I am from out of state and do not have any friends/family around here that know about cars to help me with mine. The past several times I have visited this AutoZone the staff has been extremely helpful, kind, and patient with me.�Victor is one employee specifically who has gone out of his way to help me find what I need and educate me on my car and its needs. Though I only know Victor by name, the rest of the staff was also very kind and knowledgeable. I will continue coming back to this place for as long as I am in the area. I just had a weird thing happen with my car so I drove it to this store. Not only were they patient with my curious toddler I had in tow, but Justin was quick to check my battery and alternator and listened to my description of what happened, but suggested I might need to replace my key fob battery and he watched my son by the car so I could run in and replace it. Danny helped me figure out what battery I needed and he was so kind and open and friendly as he assisted me. Everyone is super helpful here and I will definitely be back! Also, if you visit here sometime in July of 2023, wish Denny a happy anniversary to his wife of 44 years.

HUGE shoutout to Cole. He was so awesome and nice and explaning everything about what was needed on my car and what he reccomended. He even talked to my parents and explained what was wrong with my car and how he was helping me. I will always go to him specificaly when it comes to problems or parts with my car. The guy deserves a raise and all the praise in the world!

I was there not that long ago and (I wish I could remember names) the guy that helped me with my battery situation was awesome! After trying 3 other places to even purchase a new battery (which didn't happen because they were either out of stock or trying to force me to purchase a more expensive one), he was the ONLY person willing to change it out for me. Everyone else was saying it would take about 45 minutes to change it. Another guy said I had to specifically take it to my dealer or a shop It was ridiculous. Well, this guy got everything changed out in about 5 minutes and took my old battery for me. I can't be more thankful for that day simply because I have a really busy schedule as it is. I was already at risk driving the car and it possibly not starting up for me at all. Lol. So thank you!

As soon as we walked out to my car to change my battery, it started pouring down rain. With a big smile on his face, Tyler said to me, "It's ok it actually feels good!" He made sure I didn't feel bad about being out in the thunderstorm and completed the job with obvious joy in his heart. Thank you, Tyler!

Ordered a battery online for in store pickup. This is not my usual location, but it s the only one that had the battery I needed. Employee was inattentive, rude, and did not have a mask on inside of the store. Appeared to be more interested in rebuilding a starter on the counter than anything else. Did not feel welcome at all, will not visit this location again. Didn t even offer me the receipt for the core charge, I had to ask. He just slammed the battery on the table, said Sign here and you re good to go then walked away. Didn t check my ID, didn t explain warranty information or return policy, core charge policy, etc. What happened to customer service?

I stopped by tonight to get my battery replaced after having to get my car jumpstarted 3 times in 2 days and Val was outstanding. He answered my questions and got me hooked up and back on the road. Super courteous and friendly. It was overall just a great experience.

Stopped in today for a few items. Never stopped at this location before. Great experience, treated very well. Unlike totally opposite experience I had at different location. I let the manager know. Highly recommend.

ASK FOR JERRY! HE IS THE BEST! I recently bought a used car that has brought me nothing but trouble. As a college student this car has been a great financial burden. When my headlight went out I thought no big deal but when we realized my connector was burnt and shot it was just another disappointment. Small but discouraging. Jerry took it upon himself to rewire a new connector for me and install the new bulb. This is the kind of service that every business should strive for. Employees like Jerry keep customers coming back. He went above and beyond without us asking. Thank you Jerry for everything. You are an amazing employee and I will be coming back for anything else I need and asking for you specifically.

Excellent knowledgeable employees that always greet you with a smile and ask if you need help finding anything. Plus this AutoZone is one of the most fully stocked shelves all the time super clean and always has a great radio station playing music throughout the store they good 6 out of 5 stars in my opinion bad definitely deserve it more than any other AutoZone around Lancaster County thank you all so very much for being so polite and out for each and every time that I stopped in even if it's just for gas treatment

After a little confusion with my online order we realized that they did not have one of the items in stock. Since I was going to travel near another store, the sales rep called them, verified that they had the part, and worked out out that I could just pick it up from them. Pickup was simple and everything worked out.

Stopped in on a Sunday to pick up a tire cap which was no issue. Both people in the store were extremely helpful after I managed to get myself stuck on one of the curbs in the parking lot, arranging for a tow. Can't thank them enough and this is a fantastic store.

Stopped in here n they had the EXACT license plate light I was looking for! They prolly don't have EVERYTHING but they do have pretty much. Pretty good sized store

I originally went to Advanced in Manheim was treated so rudely by the manager. So we stopped at Auto Zone and Steve was so friendly to acknowledge when we walked in, finished waiting on his customer and then asked how he could help us. He showed us various options for the gift we were buying and told us the benefits of each option. We made our choice then he explained how to put the part on the vehicle. So thankful for his kindness and knowledge. We will be going back to Steve for our auto parts needs in the future.

Pick This, Not That!!!! There s really Two Places to shop, practically parked Side by side to each other, Auto Zone, and Advance, People Like Justin Fletcher are Who and why You ll Keep coming back to Auto Zone, and Choosing it over The Other Place, Every Single Time!!!! He and His counterpart who were in there working today were eagerly Greeting everyone who came in, Justin Approached me and asked if there was anything He could Help with, as a New Car owner, I really want to protect my investment, Justin took the time to knowledgeably and courteously Discuss the features and benefits of so many of their products, I can t Thank Him enough, or applaud the management of this place for Having someone like Justin who the customer can rely on! I really recommend this auto zone.my car was in bad shape loosing power be cause an sparkplug.... everything was closed around the area be cause of holidays .I called them Justin told me they were open. But they were not just open also help me with everything I needed with very nice kind and attentive attitude 100% recommended!

To be frank, I'd rather get my car parts online. I generally find it's cheaper and less of a hassle... But if you need immediate parts... Go to NAPA. And when NAPA closes at 3pm on a Saturday, go to AutoZone. They gave me good service at a reasonable price.

This may be a bit unfair if I am being completely honest. The people at Autozone are very helpful. However, the return policy (in my humble opinion) leaves alot on the table. Apparently, if you do not have a receipt in hand (even though they may have record of it on their computer) you can not get a refund. The must issue you store credit. While I do understand the policy, I also know there are gray areas. I had a $2.99 part. As a retail manager I understand the why's and what not's. I also know there are ways to make your customer happy. Autozones policy seems to be in contrast with Advance Autos. I also had parts to return to Advance (with no receipt). Advance didnt question it. They refunded my cc card which in my opinion was the proper way to handle the situation. Advance Auto has earned my business each and every time.
