The employees at Willistown auto repair are so accommodating. They worked around my busy schedule with inspection and repairs to my vehicle. I won t be taking my vehicle anywhere else. I highly recommend Willistown auto repair.

10/10. Jason and his staff do an amazing job of servicing our vehicles. He has been working on our fleet of 5 trucks, 4 trailers, and other odds and ends for 2 years. He has fit me in at a moments notice when needed. He is fair, kind, honest, not much more you can want. He is local to Malvern too. We've found them to be knowledgeable, friendly, and provide convenient service. Been taking my truck there for a bit, and now my girlfriend takes her Honda civic. She had a clunky jerky feel getting out of first gear. 2 or 3 other mechanics said they didn't know, but dont worry about it. Willistown, upon general inspection, noticed it and recommended transmission fluid change to resolve. And it's as smooth as butter ever since.

Bob, Jake and Jason were like family to my mom, husband and I over many yrs til I moved out of the area 10 yrs a go. Good reliable and trustworthy care has not been the same here. I would not trust my vehicles with any other shop. They have over 30 years of service been, transparent, efficient, professional and extremely capable. Bob took such good care of our daughter and our 20 year old Subaru. Pricing was fair and service was great and he was so trust worthy, always suggesting the least costly way to keep the car running. When she finally totaled the car he was so kind and supportive and let us keep the car there while we figured out what we were doing and dealt with insurance. We live out of town so having Bob to take care of her and the car was really amazing! 5 Stars!!!!

A very fast and honest shop. I am in town from Kentucky and had car problems. They evaluated my problem and had me fixed and out the door for less than my mechanic of 13 years back home could have charged.I may hold off on some of my maintenance to give them more business as I will be back in town soon.
