I work for an agency that has utilized AJ s for over 5 years. We have had nothing but positive experiences with them. They communicate extremely well and provide excellent and prompt service to our vehicles. They are eager to answer any and all questions pertaining to the maintenance of the vehicle, pricing, etc. Highly recommended to anyone looking for vehicle service!

We have had nothing but amazing experience from quality of service to customer service, even coming out late to help with auto repair after a chain store ruined vehicle during a battery replacement.We have been brining our vehicles her for over 10 years. Outstanding quality.

Stopped in to get my camper inspected and new tires. The staff was friendly and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. We have been taking our vehicles here since we moved to the area. Always great service, and the team always gives us the best recommendations for repairs and the costs upfront, they even utilize other local businesses that may offer a better deal for a more specialized repair. We will continue to take our cars here!

I have used AJ's for over five years with great success. I have purchased two cars from them as well and have NEVER had one mechanical problem except for the regular maintenance that is required. Very reasonable pricing and ALWAYS great service. I feel like they provide myself and family VIP service with each visit! I have lived in Boston, NY, Texas and now PA and I have never had a master level mechanic that I trusted as much as Adam. I only recommend AJ's to everyone I know. Great service with great pricing.

Called to have my car fixed after it let me sit on the side of the road. The business stayed open past hours to repair my car. Could've made me wait the weekend to get my car back, but didn't. I bought a used car at AJ s. Unlike other dealers, I felt as though AJ put the work into this vehicle to get it up to speed where I trusted buying it from him. Under the hood looked great, the exterior looked great and was reconditioned back to almost like-new! Same with the interior. and new tires, oil change, and new state inspection.

I purchased a 2010 RAV4 from them in June. They were AMAZING with their customer service. They answered me via text, call, anytime I asked a question or had a concern. They were with me every step of the way.AND unlike other places, they continued with their responsiveness when asking them a question while I was away on vacation! Who does that?THEY DO! I went back to them with my first oil change.They are the most sincere, honest people within their industry I've come across and glad to come to know them as individuals as well.I HIGHLY recommend them!TLMcDevittService: Oil change

Visiting from out of town. Transmission problems. Diagnosed my problem even though I was having car towed home. Went the extra mile and found the problem was likely a recall issue. Didn t charge me and was very helpful with the towing. My daughter uses them for all her repairs. If you re looking for a reliable honest mechanic look no further!!Service: Transmission

I have always received prompt and professional service at AJ's automotive. Unlike many other auto shops, Adam keeps his workspace and shop in impeccable shape. They've been my only repair shop for over a decade and have kept both my minivans running well past 200,000 miles. Like many people, I often have limited budget to spend on auto repairs. Adam is always been excellent excellent about doing only what was needed to be done to keep my car up and running. He also was great about letting me know what might be coming in the future so I could budget and prepare accordingly. I can't imagine taking my vehicle any place else.

I have been using AJs for all my car needs for almost ten yrs. I have never had a bad experience in fact my cars have driven better after any type of servicing. The willingness to explain things and give is advice is great! I can't recommend them enough

This is the cleanest, most detail oriented shop I've ever seen. The work Adam does matches the shop. When my Hyundai Sonata engine seized, I had it towed here. Adam could have replaced the engine and I would have been none the wiser and happily paid him to do it. However, he checked the Hyundai web site for recalls and sure enough, there was one for my vehicle. He coordinated with the local Hyundai dealership to have it towed there. Saved me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend AJ's to everyone.

Every year we have to get our camper inspected. Our very first trip of every season, first stop is here! They are always so accomidating with our schedule! Even with the best laid out plan, when packing for a trip, time is never on our side. Especially with kids! Thank you for the great service!

My minivan left me stranded on the turnpike with 4 kids. AJ's Automotive helped me above and beyond what they needed to do to assist me in deciding to fix the car/sell the car/or even auction the car. GREAT service by a very great couple and their friendly dog! :)

I feel scammed by AJ's Automotive. Very poor experience. Never will entrust my vehicle to this shop again.A simple battery jump ultimately turned into needing a new alternator, which turned into needing new serpentine/power steering belts, which turned into needing new antifreeze lines 2 weeks later after the new power steering belt BROKE and knocked the lines loose. I was fully charged for everything except the originally installed "defective" power steering belt. This all happened 2 months after my car was stickered. These people left me carless for the better part of a month.The Wayne's Towing guy who AAA sent to jump my car insisted the alternator was too weak and recommended AJ's. They're probably paying him. This was the shadiest experience I ever had with an auto shop by a large margin. If you're thinking of getting your car repaired by AJ's, don't.*UPDATE* Since writing my review the AJs owners have taken it upon themselves to call myself and my family in an attempt to get me to change it, which I think is important for future reviewers to be aware of. Even more concerning is their release of the details of the information surrounding my circumstances here, which some people might not mind, but I have personal reasons for not appreciating it. I don't know what other information they would feel compelled to share about any other people who dare to feel unsatisfied with their service and share their experience with others, but it certainly doesn't leave me feeling better about the whole situation.I maintain everything I have written in my review, which I wrote after watching an investigative report on auto shop scams that rang very true to me after having the experience with AJs. A customer has the right to truthfully state how they felt about their experience with a company and hope to help others with that information. Sometimes the customer will be satisfied, sometimes, like in my case, they will not be. I have stated all facts as facts, and although I did *speculate* that the towing company was working with them dishonestly, I do not know this for a fact so did not state it as such and am not stating it as such now. Some people might be happy with how AJs handled their car, but after my experience (and especially in light of their reaction to an unsatisfied customer) I am not.***I REQUEST THAT NO ONE ATTEMPT TO CONTACT MYSELF OR MY IMMEDIATE FAMILY, IN REGARDS TO MY VEHICLE OR THIS REVIEW, IN ANY WAY***

I have taken every vehicle I have owned to Adam for the last six years and I wouldn't trust any other mechanic to maintain my cars. Adam and Sherry are always up front and honest about any repairs that are needed. If you are looking for a mechanic you can trust and rely on go to AJ's Automotive.

We can not respond to a previous review from another person but wanted to let AJ's customers or potential customers know our views of the post from Mrs./Ms. Marchand. When a customer asks for a recommendation of a repair facility close to them, we only recommend repair facilities that we know operate their business with honesty, integrity and take the customers best interest to heart. Our road service tech performed a quick diagnostic test of the customers vehicle and found a defective alternator, the same part that was replaced at the garage from what the customer stated. When replacing an alternator, it is industry standard to replace belts as well if they are worn.

They treated me very good, I had Adam Fix my Lincoln Town car suspension and the Rear dif on my dodge just. Very pleased. you got to respect a tech that keeps his shop that clean.

I had scheduled to drop my vehicle off Monday at 8am when they open. I arrive at 7:55am and stay until 8:20 and no one opens the business. I would have just left my keys there but I didn't see a place to put them also I did not want to risk not having my vehicle worked on and then wasting more of my time. I left two voicemails. This is very unprofessional and I suppose I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

They care about their customers. They fixed my truck right after NTB lancaster botched a job and sent me driving an unsafe vehicle. I will definitely choose AJ's for future work. Great job.

Best repair shop in the area. We have been dealing with a number of shops throughout the years of being in the automotive business and AJ's is definitely the best one: outstanding attention to detail, excellent communication and very reasonable pricing.
