We saw a SUV we liked online n drove to Lancaster Car Co to take a look at it. The doors were unlocked so we were able to explore a bit on our own before the salesman came outside to greet us. When Ritchie came out he was super helpful n laid back n answered our questions. In about ten minutes we were test driving the car on our own n we loved it! We decided to go ahead n purchase the vehicle n the whole process was so smooth n quick! I highly recommend them to buy a vehicle. The cleanliness of the vehicle was great n he gased it up n we were on our way! I d say the process took about a half hour which compared to other places from buying in my past has taken 1/2 a day!Thank you Ritchie!Chris n Laura Witmer

This was my very first car buying experience and I couldn t have been more pleased working with Ritchie through the whole process! Not only was he extremely responsive but also very flexible with scheduling when it comes to my busy schedule. I have always been a bit hesitant with used car places but never once did I feel pressured in any sense working with him. Overall very pleased with my new vehicle and experience here.I would absolutely recommend anyone coming here and purchasing a vehicle!

Lancaster Car Company provided a 5-star experience in the purchase of my daughter's first car. There was never any pressure, and every step of the process was pleasant. Doug Gast is a joy to work with, and every employee I came in contact with had quite a bit of tenure with LCC. That shows you something. I will use LCC again when it comes time for my son's first vehicle. Highly recommended!!!

I had the most amazing experience with Lancaster Car Co.! After an extremely stressful car hunting experience, I was lucky enough to come across a beautiful 2020 Chevy Tahoe listed at Lancaster Car Co. I assumed the deal had to be too good to be true. It turns out that is just the way Lancaster Car Co does business! I was fortunate enough to work with Doug. I live in Maine and was doing a long distance sale, they made the process easy as could be, quick and straight forward! Doug wasted no time on getting me the paperwork I needed & kept in contact with me every step of the way. I could not be happier with my new vehicle. Everyone I was fortunate enough to speak with Doug, Patty, Garrett were all great to work with. I truly could not recommend Lancaster Car Co. enough. Not only beautiful, quality vehicles but amazing staff who make the process go smoothly! Could not be happier with my vehicle and hope to do more business with them in the future.

I had not purchased a new vehicle for quite some time almost 10 years! I no, crazy ! I bought a 1997 Chevy Silverado, 1500 from Richie and Lancaster car co. The whole experience from the start to the finish was excellent. The truck was just as advertised, in great shape and ready to go. The people at Lancaster Car company helped me with everything along the way from getting it delivered to getting it registered. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a truck or a car. Great people to work with!

Just picked up the new ride (Mini Clubman) for my wife last week. Doug and Garrett are friendly, patient and courteous. We did not feel one ounce of pressure. Took only 20 minutes for the transaction. The car was impeccably prepped. Thank you!!!

I m in NY. 100% Smooth, honest and trustworthy experience thanks to my salesman, Doug Gast. This deal was closed on a verbal conversation trust. No pressure. I did a FaceTime viewing and carfax check.100% online experience. I ll be back for my next vehicle, for sure!!!

So first of all let me say that this business is not local to me so basically buying car without any test drive or anything and just based on pictures and phone conversation. We pulled the trigger and hopped on Amtrak and off we went. Car was better than expected and the whole process was very quick and easy and it was a great trip back stopping at Gettysburg and other locations on the way back. So if your from western PA like myself and they have a car you like, dont count out Lancaster Car Co. Great to work with and overall great experience.

After a month of searching for a new vehicle we came across Lancaster Car Co online. Headed out to the lot to look at some cars and met with one of the salesmen, Garret. He was fantastic, very helpful and easy going. Ended up purchasing a sports SUV with 75k miles. They worked with us and our credit union to get the money side of things squared away without any hassle. When I want to pick up the car, it had been freshly detailed and filled with a full tank of gas. Garret was awesome through the sales process and worked with us every step of the way. 4 days after driving the car home, I noticed a large amount of grease on the inside of my passenger side wheel. Turns out a CV joint had busted and was leaking oil all over my wheel. Unfortunate but it s known to happen right around the 70k milage mark for my vehicle. We debated our options and decided to reach out to Lancaster Car Co to see if they were willing to assist in the repair. Long story short, they ended up sending us a check for the amount a local mechanic quoted us! Sale was done and the used car warranty did not cover it, they had no legal obligation to cover the repair but they did anyways! Overall, Lancaster Car Co and Garret went above and beyond for us. Not something you see very often these days. Couldn t be happier with my car purchasing experience from Lancaster Car Co. We will definitely be recommending to all our friends and family!

Lancaster Car Company came thru again and sold me an Inifiti that I absolutely love. Ritchie and his folks are the easiest to work with in the business. They make care buying soooo easy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I think it s the 3rd car I have bought from them and I will surely buy many more!!

I unfortunately had someone rear end my previous vehicle and insurance totaled it, went through so many headaches from the day of the accident until I took delivery of a new vehicle that they would be too long to type. The manager and salesman Doug at Lancaster Car Co. were the only pleasant thing in this scenario and provided the smoothest services. They re understanding and laid back and have a great selection of vehicles which landed me the stickshift I was looking for! Thank you

Thank you for my unicorn! I love Toyota, but was not looking to get into hock up to my eyeballs. I have a teen soon learning to drive, so while wanting a safe vehicle, was not looking to spend $30,000+. My new-to-me car is in pristine condition! The miles are high, but the CARFAX is clean.(I was not happy to part with my beloved Sienna sadly totaled the week before. But it was a 2004, with 216,000+)As for Lancaster Car Co- Doug was friendly and efficient!(The notary at Rettews, well, I can t hold it against Lanc. Car Co- but had a major attitude)

My experience was exactly what one hopes for when buying a used car. Ritchie and Garrett were superior in terms of communication. We (my wife and I) worked with Garrett and he was professional, knowledgeable, personable, honest AND forthcoming. No pressure, streamlined financing, and a welcoming feeling by everyone there. It was a pleasure and I highly recommend Lancaster Car Co. for your next purchase. We're almost 1.5 hours away and we would definitely come back for another car!

Great experience buying a car. Found the car online, called and they had it. Dealt with Doug who was super nice. The van I bought was in great condition and priced fairly. A fair price was given on my trade in as well. They were super accommodating to our family since I had to bring my 4 kids along. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I traveled to Lancaster Car Company from Massachusetts to purchase my car. Garrett and his team were super nice and made things go so smoothly. I couldn't be happier with my SLK250 and my experience (low low dealer fees), low miles and fair prices in Manheim, PA. What's not to love!! Wicked good A/C in the office and the vehicle; it was a heat wave that day. (LOL) Made it easier getting thru NYC and CT. I searched nationwide for a Mini Cooper S Convertible and found a beauty at Lancaster Motor Company, PA. I contacted Doug Gast, who gave me the particulars. So I decided to fly to Harrisburg and Ubered to Lancaster to purchase. I had a very difficult problem without a better solution but the folks at Lancaster Car Company worked with me and allowed me to drive it home to Michigan you won t find too many companies as understanding as these guys, I was treated as best a customer could have. If I m ever looking for another vehicle, this is my first and only stop, so don t hesitate to check out their exclusive inventory, work with these guys and you ll be extremely happy with LCC, your new vehicle, the prep of your vehicle, and hopefully you ll feel the same as I do about this Car Company!
