of the week or time of day it was, Greg always replied quickly to my questions. The entire transaction was completed over the internet. All paperwork was signed electronically. Everything went very well, thanks to Greg and the team at Manheim Imports. Greg coordinated the vehicle delivery and kept me updated on delivery status. The vehicle was delivered on time and in excellent condition. This was absolutely the best and easiest car-buying experience I ve ever had. I will certainly consider purchasing another vehicle from Manheim Imports and would recommend friends and family to consider Manheim Imports for their next vehicle purchase.

My first time purchasing online without seeing the vehicle first. The transaction was seemless. Greg Martin did a fantastic job walking me through everything. The transaction was closed on Wed, car was shipped on Thursday and I received it on Friday. I was very satisfied on everything. Great job guys. I will use them again...

Bought a 2019 Mini Cooper Convertible from them in November 2020. Sale went flawlessly, no pressure. The owner (Luke) was great and addressed all concerns. Service staff was also wonderful. Highly recommend!

I don't usually write reviews, but when you have exceptional service and communication, that needs to be acknowledged. I have been on the market looking online for months for a specific vehicle- I have called numerous dealerships and found that unless you ask for someone specific or experienced you will get someone that doesn't know what they are talking about or doesn't get back to you. I was fortunate that Kevin B answered my call and he made my buying experience seamless and so easy.From the start Kevin was knowledgeable and thorough- since I was buying this car sight unseen and needed it shipped, I had to have confidence I was having him as my eyes- he sent pictures and when I told him what I wanted to pay for the car, he sat in the manager's office until he got the price I requested- no back and forth...just straight forward.Then he made sure the vehicle was ready to go from small touch ups to detailing and getting the car filled with gas.They FedEx'd the title so I had it the next day. When the transport company wasn't able to get there during business hours to pick up the vehicle due to traffic delays, he made arrangements for after hours pick up and kept in contact with the driver and myself to make sure we were all informed. He gave me his personal cell phone number and we talked even after hours regarding a question about the transport.This is the first time I've bought a car unseen- it could have gone very wrong, but this was the easiest and best car buying experience I have had, and it is due to having a great salesperson who goes above and beyond. Thanks Kevin and Manheim Imports- it was a PLEASURE to do business with you!

I recently bought a BMW X5 M at Manheim Imports and it was one of the best experiences I ve ever had with a dealer. General manager Jeff Ludwig made the purchasing process extremely easy and fast, I traveled from Frederick County, MD and he kept everything ready and easy so I had close to no wait time. I look forward to doing business with Jeff again, It s worth the travel time. Overall would recommend this business to anyone whose looking for a luxury experience when getting a luxury vehicle.
