I contacted them Sunday through their website and they responded right away with a price estimate. I made an appointment for 2 days later and within 10 minutes Sean had the dent out and I went on my way. The price was very reasonable. I m a very happy customer, thank you! I highly recommend.

Last month someone whipped open their car door without looking while I was backing up. Needless to say my car lost the fight. But of course, once I got payment from the person's insurance company I knew exactly where to go and I was not disappointed!! Sean Laukhuff ... You and your team do such amazing work!!! I cannot thank all of you enough!! It looks brand new!!! If any of you ever have any dents in your car and you do not feel like having your entire car ripped apart, please, please check Sean and his crew out!! Fair prices, appointment date was given the same day he looked at the damage and the turn around time from drop off to pick up was so short for the work it needed! Knowledgeable, honest and kind! Thank you guys so much!!!!

Stoped by and was convinced they couldn t fix my two small sharp dents on side of the door but he did it within 20 minutes. It was annoying me every time I opened my car. Very resonably priced compare to others I called in the area. Will definitely be back!! Thank you again Ken!

I took my 2022 SUV to Dent Techs to get some dents repaired after a shelf with paint cans was accidentally knocked over onto the vehicle. Within minutes, Sean looked at my vehicle, gave me an estimate and scheduled an appointment to do the repair. Sean did an amazing job at a reasonable price! My SUV looks brand new again. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thanks Sean!

We were so incredibly fortunate to find this place online because of needing Dent repair after a freak accident. Sean, the owner, reached out to us, and, understanding our needs for efficient service, more than delivered! He provided prompt service, fixing multiple issues with our car in a matter of hours and went the extra mile to help meet our needs! And the work he did rivals that of any body shop I've used in the past.Sean was personable, respectful, and very patient in explaining the issues with our car, and while I would hope not to have to use his services again, if I did, this would be the 1st business and Sean the first person I would call!

This is as real as it gets for reviews. I have used dent techs previously to remove a few dents on my truck and was completely satisfied with that 1st service. So i didn't hesitate to give them a call to pull a few more imperfections from my daughter's black subaru I got her for her 16th birthday. While it was in the shop, Sean and Ken asked if I wanted the car polished to remove some of the fine scratches that were clearly visible. They offered a great price and i agreed. Fast forward 2 days, I show up at close of business to pick up the car and notice that there are swirl marks over the entire car from the power buffer. Needless to say I wasn't too pleased but could tell (from doing detailing myself on my own vehicles), that most likely a little dirt got onto the pad and the rest was history. In most cases the story would end here with a disgruntled customer and a bad review....but not in this case. The whole team at dent techs were extremely professional and apologetic for the inconvenience and promised to make it right. The communication from Ken and Sean was amazing and I'm happy to report that my daughters 1st car looks absolutely amazing. Thank you dent techs for standing by your service, being absolute professionals, and for putting out a great service for the public....even when mistakes happen. It shows a lot of character to admit a mistake was made and still deliver an amazing result/service. Don't hesitate to go see dent techs for your dent repair or detailing.....I promise you won't be disappointed. 5 stars all day!

I called Dent Tech to look at a stone chip/dent on my brand new car and Sean said bring it in. He was very professional and gave me an estimate on the spot and said he could do the repair immediately. He completed the repair in record time and at a very reasonable rate. I have already referred a friend!

Sent an E-mail to Dent Techs on Sunday evening. Monday morning I had a call from Sean and he told me to drop my truck off and he would would give me an estimate. I had a door ding and some waviness on the bedside I wanted looked at and told him to fix because I used him before and his work is first rate. Dropped truck off on Wednesday night and he not only fixed thise dents also fixed a dent in the hood I wasn't worried about as it had paint missing. Very easy to work with and very good at what he does!

Thank goodness for Sean and Jeff at Dent-Techs and they're urgency to take care of my problem..I ran into my daughters parked car in our driveway that was parked amongst numerous other cars her 1st day up from NC while she visited with us..and her 2 seven year old boy/girl twins. I put a relatively small dent in her right passenger upper wheel well area. I took it to Dent-Techs for them to look at with them knowing my urgency to have the dent removed by my daughters pending departure date back to NC.Sean did not hesitate.. made things happen..moved "my job" ahead of other clients to accomodate me. I can't thank Sean and Jeff enough for the meticulous job they did on my daughters car..as well as their professionalism in doing so..Thanks again Sean and Jeff!!

My husband took my Lexus here and he did an outstanding job. Had 2 dents that needed fixed and you can t tell where they were after he was finished. Would highly recommend dent techs!

Dropped off my Tacoma on a Tuesday afternoon to take care of a dent on my front bumper and was greeted by Sean when I arrived. He had the dent taken care of and my truck was ready for pickup the next day as he promised it would be before New Year s Eve. Front bumper was returned to near perfect condition and I am more than satisfied with the result. Sean and his brother Kenny are professionals and I would recommend their service to anybody.

Excellent shop and crew members! Fit me right into their schedule as I showed up to repair a couple of dents, found more dents on my vehicle that I wasn't aware of and they took care of them. Good workmanship, highly recommended shop in the area. This was my second visit to the shop after I went in for the hail damage repair on my other vehicle for the very first time in 2017. Now, I would like try the new Auto Detailing Services they recently launched as they expanded to offer more services!

After calling in the morning, I was able to bring my car in by late morning, and by noon they had the dent out of the passenger door of my 2022 Yukon and had touched up the paint job as well. They did a fantastic job, are incredibly nice and had me back on the road in less than half hour. If the need ever arises again, I will definitely be bringing my car back to the guys at Dent Tech!

Sent online request for a quote. Sean responded the same day within hours with the quote. Called to schedule appointment and dropped off 2017 Mazda CX9 for a large dent repair. The car was finished by noon the next day and you can not even tell there was a dent. Very nice guys and will definitely use them again if the need arises. And much cheaper than the quote that I received from a body shop to have repaired.

Thank you Dent Techs for going above and beyond. My whole experience there was amazing. Sean and Paul are truly talented in what they do. From now on I will definitely take any car I have to them for any dent repairs. From excellent work to excellent customer service dent techs had my back when no one else wanted to work on my car.Thank you guys again!

I recently had my vehicle damaged by a shopping cart, and there was a minor dent left in my tailgate. The owner of Dent Techs was able to get it out, and restore my vehicle, as if it never happened. On top of that it only took an hour! The staff was very professional, excellent price, and a very clean well organized shop! I would strongly recommend Dent Techs, Inc.; for any and all, PDR work which you may need!Thank you again!Tony Flowers

I bought a used van that had many dents all over. These guys are top notch. My van looks almost 'show room" perfect. I would high;y recommend this service to anyone. On top of the fantastic workmanship, the prices are absolutely unbeatable and turn around time is way less than expected. This isn't the first time I've had dents removed from a car at Dent Techs but the forth.

We had some scratches we were told required body work to fix. We contacted Dent techs and Kenny looked at the vehicle and said he could fix it in an hour - no problem. We were skeptical BUT that s EXACTLY what they did. They fixed them perfectly and now you can t even see where they were. Highly recommend!!

I had some dent repair work done shortly after the Christmas holiday. I have to say I was amazed on how great the results were. There was no way to tell that there had been work done on the car. They were very professional in how I was treated and were excellent in explaining everything about the work to be done explaining it in layman's terms so I wasn't confused. Price was also very reasonable for the repairs. I highly recommend them and I would go back to them if I ever need any future repairs.

Someone opened their door and dented my car...Lancaster Toyota recommended Dent Techs. Sean was kind enough to take me in immediately on New Year's Eve. Wonderful service, and a very clean shop. I highly recommend them, and I have already given their card to a friend!

I highly recommend Lancaster Dent Removal. Someone hit my door with theirs. Left a nice deep dent. Dave came out and removed it. Did a great job. Much cheaper than a body shop.

I could not be more happier this the work Sean did. I would recommend him to anyone! His prices are so reasonable and he was an absolute pleasure to work with! The photo is hard to tell but there was a significant dent in the rear passenger side and very noticeable. After Sean completed his work you would never be able to tell anything was there.

Kenny was super helpful with the damage to my 2020 Lamborghini. An ex girlfriend scratched and dented my car along with smashing my windows out. Kenny restored the car like brand new in a very short amount of time. Ill recommend him to anyone.

Brought in my girlfriends car at the start of 2018 to have a few dents taken care of. Not only were the focus dents taken care of but they also included 2 minor dents for free. The car was in and out with no hassle and was very entertained and welcomed when waiting for my car. The work was absolutely amazing and never thought it could come out so perfect. Will definitely recommend and return for future service

Sean and Paul are GREAT to work with. They did wonderful work on my hail damaged van. PDR takes talent and patience and these guys are gifted with both. My experience with them is that they are straight forward, reliable, no nonsense gentlemen who do what they promise when they promised and I could not possibly be happier with the results. Simply outstanding.

Update:After posting my earlier review, the owner contacted me immediately to remedy the situation. However, I now no longer have that car but a newer model. In any case, he seemed genuinely concerned with the review which in my opinion indicated that he cared about customer service and the reputation of his business so I have increased my rating.It s just a shame it took 2 years to come to this point.Earlier Review January 2018:Please beware. I brought my new car to them in 2016 because I had gotten a small ding in shopping plaza parking lot. I didn t want to see that spot for the next 5 years. In any case, Dent Techs removed the dent, but scraped the finish which resulted in a cloudy, hazey mess. I would have preferred to have left the small ding.I called them repeatedly over the next few months to be given the run around or no returned calls.They are unprofessional service business that does not care about their customers, reputation or damage to your car.

Sean did an amazing job on my daughter's Chevy Cruise! Not only did it take very little time, but you can't even tell where the ding was before! She had a ding in her door from a parking lot (someone else's car door), and more dings too, once he looked at it closer actually. He got rid of them all. His professional demeanor and stellar customer service is second-to-none.I highly recommend Sean and his entire team of technicians at Dent Techs. This is an affordable alternative to a body shop that can be unnecessary, as in our case. Thanks Sean!
