Friendly guys and super helpful at the counter. Kevin is the best. Super professional and understanding. Prices are reasonable and they get you in far less time then the average shop these days. Great local business and glad to be able to rely on honest service. Deduction of 2 stars is from an extremely unprofessional technician at this location who turned his job stress into an unjustified rudeness to me. Please send him to customer service training. If it were my business he d be gone. Also, the waiting room needs serious attention for those who have to wait.

Hi,I had received an invoice of $682 on my email, but then I arrived for pick up i was charged $830. Not sure why was there was this difference.I want someone to pls help me out. I believe the franchise location is trying to manipulate and make more money. I want corporate to help me out. thanks,Hitesh

Made an appt for brakes it was confirmed and immediately told to leave because there s no way they could do brakes in an hour ..you know how to make the appt but you don t know how to hold it, or at the least extremely least call the customer to let him know before he leaves work early to get brakes done. Giving it 0% love it

Love this place! Everyone here gives an above level service experience. A friend recommended this shop to me and I've been very happy with the service and quality of repairs. It's great to find a car repair shop that delivers and does it with a friendly helpful attitude.

Tires Plus is an amazing place to get your repairs done. Not just the tires but also oil change. Staff is very friendly and wait times are short. Very close to PA 29, so it s to find.

Called because I had a nearly flat tire and I needed it to get repaired ASAP and they got me scheduled quickly, put the car up on the lift and had my car back to me in under 30 minutes. Professional and very easy to work with.

They fixed the problem that other mechanics could not. They had me in and out on the same day. Friendly staff clean environment. AND there is a coupon for leaving a Google review. It s not that much but I believe it was $10 and $10 is $10.

I like going to tires plus. Friendly people working they try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. I have been going to tires plus for 7 years.

When I needed a tire patched at 4:30 p.m., 5 other places told me they couldn t do it.Kevin at Tires Plus said yes we can fit you in if you don t mind waiting an hour or so. And he took care of it personally.Many thanks for amazing service today.Check out that honker that got in my tire.

This place is great. Made an appointment the staff was great. Shayla at the desk tool great care of us. I tool my 3 kids under 4 y.o. and the staff was very kind and tolerant. We will be back.

Very helpful and polite customer service. Got an appointment right away and my state inspection done quickly. I have used this Tires Plus for tires, oil changes and brakes in the past and they have always been efficient, good quality and fair price. Today the bathroom was not clean, probably from the holiday weekend, and they cleaned it immediately and apologized. I appreciate them owning it and taking care of a problem right away.

I've had good luck here and it's been for non tire related items. They are nice and seem to have a good crew. Chain auto service can be dicey sometimes; a lot of guessing parts hangers, kids, and very questionable prowess. Seems different here. Thank you

My tire blew unfortunately and they were able to get me in and start working on my car immediately which I appreciated because it was a work day. Great and friendly service. Will probably come back for future work because it s so close to the office.Service: TiresService: Tires

My experience at Tires Plus has overall been positive. I realized last week that my one tire had a slow leak. When I realized that I ran over a nail, and would need to get it plugged, I called Tires Plus. They were able to get me in the same day that I called. They said that I could wait for the car to be finished, but it would be about a 45 min. wait. I did decide to wait, and it was about a 45 min. wait. Everyone was kind, polite, and accommodating while I was there. My tire got fixed, and the service was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this location if you need to have your vehicle serviced.Service: Tires

I just want to thank the gentlemen who were working diligently on the last Tuesday morning in August! My oldest son's car ended up with a flat tire and while trying to change the flat, the back window completely smashed when he closed the trunk. It was one of those days.Without all of the parts to his jack, I brought him mine with his 16 month old baby in tow. Once the donut was on and inflated, we headed to Tires Plus. It was not a patch job. He needed 1 new tires, a front-end alignment and was in need of an oil change.The staff worked quickly, but effectively to get all 3 services completed without breaking the bank! They were friendly, fast and reasonable! I definitely recommend them! Thank you so much!!

We were visiting family in the Malvern area and unfortunately got a nail on the edge of our tire. They patiently explained that the tire could not be repaired and we would need a new one. They were able to obtain one locally that matched the other front tire. Kevin and the other technicians were very helpful.Service: TiresService: Tires

We walked in to Tires Plus and were taken care of by Kevin. He indicated their schedule was full but if we re willing to wait he would squeeze us in. Second time I've needed emergency service, and again, this time on a Sunday afternoon, and with other customers' service reservations ongoing, they welcomed me to drive in for timely and courteous service. Within an hour they had my wheel off and tire leak diagnosed. Within another, they had my other season wheel and tire on the car and helped me process a replacement of a hard to get winter tire over the next few days. Kevin's calm and courteous demeanor and efficient service is unusual and appreciated!

I was told in my work van that there was something wrong with my brake booster and master cylinder so I replace both my brake booster and master cylinder. I ended up having issues and they replace the master cylinder again but they claim that because my brake pedal has play that there was something wrong well, after all this work was done. The brakes are still exactly the same, and they pass the inspection, so it was just a money ploy to grab money. I even mention to them that to other shops for the last two years past my inspection that that was perfectly normal so I find it funny that after they did the work, the brakes still does the same thing it still goes close to the floor. It has play in it she stops on a dime, but according to them, something was severely wrong and it was unsafe but they pass the inspection after they did the work and the brake pedal is still exactly the same. Be very careful with the store. It s all a money grab. And at the end of the day there s actually more play in my brake pedal then there was before so this tells me that there was absolutely nothing wrong to begin with and they realize this after they did all the work, but do you think they said anything to me it now feels like there is something wrong with it

Brought my very flat tire in on a Sunday afternoon. Similar to other Tire Repair establishments, extremely business, but they fit me in. Everyone was easy to work with, professional, they took the tire, lost cause. Tire was replaced with similar tire from firestone. I was the last customer of the day. Really happy to not ride home on my spare. Big thank you. Awesome.Service: Tires

Great overall experience. Kevin Wallace as Store Manager clearly does a great job in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and professional environment.MOREOVER, I am writing this review because Tires Plus charged me HALF THE PRICE of what my dealership charges for a high mileage oil change and tire rotation. I couldn't believe it. I will be a repeat customer. Thank you!

Made appointment for four new tires at 8am. Was told an hour. Walked to Frazer diner for breakfast. Love that place, like going back in time. Returned after a hour 5 minutes. Told another 1/2 hour. Another hour wait. 2 and 1/2 hours total. Would not have waited had I known. No sorry for the wait.
