I had such a wonderful experience at Hondru ford of manheim. Lori was amazing and had me in my new car so fast and very efficiently. She is very knowledgeable and super friendly! I recommend if you or someone you know need help buying a car, Hondru ford is the place to go. Thank you so much Lori again for being the best and thank you Tommie for helping make this an easy transition for me with the paper work and financial end of things that tends to confuse me. You guys rock!

I just had my 18 f150 platinum in for my transmission acting up and I have to say a huge thank you to Chris, Jeremy and Fabian who made sure they took care of keeping me updated and in a loaner during inspection then arranging my rental for me when the new transmission came in and put in under extended warranty. They were absolutely amazing and I truly appreciate them! Highly recommend!!

We have been servicing our vehicles with Chris Geib and the entire Hondru Ford service team for the last 18 years. They are the reason we will never service our vehicles anywhere else. Lori H. helped me to purchase my new vehicle, the 2020 Bolt EV. She was very patient with all my questions about the buying process and the ins and outs of electric vehicles. Since I live a distance from the dealership, she was even willing to drive halfway to finalize the paperwork.

Honestly, I would avoid this place at all cost sales people are very nice and caring, but when it comes down to their vehicles, they are nothing but trash if you want something that will break down constantly or the transmission or motor goes out. Definitely go here because that s what you re gonna get. You re only gonna get nothing but trash. I bought a vehicle from there and I ve owned it for maybe two years now and honestly probably only got the drive it, maybe five months out of the whole time when I first got it it ran decent then, after two weeks, nothing but problems, and then not after having it for three months the motor went out. The car only had 50,000 miles on it then after it took a year for them to finally get my motor in the transmission goes out after getting the transmission fixed now I m starting to get the same motor problems I got from the first motor that was in it and we re talking about they put a brand new motor in it, so by my experiences through this place, I definitely would never go back. All their vehicles are thrash!!!!

Wow what an experience with Hondru Ford. It all started with the salesman Jose. He was fast to respond, cared about my questions, and had great conversation throughout the whole purchasing process. He made me feel welcome and took great care to make sure all my needs were met. Then on to Tommie in finance. What a great guy! Again great conversation. He made sure to get me exactly what I was looking for and took care to work at my pace.If you're looking for a new or used vehicle this team is incredible and I'll definitely be recommending my friends and family. Thanks again!

Hondru Ford did a great job with my Mach-E order! Ian Chea was very receptive, easy to communicate with, and showed a genuine excitement for the process - not always an easy thing with a vehicle order. The finance process with Val and Tommie was fair and transparent. Great job to all and thank you! Love the car!

Great experience at Hondru Ford of Manheim! Roger was fantastic - he was honest, personable, and asked the right questions to be efficient in figuring out what we were looking for. He let us do our own thing without hovering and let us take our time. It worked out that he happened to have the perfect vehicle for us within our budget and even though we did not plan on purchasing that day, we ended up driving home with our new Jeep!

I came in "just to look". You know how that goes. Roger was super friendly & gave us all the space we needed to privately discuss our decision. After the test drive I was sold. He made the enter experience very easy & not overwhelming at all being a first time "new" car buyer. I HIGHLY recommend working with him on your next purchase! Thank you Roger!

Bought a 2020 Honda Passport a Year ago from Roger. Sale was great would definitely recommend. HOWEVER.... I take it in for an inspection/emissions and oil change because inspection was suppose to be free ( I live an hour away). Let them know I was going to wait.... maybe shame on me a little bit for not asking and assuming but a free inspection and an oil change was $171.40??????!!! $39.95 for emissions!!.... $12.82 for the stickers!! (they even charged me $0.25 for brake wash.. assuming to take off the old stickers) and here is the kicker.... $106.89 for an oil change and tire rotation.... had I known the price I would have never wasted the gas and driven the hour sat there for all but 3 hours and got ripped off this bad. I would have gone to my local shop and paid for emissions and inspection.... gotten an oil change with synthetic oil instead of conventional ... still saved money and not wasted my entire day sitting there.

The BEST car buying experience I ve ever had, fourth dealership is the charm. Josh was great! He answered all my questions (there were quite a few along the way)honestly and explained everything thoroughly. He made me feel comfortable and was genuinely invested in me getting exactly what I needed at the right price. Angel also was also great. I never felt pressured to purchase anything throughout my experience that I did not want or need. He made sure I understood every paper before I signed it. I was able to get my dream car at a great rate. I can t think of a better place to purchase a vehicle. Will recommend these guys to all my friends and family who are in the market for a car. THE. BEST. EVER.

I cannot express how pleased I am with the service I received at Hondru Ford. My family and I were traveling about an hour from our home on the PA Turnpike when we had an unexpected water pump failure right at the Lancaster exchange. Thankfully I was able to get off the turnpike and Hondru was only about 10 minutes away. I parked my F150 in the service lot on a Saturday, dropped my keys in the slot and asked that they call me on Monday. They did call, got my truck in that day, identified the issue and immediately began the fix. Their communication was exceptional, providing updates through every step. Then to top it all off, they delivered my vehicle to my home which was about 60 miles away. Even though a breakdown is a pain, I lucked out to have Hondru service my vehicle. Top notch communication and service. I only wish they were my local Ford dealer!!!

The purchase of my 2021 Ford F-150 from Hondru Ford of Manheim was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a dealership. Ian was very patient and took his time to help us find what best fit our needs. I could not be happier with the Ford F-150 and would highly recommend Hondru Auto Group to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

We purchased our Ford Transit from Hondru Ford in 2016 and it was an excellent experience.We recently had an issue with the car when the moonroof suddenly blew off (Ford had issued a recall for this issue, but we experienced the mishap before we were able to bring the car in to be repaired).We don't live near Hondru Ford, so at first we tried to get the car fixed at a local dealership. But they were unpleasant and wanted to charge us a lot -- despite it being a known issue with a recall.Finally, we called Hondru, and they had us bring the car in. They repaired everything beautifully. I want to give a special shout-out to Stephanie, who was the most wonderful customer service rep ever. She was responsive, friendly, helpful, and kind.We're so grateful and recommend Hondru Ford highly!

I had my husband drop my car off when I thought my appointment was scheduled. Turns out it was on another day, but they still took my car that day. I also absentmindedly didn t clean my car which was pretty much junked (I have a 5 year old, if you know you know) and they cleaned it out for me! All the trash is gone and they even vacuumed underneath my driver side. I ve been a customer for a bit but definitely worth coming back for.

I have been going to hondru since about 2012. The service department is always great, especially Chris! I just recently traded in my vehicle and Jose in sales was excellent!! Never pressured me into getting anything and took a lot of time showing me different vehicles.

This dealership is not upfront & honest with customers. They don't inform about limitations on offers made to customers. They tell a customer a vehicle is fully loaded when it actually it is not. I'm very disappointed with this dealership & them lying to me to get me to lease a vehicle. I leased a vehicle that was told by the salesman it had the few options that I needed & come to find out it didn't. All the salesman said when I asked if certain features were in the vehicle he told me yes it is this vehicle if FULLY LOADED & it wasn't. If I was told this I would have just ordered a vehicle from them. So they still would have gotten the sale. When I did the financial paperwork I was offered a choice of 1 out of 2 promotional programs. 1 Free service or 2. No milage overage charges. I chose the free service. What I was lead to believe was that it was for the length of my lease. It wasn't until after my 2nd service I was told I only had two more left. After inquiring why I only had 2 left I was informed that this program only covered a total of 4 services. I was not notified or advised of this by the financial rep that I delt with. If I would have known there was a limit on it I would have chose the no mile overage charges. I'm very disappointed over this & because of this I will be going somewhere else when my lease is up. I will no longer recommend Hondru Ford of Manheim to anyone. Honesty & being upfront goes a long way!!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience recently at Hondru Ford! We highly recommend this dealership and especially our salesman, Jose. He was patient, kind, and very thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect vehicle! The finance department was also helpful and my husband was happy the final price point for our new family SUV. I had a great experience with Hondru Ford of Manheim. I found the car I wanted online and worked with the team on the phone. I traveled 2+ hrs from DE and when I pulled up... my car was clean, gassed up, ready, and waiting for me. I signed the paperwork and headed home in my new Fusion within minutes. Thanks Roger!

I was driving past the hospital in Lancaster County Penn State Medical and one of their company Vehicles comes flying by me Cuts me off and then starts taking off and flying like a bad out of hell on all these back roads on February 29th at 5:45 and the license plate number is ND 14208 dealer plate so I hope they treat their customers better than they do people on the roadway

We had the best experience at Hondru Ford. Jose Salmeron took a great deal of time explaining all the features on our new 2023 Escape. He kept in touch with us via texts and never made us feel like any question we had was a bother. His friendly personality was fun and refreshing. It's so nice to receive such wonderful customer appreciation.Each and every person we dealt with at Hondru Ford was pleasant and helpful. We would never go to any other dealership.
