I've recently had the windshield on my Audi replaced and this was the 2nd time I've had auto glass replaced here. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work that was preformed. The staff are courteous and friendly and take care to ensure the customer is satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend Big Crack Autoglass to anyone.

I had my antique windshield repaired by Big Crack last week. I was very satisfied. The service was fast and the workmanship by Rodney was EXCELLENT. I very much appreciate Shannon and his staff. "Anyone can handle the easy ones" - Big Crack doesn't run away from the tough ones!

Do not hesitate to contact Big Crack Autoglass. They repaired a bulls eye crack on my X5 and replaced the windshield on my E350. They made this happen in less than 24 hours after my initial call to them. The office staff and technicians are extremely friendly and skilled. The facility is clean & organized. Thumbs up to the management and owner of Big Crack Autoglass for running a premier business.

I love this place I would recommend it to everyone there are very kind and respectful workers took my car in today for a broken windshield and they did a wonderful job. Thanks to Janelle. She was very sweet n kind n the guys were very professional n there way better than Safelite repair. N there prices are very good. Called due to a leaking vehicle, thought it was the windshield. They saw me in 15 minutes, tested the windshield, along with sunroof and under hood drains, and provided me honest feedback that the windshield was fine. Really appreciated the quick service and honest feedback.

Great service! Answered the phone, gave me the price and availability for a replacement windshield for my RAM 1500. They beat the big chain's price by about $100. I was able to drop truck off and leave the key. It was done the next morning before 9am. Friendly reception by everyone in their office. New windshield looks great. I have used this facility for windshield repairs on multiple vehicles over the years. I use them because they are expert in what they do and can use OEM glass. They are meticulous and proud of their work and they should be. The office staff was most helpful in working with me and my insurance company and very communicative. The Team at Big Crack was just terrific in working with my car dealership to execute a warranty rear window replacement. The repair was done well and the crew took care to leave my vehicle clean and neat. The best part was when I discovered a minor blemish on a piece of trim molding that had to be removed and re-installed as part of the job. I was able to consult Janelle, Krystal, Steve, and Shannon to have this evaluated right away and they went above and beyond to to make sure this issue was addressed. In observing the operation while I waited in their comfy waiting area, it was clear that this team operates as a family and that each person made the customer the focus, regardless of his or her specific role. Received a windshield replacement at Big Crack Autoglass for my 2013 VW Jetta. They were able to get me in the very next day after my initial call to schedule the appointment, and the windshield replacement itself was completed in a professional and timely manner (whole process took about 1 hour and 15 minutes). The staff (technician and front desk) were knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. I would highly recommend Big Crack Autoglass to anybody who is looking for a reliable, professional, and trustworthy auto glass repair/replacement shop. Great service and friendly staff! Reasonable price for a windshield replacement for my Chevy truck. To further explain the great service and friendly staff, I made the error of not realizing they close Fridays at 4 pm. They called and left messages that I didn't get until I was sitting in their parking lot with my son's Honda that decided to blow a radiator hose right there. After a few panicked calls and a Facebook message, Shannon called letting me know Crystal was on her way. So grateful for the quick response and for allowing me to get my truck after hours! With the truck we were able to haul the Honda out (sorry for the mess!). Thank you so much! Definitely would recommend!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had knee replacement surgery in January and I wasn't able to drive my 5-speed pickup to Big Crack Autoglass. I called the office and spoke to a very nice woman who arranged for me to have Mobile Service. I think my appointment was scheduled for the very next day.I'm so glad the weather was decent considering it was in the middle of February. My truck was in the driveway when the technician arrived. He was very polite, explained what he was going to do and how long it was going to take, and he went right to work. When he finished he showed me the work he had done and gave me some care instructions. As I looked around and inside my truck I could not find a bit of glass - everything was cleaned up and looked fantastic.While looking for a reputable windshield replacement company I looked through all the different company reviews, and Big Crack had a lot of good ones. I'm glad I had them do my windshield replacement.

This place has been a lifesaver. The customer service and work was phenomenal on replacing my entire passenger front and back windows. I had a new windshield installed 2 years ago through State Farm Insurance in my H3T. They mentioned a couple of the known names and also Big Crack (1st time I heard of them). I didn't feel comfortable with the others because of the experience of two of my co-workers. So I went with Big Crack. The initial install was great. Two years later, an issue developed. I called my agent to see what I can do. She had subsequently sold the agency to someone else. I figured...here we go. NG-No Good. But, the new owner found the details of my 2 year old claim and within 15 minutes a rep from Big Crack called to get the details. I scheduled a time to stop by for them to take a peek. The issue was looked at and it was determined that it would be covered at no charge. Great service. Worked with my schedule. Very pleasant and accommodating. I like Big Crack and enjoy supporting folks who work hard and are thorough and knowledgeable with their craft. Tim.

Big Crack Auto Glass was great! My car dealership and insurance company both recommended Big Crack for replacing the windshield in my 2021 vehicle after a stone cracked it. Scheduling and drop off were easy and their service was quick. Their staff was super friendly! They did a great job on my windshield replacement. This is a fantastic company!! They treated my finance very very well!! He needed to replace front windshield, when the tech didn't feel right about the window he was going to install, he went and got another window that was better for his vehicle! He was very pleased!! They are a great group of technicians tanning care of you and your vehicle!!

Side window broke and needed replaced. Company was able to get me in quickly and work was completed earlier than expected. Unfortunately due to aftermarket products I had an issue with the window shortly after. Company was able to get me in at a convenient time and worked to rectify the situation for me right while I waited. Less than 1 hr in and out. Office was pleasantly decorated which you don't often see with very comfortable seating (big plus if you are waiting). Really made it feel like home. I was told to make myself at home and enjoy coffee while I waited. (Which I later was even asked how it was. So sweet!)The gentleman that assisted me came to check on me, explained everything in detail, and even took responsibility for the issue which was caused by a faulty part (not even their fault). Would HIGHLY recommend this place and I don't often do that. All around its a great place of business. Great job. Broke the rear window on my Super Duty. Called Big Crack because my local Ford dealer recommended them. Called on a Thursday afternoon and the truck was fixed and ready at 08:30 Friday morning. Prompt and courteous. Great job. Very pleased.

Great experience at Big Crack Auto Glass!!While driving on the highway, a rock shattered the passenger side of our windshield. First we called a well known, nationally advertised company and thought we were calling one of the local facilities (was a local phone number) but call was routed to an out of state call center. We were told no appointments in our area until the middle of the next week.Big Crack Auto Glass replaced our windshield the next morning. They were courteous, professional, and the windshield is great with all the proper calibrations for our auto s cameras. And they did all the paperwork with our insurance company.I will recommend them to anyone needing this service!!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I was incredibly impress and very happy with my experience at Big Crack. They were flexible enough to work around my schedule where other places were not. They worked extremely fast and replaced my windshield in half the time another place required. They are cheaper than Safelite. And more than anything, the customer service was outstanding. Their kindness was evident from the time I walked in, and their hospitality the entire time I waited was great. If I ever need my windshield replaced again I will certainly come back here.

Robin and Seth were great. Not sure of the gentleman that fixed my windshield. But he was cool too. They did an excellent job on my windshield glass. It was done in 2 hours to my satisfaction. The price was $300 less than what safelite quoted me. That s right $300 less and it is perfect. They do windshields, door glass and motors, rear views and side mirrors along with many other services. Not to mention they have a big comfy recliner in the reception area that I fell asleep peacefully on while waiting for my vehicle to finish. Great vibe here. They treat people with respect and do quality work. Check them out for all of your glass needs. I m glad I did!!!

AWESOME SERVICE! I called every company within 50 miles. All but one said they couldn't help me for 24-72 hours. As a truck driver, if the wheels aren't turning, I'm not earning, so you can imagine how I felt about waiting! I was glad when this guy returned my call. He estimated he could meet me around noon, at the truck stop I am sitting at. His price waa about 1/3 less than everyone else and in some cases closer to half. Not only was the price excellent, he was here early. He was fast, professional and it's 11:10 am as I write this review. I am about to start driving, two hours earlier than I hoped when first speaking to him, two days to three days earlier than if I hadn't found him! I will be on time to my next appointment! Thank you for awesome service!

Our windshield had a crack going straight up and down the whole length of the windshield. We called in the morning and by that afternoon our windshield was replaced and we were good to go. Shannon and Cindy were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone that needs windshield repair to support this small business over the big corporate businesses any day! Thanks again for getting us back on the road!

Had a great experience using this company. They came to my dealership to replace a cracked windshield while it was being serviced. When there was a slight manufacturing defect they quickly had it fixed with no problem going beyond my expectation. They are honest, hardworking people.
