Thornton Automotive of Manchester is a really awesome team. Found the truck I wanted online and contacted them. Literally took only a couple hours to get my new truck and out the door HAPPY. From my financing to my trade in and even helped with getting me insured. Samantha Dunn is the best!! The proof is the plaque on her desk for Salesman of the Year 2023. She went above and beyond her sales woman duties. Thank you for all the help Sam!!

I just bought a Chevy Equinox from this amazing dealership..Samantha was so helpful and made this journey a dream come true..They also inspected it and made sure it was detailed immaculately..I was also congratulated and approached by all of the staff there..They made me feel like family ..I don't have perfect credit and they went above and beyond to help me with that and as I drove home today I definitely LEFT WITH A SMILE ! Thank you guys so much ..best car buying experience ever!

Recently bought a truck from here truck is running good but brakes started squeaking the day after. I called in to see if we could get it taken care of and was told I would be called the next day. It s been 2 days now with no call back. Happy with the truck but not with the customer service.

Unpleasant experience at best. Was told their policy is to give you the best price on your trade in and best price on the vehicle your looking to purchase upfront. Was unhappy with their trade in offer and mysteriously they came back 3k higher the next time. To me that is not giving the best price upfront. That is seeing what they can get away with. Carvana offered thousands more to straight by my vehicle. Disappointed to say the least.

I had my eye on a Subaru at another location but decided I wanted to go to Thornton Manchester to look at a Honda CR-V that they had to compare. Chris Rhodes met us outside in the pouring rain to ask if I wanted to look inside the vehicle. We all got in the car and started to go over all the features, some I had no idea it had even though I had looked up the vehicle online. He was very nice, very knowledgeable and patient when I asked a lot of questions. I highly recommend him and Thornton Automotive in Manchester.

My first experience with Thornton Automotive in Manchester PA. I Found a vehicle of interest online using random auto App. Samantha Dunn wasn t expecting me, but she met me at the door and I was impressed with her knowledge of the Jeep I came to see. She knew where it was on the lot, its mileage, year, etc. she also told me the price was just lowered, which is why I drove 35 miles to see it.I have friends in the auto industry and was about to purchase elsewhere, but Thornton had the right vehicle and made me an offer I couldn t refuse. Their pricing was lower thanOther comparable vehicles I was looking at.Samantha was Professional and easy to work with. No pressure sales and completely satisfied. The full tank of gas was a plus as well. I ll be keeping Thornton in mind for future purchase. Thx Samantha!!

My dad recently recently bought a Dodge Ram 3500 from Dylan Hurst at Thornton in Manchester and our experience was amazing. He helped him get into a monthly payment price range that was perfect. He was an exceptional salesperson and I highly recommend having him help with purchasing any vehicle.

My experience with these people was kinda mixed and wish could have gotten better deal. The people were very friendly and very nice and got right on getting things done,but I don t feel they got me a really good deal. I have never been charged 17% anywhere. It s like they just have one financial institute and that s what you get. I ve been to other dealers and they have several financial places to try to get best deal. Don t get me wrong I really love the Jeep Cherokee that I chose and like I said the people are very nice and not trying to belittle anyone, but not happy with high payments. I have several people that recommend Thorton but they told me that they deal with Doug Freeze. I didn t get that option. Really love the Jeep but not the actual deal.

Met with Chris Rhodes over a week and a half ago. He s been very communicative friendly and awesome to deal with. He was showing and sending me different trucks daily until we found one. And he made it happen with his sales manager smoothly and painlessly. They re awesome to deal with and great people. 10/10 recommend!!

I was referred by my mother , as she has also referred many other people. Once I got there, I was able to experience why she loves and recommended this dealership. The service I received was amazing, I came in with a bit of a tough situation, needing a vehicle. Tom and Chris cruze were phenomenal. They took the time to understand my situation, made me feel super comfortable, and helped me figure out the best solution. I didn t leave with the vehicle I initially wanted, BUT I was able to leave with something very similar, very reliable, and very much loved the vehicle that I left with. Thank you Tom and Chris!

I would give this place and their staff 10/5. I went in looking for a vehicle that would be cheap and reliable, which is hard to find these days, and Samantha Dunn did just that. Samantha and her business manager, Tom Smith, worked with me to get me into a vehicle that I could reasonably afford monthly that would accommodate myself and my family (party of 5). Do not hesitate to contact Samantha Dunn and their team if you get in a pinch and need a good, clean, reliable vehicle in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend.

Working with Chris in Manchester, PA was fantastic. I ve never had an easier experience purchasing a vehicle. We did most of it via email and closed the deal in under 30 minutes at the dealership. I highly recommend Thorntons for your truck or car buying.

Chris was very helpful with our search for a new car and was very considerate and understanding of our schedule with work and our children. He tried to make sure we got the best deal possible on our trade and our new vehicle and eased our concerns. He is a personable salesman who seems to care to get to know his clients rather than just get someone s business. Samantha really was great. I'm struggling to find a truck I could use for work and she hooked me up with a great deal, I'm young with not much credit history and almost no money for a down payment. It's not the best car in the world but it's a hell of a great deal.

After being a returned customer to Thornton we got a great deal on our vehicle. However when we brought it to their attention that there was an issue with the fuel guage the next day.. they refused to fix it since they gave us a deal on the vehicle.

My husband, daughter and I spent a beautiful afternoon with Dylan and thrilled with our Toyota Sienna! When I spoke to Dylan on the phone earlier this morning, I thought he was knowledgeable, professional and inviting.
