Alex was great to work with. We received excellent service and got a super clean beautiful vehicle that was well maintained and checked out and inspected prior to our purchase. Trend Auto also let me bring my mechanic in, and they put the vehicle up on their lift in their garage for us. My mechanic did a thorough inspection and commented it was a great vehicle and suggested we buy. Thank you!

We purchased a used Mercedes-Benz from them and was pleased with the entire buying process. Alex, our sales guy, is a gem. He is smart, funny, witty and made the stress of buying a vehicle calming.They were attentive and easy to work with. They went over all of the paperwork and explained every cost/number to us. My experience working with Alex was, to be honest, the best, and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. He was extremely personable and we had a great conversation about almost everything except buying a car, LOL. I purchased a 2009 Lexus RX 350 and could not be happier with the condition of the vehicle. I would not hesitate at all to recommend anyone purchase a car from Trend Auto Motors and make sure to ask for Alex.

I had a great experience coming here, big thanks to Alex for walking me to through the steps to get my new car. He went above and beyond so that I could get the best deal on the car that I wanted and making sure it was the right one. Definitely helped me with my first car and I am very thankful for him, such a hard worker. I would definitely come again and work with him again. God bless him, great service! I recently purchased a used Mercedes from them which was very clean and in excellent shape. Shortly after purchase, I noticed the "check engine" light came on so I took it back for diagnosis. Turns out there were a few suspension issues that would have easily been overlooked during an inspection. They quickly offered to make the repairs using only MB parts at no cost to me. While being serviced, they actually found another potential related issue (not yet a problem but may be soon). They even offered to fix that as well! My vehicle is now running beautifully! I couldn't be happier. They are a great group of guys that honestly care about the customer. Kind of rare these days! Would recommend to everyone I know, and will keep in mind for future. Easily one of the best dealers I have ever been to!

I really had such a great experience with Trend Auto Motors. Hassan was absolutely wonderful! An honest and reliable man. Him and the workers there really helped us from start to finish. I was extremely nervous buying a car after my vans transmission went. Hassan was so understanding and explained every detail so I felt more comfortable with this process. I found this Honda Pilot with some very minor issues/imperfections that he was willing to fix no problem at all. I appreciate him and I plan to continue taking my car to him. I m really happy all around.

I recently purchased a car from Trend Auto Motors and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. The sales team was phenomenal. They offered me a great deal on a trade in and a used car. I even learned a little bit about sharks while I was there. 10/10 I will go there again if I ever need another car.

I purchased a 2014 Cadillac XTS, beautiful car. The only issue was the cue radio, which is common in all Cadillac cue systems, I called them, and they immediately replaced it without any issues. The entire buying experience is A+. The staff is professional and honest. I highly recommend if you are in the market for a quality pre-owned vehicle.

Love this place! Bought a 2008 Toyota Prius in great condition. About a week later I had some dash lights come on and the brakes were not working appropriately. Even though the fix was simple and my own mechanic was able to correct it, Trend insisted I get it towed to them so they could fix everything for me! The customer service has been next level and they want to make sure you're happy with your purchase! Shoutout to Alex for selling us the vehicle and Ali for helping me over the phone!

Thank you Mr. Hassan you helped me out more than you know. And I truly appreciate you working with me. He worked with me about the payment and even changed the hood struts for free. The paperwork was simple and sweet. I never felt pressured to buy anything. And the car is in amazing condition for it's age. It's a 2000 Lexus es300 with 74000 miles on it in mint condition. And if anything changes I will let you know. Thanks again

I bought a car from them three weeks ago. Hassan was kind to me throughout the whole process, and due to the good reviews online I didn't get the car inspected before buying it because I trusted their word that the car had been inspected and didn't have any issues. Within a week the check engine light came on and the engine became intolerably loud. When I took it in to a local shop(Trend Auto Motors is over an hour away for me), they said one of the exhaust pipes had a big hole and was almost totally rusted. It cost about $1,000 to get the pipe and the O2 sensor replaced. When I called Trend Auto Motors to ask for an explanation, they chastised me for getting it repaired at a local place instead of calling them first. They were straightforward and apologetic about the situation, but they said that because I didn't go to them first, there is nothing they could do for me because I might have been overcharged at this other shop. I wasn't asking for total reimbursement, just some help considering that I bought the car on their word that it was in good condition. But they didn't give me anything. I don't believe Hassan or Trend Auto Motors intentionally sold me a car that had major problems, but regardless of their knowledge or intent, I was left to pay for their mistake. I do not regard my experience as wholly negative- I ended up with a car that I am otherwise happy with. Trend Auto is a fine place to buy a car, but if you are buying an older vehicle like I did, I would advise bringing a mechanic to have it checked before signing anything.

Great service. Bought a 2011 black Toyota Camry XLE, in absolute pristine condition. Great price and Alex the sales person was personable, patient and provided me with answers to all my questions. He explained in detail how they evaluate and service all their cars before putting them up for sale. All their vehicles are featured on carfax, the only site I use so you have access to a car's service and accident history. Alex was very knowledgeable and very responsive to phone messages. Able to come to terms on a satisfactory deal in a short time period.. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle. Great selection as well.

On the whole a good buying experience. We had issues, but they were all satisfactorily resolved. Four stars because some of those issues could have been handled before sale. I would buy here again.

Best experience I've ever had while dealing with a car dealership. Alex is very efficient in all that he does. The price I was told was the price I paid, no hidden fees. Also returns calls in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new car to go check out Trend Auto Motors. Very great selection of vehicles to choose from. I just bought my first ever car with Alex and Hassan. Let me just say what a pleasure it was dealing with Hassan! Few weeks ago I contacted him about a Nissan Titan an I asked him if he could hold it with proof of intent an ability to purchase. It was only supposed to be 2 weeks tops well of course delays happened an I couldn't get there till today from NJ. Hassan never pressured me or never said he couldn't hold it anymore.. He called me once a week just to make sure I was still interested and any time I had a question he answered FAST.. Absolutely a pleasure buying a car from Hassan at Treand Auto.. I'll definitely look him up next time I need a vehicle and will recommend him with confidence.. Nothing but top notch cars most with LOW miles... Thanks again Hassan

Recently purchased a Nissan Altima coupe. My experience was one of the best working with a private dealer, very professional and easy to work with. My initial test drive of the vehicle I was not entirely sure if I wanted to purchase, so I walked away and was not pressured. A few days later I decided to go back to purchase the vehicle and the process was quick an easy. Thank you again for this great experience!

We purchased a car from Trend. The process was unbelievably easy. We contacted several dealers to look at cars. Each one before Trend was not prepped for viewing. They had issues, were dirty, or needed a significant amount of work to pass inspection. Trend was the last place we stopped. We made an appointment, and the car was ready to go, clean, and parked where we could see it. It was exactly as described. We were able to come to an agreement on the deal (we were trading in a car) quickly, and they gave us a good deal for our car. Overall, the experience was painless, and took less than an hour after the test drive. They are good people who run this dealership.

Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! I helped my cousin buy a car here and they sold her a Subaru for $12,000. About a month of driving it the car broke down. We called and they refused to see it. We took it to a Subaru dealership who said the car is pretty much worthless unless it gets a new engine. We called Trend Auto Motors and they offered to replace it for $3,500. We trusted them and returned the car to them for them to fix it. Then when we picked up the car, it literally drove for less than 3 hours before it literally stopped working. I called them and begged them to look at it again. I asked them to buy it back from me (after she spent $15,200) and they said they won t buy it back because it s worthless. Now she s lost $15,200. This place is a big scam and they convince you the car you re getting will be reliable, but they really are just scammers. And this is not even me talking about the buying process which honestly should have been a warning sign to us. I don t even believe a single review that s posted here. They probably convinced all their family and friends to leave good reviews. I ve never done business with a less professional and dishonest business.
