This was probably the best car purchasing experience we ve ever had with a dealer. Dwayne, our salesman, helped us at every step as we weighed our options for buying a Bolt and wrestled with whether to get a new or a used one. No hard sell just informative and helpful. His manager Russel (I think that was his name) was accommodating, rearranging things to fit our schedule. We got a good deal, and this is my favorite car ever. Tommy took our money with a smile! The guy who detailed it did a lovely job. Everyone was good humored and pleasant. Would definitely shop there again.

We recently purchased two new vehicles and had an amazing experience with Jim, Dwayne and Russell, along with their Finance Team! I brought our one car in for service with an unusual noise occurring at speeds over 60mph their service team took the time to test drive, confirm, properly diagnose and repair the issue on the very first visit. Dwayne took the extra time to give a thorough run-down on the vehicles features and is extremely pleasant to work with! All in all, can t say enough great things about the wonderful sales process and excellent post-sale support! We ll gladly refer family and friends to their dealerships!

Listen to me! Jose provided exceptional service and knowledge regarding my purchase. He was not pushy and was very accommodating to my schedule. He has a very pleasant disposition and is easy to work with. Then Tommie was the icing on the cake. Explained everything clearly and was also very personable. They were so kind and knowledgeable, I took my friend there to purchase a vehicle, 2 days later!

In for free oil change, tire rotation and systems check. Also asked if time available to do yearly inspection. All completed will I waited reading a book. Great service and will be back in August for another oil and filter change.

Buying my Chevrolet bolt through Hondru was the best car buying experience I have had. Dwayne was honest and answered my questions clearly. When faced with a question he did not know the answer to he did not bluster. He told me he did not know and then searched for the answer. I would recommend Hondru and Dwayne to everyone I know!

Russ Hurst and Jose S. were beyond helpful in getting me into my new 2024 Chevy! I can express how grateful I am to them for making it an EASY and QUICK process. I have bought a few cars from other places in my past, and I cannot begin to describe the difference between those other places and Hondru Chevy of Manheim. They were upfront and honest and got me into my new ride right away. I wont use anyone or any place else. THANK YOU!

At first, I thought they were great. Now...they have officially been the worst shop I have ever dealt with! They have caused more damage to my cars and refuse to take accountability or responsibility. They have left oil caps off. They have had to refix coolant leaks multiple times and it is leaking AGAIN! I personally believe they are trying to rip people off to try and talk customers into buying new cars to help the sales department.Now, I will give credit where it's due. They did reimburse me for what I had to pay to another shop to get me home from another state because the situation that occurred was their fault. But THAT situation caused more damage that I had to get fixed when I got back in state and they treated me like I am stupid. Probably because I am a female and they don't realize I know more than they assume. The other part I give them credit for is they advised me not to put more money into one of our other vehicles because the whole engine was going bad.But I have had more negative experience than positive ones and now that my coolant is leaking AGAIN in the same spot they fixed like 3 times (RECENTLY)....I am DONE!

Had what I would say was a major repair work that took about a week. I was kept informed the entire time, had a loaner vehicle and your guys at the service desk were more than helpful. Nice to see that there are still a few companies that believe in customer service.

After using another Lancaster County GM dealer for over 20 years we switched to Hondru and have been very pleased with both sales and the service department. We are excited for our new (everything we wanted on it) Chevrolet Trax ACTIV in Yellow.

Great overall Experience! I worked with Jim on the purchase of a GMC Acadia. He was quick to respond to my questions, kind and knowledgeable. He was not your typical pushy salesman, and that helped us tremendously in making our decision. He accommodated our busy schedules and made the process very easy. Tommy was also easy to work with, made us laugh quite a bit and had us in and out quickly. Was a great experience overall and we will continue to return for service at Hondru Manheim.

Very pleased with our experience at Hondru Chevy of Manheim. This was our 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from Hondru and it was another great one. This one we purchased from Jim Wise, a true professional.We are not from the Manheim area, we are from Northeast Pa, and we try to get our cars or trucks from the Lancaster area. The dealers are not pushy and the cars are in much better condition.Thanks Jim for another pleasant experience.

It is important to me that a dealership have a loaner car or access to a rental when needed. They gave me a loaner which I appreciate. They performed the warranty repair in a timely manner and kept me informed daily of the progress. What more could I ask for. Thanks to the dealership and the service department.

My truck has been serviced by Hondru for over 208k miles since purchasing new at Hondru. Due to the multi point inspection while getting my oil changed or other preventative maintenance done, has kept my vehicle issues minimal.

My wife and I were told that when we were preparing to sign the purchase agreement of our 2019 Chevy Suburban that we were getting 3 years of free oil changes. That is not something we both would recall if not true. Yesterday they charged me $100 for an oil change & back tracked their previous statements/promise. I will no longer be using Hondru for services or purchases of any kind.

This was my 2nd visit to locate and fix 2 issues, one with an odd/ loud/ annoying resonance in the exhaust, the other with my AutoStop being non-functional. Since there are no recalls or TSB's on the exhaust issue, but numerous reports online, particularly on the Blazer owner's forum, the common solution seems to be an exhaust system replacement. The AutoStop system also has them baffled; all of the conditions are met to have the system work, but it does not. While the folks at Hondru have been professional and accommodating, perhaps they do not have the resources available to correct these problems. This vehicle is approaching its 3/36 Bumper to Bumper expiration date and I'm just not happy with these results.

Jon Hershey was refreshingly upfront about all of the costs associated with the vehicle.Other dealers tried to charge "mandatory" and sometimes exorbitant fees, trying to add something new at each and every step - like during the initial price breakdown (with bonus $4,000 in "non-negotiable" reconditioning and certification), then during the servicecharges (taxes, licensing, and interest rate, which were expected but they also sometimes tried to force an etching fee), and even the financing (adding, to the promised price outlined in the last few steps: processing charges, bank fees, rebate taxes, and even major discrepancies with documentation costs and interest rates promised mere minutes beforehand). Absolutely none of that occurred here - zero!With Jon, I was initially hesitant when the first things he did was ask about budget and credit score over the phone; I read that it was unwise to start with giving this info to the salesman and to direct those questions strictly to the financing office. But when I did, Jon, in an hour, provided a summary of the ENTIRE purchase costs and loan information, before I even had to come in! And these costs in the comprehensive breakdown were associated with nothing more than the fundamentals - car, taxes, documentation, monthly minimum payment, and interest. And when I came in and spoke with the financing office (with Mike), not only were the interest rates and the total costs accurate (actually, they were even slightly less, because I was transferring an old license plate), but Mike was very clear about extended warranty being entirely optional and what the proposed value proposition would be ("about 600 dollars a year"). At no point was I shocked by a price hike (there wasn't one) nor felt pressured into accepting additional fees. A dealer that was entirely honest about the cost, clear about other options, AND respects your decision-making capability with those options? I was promised a car with a reasonable warranty and active inspection status, plus the services required to make it mine and legal to drive, and nothing else. And that was EXACTLY what I wanted. Bravo!If you want a dealer that has the integrity to tell you, from the very start, what you're getting and how much it is, then pick Jon.

Hondru provided awesome service when purchasing my new Chevy Equinox! Caleb and Chris were both extremely helpful in accepting my trade-in and getting me a great price on my new car! Shana in the finance department was also extremely helpful and made the paperwork part as easy and convenient as possible! The vehicle was super clean and ready for me to go! They did a great job in the service department switching the bowties to black for me! Everyone did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them for service and for buying a new car!

I would like to thank Hondru employees for a wonderful transition to my new 2022 Silverado. Great service from all. Personally, I enjoyed my time with Mr. Jim Wise who showed me everything I needed to know about my new truck. He made sure I understood everything to get me started and then some. I express my gratitude to everyone at Hondru. I ve been a service customer of Hondru for over 5 years and I knew I would someday buy another Silverado and that it would be from Hondru. Thanks Guys!!!

Just bought my new 2019 Silverado, and my experience was wonderful. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. My salesman Jim Wise was excellent. He has been there a while with a ton of experience and it shows. Took the time to go out to the truck and go over all the components with me. Thanks again and highly recommend!

Recently worked with Jon H. to purchase my car he and was great. Very professional and respectful. He was extremely accommodating, my husband and I were alternating going into the building to talk with him due to having our two young kids.
